Did you know that dogs
In their natural state
Never bark?
That we gave their sprogs
Such an acquired trait
For a lark?

They would whine and growl
If they were left alone
To be free,
A dog will even howl
But won't bark on its own
Naturally.
Apparently dogs don't usually bark. One of the little-known and wonderful facts I acquired whilst skimming through Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase & Fable. I'm starting to wonder if everything I learned in nursery school was a lie now...

A let go and release,
a subtle masterpiece.

The moment's true treasure
nothing comes close when measured.
There, everything's beautiful
even the painful and the sorrowful.
The realized sensation of life happening
lost in the nature of true being,
every cell in the body tingles
all sensations perceived twinkle.
Spoken of as the 'here and now'.
I can almost only express it as 'Oh my, wow'.

Alive and realized,
euphoria crystallized.
That is *the natural high
.

say deep things
Deep things come
naturally

Think hiding
Alone
Unnatural
For the thing that is the most natural of them all

His golden nails are tapping.
He awaits the future, greyly.
Bored of patience, forbidden from napping.
He ages more than anyone, daily.

She pirouettes each day, gorgeous.
Third in the nine-person dance line.
Her talents are enormous.
She's a little ill, but doing fine.

The nurse takes care of her wards.
She rules what her mistress creates.
Everyone and thing adheres to her laws.
She loves not, but never hates.

He looks at the nurse on the lovely sphere.
Taps his watch, keeps her in time.
The nurse's wards have learnt to hear.
Their technology is a mime.

The nurse and he have a special bond.
Ever since the dancer decided to bloom.
Of one another they are fond.
But sleep each in a separate room.
time and nature.

You always knew how to move me,
captivated by your splendor,
I could watch a million skies set and rise,
with your natural beauty.
I feel safe with you,
lying on empty beaches,
with the sand as my pedestal,
and the ocean as my focus,
while your shadow falls over me,
your oranges and pinks touch me,
in ways I never anticipated,
you always knew how I was feeling,
you listened while I whispered my secrets to the winds,
how can I express my gratitude?
I am forever in your favor,
Sunset to sunrise,
I feel myself with you.

In the open space below the mountains
lakes and rivers, trees dancing with moss shawls and furry tips
the rolling breeze that bathes us into peace
Our surroundings that dictate our disposition

If we reduce it all to steaming rubble,
grey concrete and loud sharp horns
the peace dissipates
and though it is curious how we are affected from the outside in
if we challenge nature, we’ll never win.
Two orchid petals glisten gingerly,
In the ripples of the moving pond

Two stars blaze passionately,
In the sky's veiled moonlight

Two butterflies flutter an auburn dream,
On the lilypad's emerald contrast

And two eyes radiate life and love,
As her cheekbones flush deep scarlet, and her smile steals my breathe.

Eyes like ice,
Frozen cold, black as night.
She watches us,
Wondering why we ignore such beauty.
But nobody notices,
As she slowly turns away.

Hair like trees,
Swaying in her storm.
White as bone,
Wondering why no one will touch her.

She is solitary,
And she doesn't deserve it.
What can we do?
She is invisibly beautiful.

Skin of flesh,
Blood runs so slow.
A shape of nature's design,
Why don't we want that?

Words like howls,
Wolves in the darkness.
Calling out, is anybody there?
Now we realize,
Nature's purity is a curse.

She is deserted,
And nobody understands.
When can we do?
She is invisibly beautiful.

You exorcized
my being
by leaving me harshly
through every tear
that left my eye lid

I felt it escape my physical form
from my toes through my nose
the shaking and the wailing
it was worth it

I was exorcized
I was relieved
from the demons
infecting my brain
I was lightened
from the ******* burden
that pulled me down
hell was no longer a fear

I was beyond that
I was in limbo
with a demon in my head
a virus of no antidote
spoiling my insides

I was exorcized
I felt at ease
and yes
it was
when
I cried
