Don't quite understand why people keep crying,
Cribbing about things, cursing their fate all the time.
As if tortured by life, sulking and sighing,
Not realizing that everything would eventually be fine!

Being dejected by the minor downfalls in life,
Depressed as the moments unfold unexpected.
Forgetting that they are the gist of being alive,
Without which the upheavals wouldn't be augmented!

Lamenting on their past, not focusing on the present,
Too busy regretting, mourning and grieving,
Observing and noticing only the unpleasant,
Failing to grasp the true essence of living!

So just break all barriers and breathe free,
Remember, there was a reason you were born!
No matter how difficult, just let it be,
Coz the only truth is- life goes on!

Experiencing the love we share,
Encouraging only the positivity,
Explicitly repelling opposed air,
Embalming only the negativity,
Effecting the feelings that glare.

We savour that sweetness now.

I like to enjoy the little things when I can.

I like the feel of warmth on my back when the sun comes out from behind a cloud,
and the smell of clean bedsheets on a Sunday.
I like the happy feeling I get when my best friend rests her head on my shoulder when she doesn't let anyone else get close.
I like the feel of grass between my toes,
and the feeling fuzzy feeling I get when a cat on the street lets me pet it's head.
I like the taste of alcohol late at night when I'm only half sober but I feel completely alive.
I like how safe and loved I feel when I hug my mum,
and the pain in my stomach when I laugh too much.
I like that odd, welcome silence between friends when there's nothing to say but it's okay.
I like the comfort of my bed after many nights sleeping in foreign places,
and the taste of a cool glass of water when you're out of breath.
I like the feel of putting on my old, worn out creepers and how my feet fit them perfectly.
I like how falling snow seems to muffle everything,
and the satisfaction of beating my brother at one of his games.

Not everything worth living for is a big landmark or an event worth celebrating. Sometimes it is the smallest, most insignificant things that make you feel glad to be alive.

I like to enjoy the little things when I can.
This is positive for once

has the world cracked a vessel made of clay
has the life whacked a resilience far away
has flesh and bone lost its' steel to decay

Love sits waiting I am sure to caress the fissures
Love has open arms to catch the falling, so sure!
Love can wrap and mend the damage, as it is pure

Open eyes to see
Open hands to touch
run along the naked truth
like the whisper of the wind
Open to tastes
Open to the scent of being close
Open to listen, to what is really
said behind the words and hid-
den in the emotional
play on display to be a survivor

Pour the wine, who needs a glass...

You know,
We all talk about how we lose something in life.
How we feel 'depressed' suddenly,
How we talk in certain ways,
How we portray ourselves in society,
How we're having one of those 'days'
But it is just a faze.

We will go through it,
We will have to face it,
And we will choose whether to chase it,
Or pace it

One day ..

I will come and ask for your hand

A day that cannot wait ...

We lock the door with a key
And go inside ...

Oh my ... what I will see ..

...Oh my ... what I will hear ...

... Your sweet voice ...
That harps the heart ...

Your glamorous beauty ...
Thats full of warmth
And tenderness ...

Ye prettier than the beauty ...

... My eyeful darling ...
I relish in killing myself with liquor
And entering into my nightly death

My smile is broken,
It's almost always forced.
There's very little in the world to smile about today.
But I've found that one thing in the world,
That one thing that will make me smile no matter what.
That thing is you and I wait
Wait until I can make you smile too

Who knew I could be such a fool
I fell for you
As you do the things you do
And you hurt me too
But still I wait for you
You say I'm sweet as can be
But given the chance to have me
You choose to ignore me
You hurt me
And change me
But still I wait for you
And all the good that may come too
