Awake at nights,
In haze during the days,
Hoping for insights,
Looking for the new ways.

Mind is jumping,
Running, screaming,
Sometimes limping,
Humming, weaving.

Is the reality surrounding me?
Or is it living inside of me?
Is the truth what I see with my eyes?
Or is it what I hear in my mind?

Poor little fly
Fighting just to survive
No one saw it's demise but me
As he struggled not to freeze
First he flew in little hops
But to soon that stops
Then he walked in endless circles in the Sun's rays
But soon that too gave way
Now he lays frozen stiff
I wonder if me seeing made a diff
That this little flys last moments on earth
Didn't go unnoticed, and to a little poem had given birth

This poor little flys fight
Is a lot like my own sad sight
Wonder if anyone sees my slow decent
How this life is leaving me bent
Wonder if when I finally freeze and die
Will anyone notice and wonder why
Or see how I fought to survive
Just like that little fly
A girl has a lot of *** she’s a ****
A guy has a lot of *** he’s a player
Is it wrong for both sexes to have pleasure
Is it wrong for girls to like *** to
Society what’s wrong with you
You’ve twisted pleasure into something only for guys
A thumbs up for guys if they have a lot of ***
Insults and rude looks for the girls if they have a lot of ***
Do you truly think that it is that bad of a thing
If a girl has a lot of *** and stays clean
It shouldn’t be
If a girl has a lot of *** and is *****
Then it should be but not to the level we have raised it to
The pressure we put on girls to not have ***
Makes them hide their thoughts
It makes them feel stressed
They worry that they will be bullied
They shouldn’t have to go through this
All though I’m a guy I know this is wrong
How come most of society thinks it’s right?

Poetry speaks from the soul.
and the soul speaks of who we are.
I know what the words say about you.
Bur what do the words I say about me?

The observed is a reflection
The observer the truth..

The seen is an illusion
The witness reality...

Spoken words are a piece of mind
Silence the whole..

Intelligence is knowing
Intuition the unknown..

Being natural is you
whatever stops you not yours..

Breathe in they say
Be in your body they say
Breathe out they say
Become the beholder they say

I do all these
I notice some tingling in cells
I feel I am in the moment
I feel the body in the present

To be inspired
To be present
To feel with the wind
To feel with all that is around

New insights I never had before
New cracks in the walls opening
Had I never been in the  moment
I would have been morose

You run up and jump in
The cold water invites you in and       swallows you whole
The shock of the iciness takes your breath away
Your weight drags you farther and farther into its depths
Panic and fear hits you as your lungs cry for relief
You try fighting your way to the top
The moment you reach the surface you take in a huge breath of fresh air
You drink it down, because for a moment you thought you never would again
And perhaps that's what you wanted for a moment or two
But the wanting of fresh air out weighed the darkness.
This time.
After laying in bed all day giving into the depression wave, I finally saw a window out and took a deep breath. I feel like I always need to be able to explain how I feel while I'm in one of these moods, and cliff jumping without the amazing thrills, seems to be a good description. I sat up in bed and took a deep breath, and felt relief

I balance
Rotating and fixed
Upright
Suspended freely
Compelling insight
Keeps me
Remaining right side up
As I revolve in this life

Breaking the chains of
Weak slavery in my
Self created habits
I reconstruct the wheel
To appeal in an
Exercise of wisdom
Within the universal
Kingdom of resurrected
Light

I am certain to follow
My soul path as I journey
Deeper into my heart
For what I believe
Controlled not by
Useless desires
Destroyed not
By grief
Rising
Eyes wide open
In relief

I choose my trials wisely
From this moment on
I choose to learn
For the last time
Trials that no longer
Promise to teach me
Anything more
In a golden ratio
Of vibrating love
I engage the power
Of every beacon
Every tower
Resilient to
Shine

I choose to learn
For the last time
Trials that no longer
Teach me
Divine

Mental powers expanding
My cup of realization
Has the capacity
To hold an ocean
Of understanding
Awareness enlightening
Brightening knowledge
Surrounding me
In footfalls
Of cascading
Arms and light
Day and night
Day and night

I smile the indestructible smile
Within this ferris wheel
I balance
Rotating and fixed
Upright
Suspended freely
Compelling insight
Keeps me
Remaining right side up
As I revolve in this life

The milky serpents of stars above
Reveal a code of comprehension
For earth and celestial
Apprehension
A blinding
A blurring
Elements stirring
Strength

Great works of
Perseverance unfold
The beating sky beholds
An invitation opening
Beyond the gates of
Heaven and hell
Intertwined
Break the
Shell

You are the master
Of your ferris wheel

This poem was written by the heart, and for the heart. If you stay in touch with your heart, then hope persists. If you lose touch with your heart, although it might still beat, you're far from being alive! Deep down within, lie the answers to all things. Deep within resides the medicine that mankind will forever be in need. It is the saving grace for humanity on planet earth. Collectively, mankind's only "backup" for nobility to ultimately save the Day--When that Day needs saving!
Thank you Joshua for your very important and truthful words.

Get tucked in
close your eyes
all warm with in
the day is over
the dreams begin
stuck by fear
trapped by sin
knocking hard
but can't get in
stuck on luck
bound to win
sleeping with one eye open
laying there just hoping
if fighting the good fight
with all of your might
is really worth the fight?
for a world that can't tell the difference between wrong or right.
