I am your poet
when you need a light to shine through thr dark, clouded curtains
that you call your mind.

I cannot give you the sun or the moon,
I cannot offer you a thousand rings.
But I would write you endless amounts of sonnets
until you drown in my poetry.

My words will be yours,
Every letter will be written for you.
These lines will be your constant reminder
that you will always be enough.

But, it seems like you will read
but you will never know
that these poems that tore my skin
was all made for you.

This is all for you.

Flower born of human hand
Brings devastation to the land
Far and wide its petals spread
Painting our world the brightest red
As everything it touches
Dies within its clutches
Even mighty beasts are made to cower
When forth blooms man’s red flower
Inspired by the newest Jungle Book film

Ever wondered how does that person breaks who is second? The one who couldn't win because he missed with a few points? The one who is left behind because he didn't compare to the winner? No, and his devastation is the biggest heartbreak because he was everything the winner was, and just a little less, and the greatest loss felt is by him and not the person last in race. His determination was that of winner and yet no one's going to remember him but only the winner

Hero's, why do they exist?
They exist so that people can have role models to become someday.
They give hope to the hopeless, and strength to the weak.
Or do they?
No they enforce Jealousy, Hate, and Devastation.
Don't be the hero what ever you do,
people will want to do it and if can't they become
Jealous.
Which leads to Hate and in the end leads to
Devastation.
Not to others but to you.
They hate you for who you are and in the end **** to be you.
Are you the Hero?
Not intended to be a put down but this is for those
who try too hard to be a hero.

Like a throbbing sensation in the center of my torso
My heart and my stomach feel as though they've met halfway in there
My jaw pops open in the slowest motion
So slow I never notice.
I squirm and squirm
Fidget and fidget
And constantly find myself in very awkward places and positions
Oh, the things I feel around your presence
A never ending mystery that feels like torture
Hope drizzling all over everything and every dream I've dreamt of
It's heartbreaking, you know,
Liking you a lot?
Its devastating.

She is a tornado ripping apart everyone
and everything in her path
Because she doesn't know how,
to keep her life from spinning.
Storm chasers seek her beauty,
though in the end it always end up lethal.
She destroyed me,
leaving my mind a disaster area,
And I don't know if my heart,
can ever forgive nor forget,
As I struggle,
to pick up the pieces of what I once was.

I don't know what to say, choked up on words trying to understand what your going though
when your in pain, my knees ache as you describe
the horror you face everyday.

things have changed
more than I can explain.

My life is like a 1000 piece puzzle
when i'm asked to describe it
I have to put each piece exactly where it fits
for the main picture to come together

This isn't an ordinary puzzle
it has 7 extra pieces
no boarder
and the picture is a swirling mass of
black, grays, and whites.

things have changed
so much it makes me sad
just to explain

from one poison to another
alcohol to chemotherapy
your days changed from
hangovers to hanging on for dear life

I watch you nod in and out of sleep
all day long
lay in your bed, silent
with the background of cartoons
you reached your hand out
I lay mind on top of it
and you squeeze

you open your eyes
and look at me
"I know your here, i love you"
as he says laying his head back down on his pillow
closing his eyes, back to sleep

Look at the world, you may find
Sunshine, rainbows, fantastic mankind
But when you actually look
You'll find all you need to know in a history book
I'm talking death, suffering, immeasurable grief
All caused by people, to people, no disbelief
Yes when you take everything in
All that'll happen is the beast mankind will maul you and grin
Because we humans are curious beings
We ****** and steal; **** and we ****, all without seeing
The affect of our devastation
Mother nature the victim of our molestation
Animals being made just to die
I think we are all on a power high
We proclaim we are better than all else
But in reality we are just tiny whelps
On some great being's mighty ***
You say, "Now don't be so crass!"
Yet we glutinously eat anything living
Doesn't that sound like a horror beginning?
Just a poem that is a critique on humanity.

I taste blood as it fills up my mouth
biting down chewing the thoughts of you.
The crashing hope settles in a drought.
Rust will not discontinue

their metallic lick along my teeth,
leaving blankets of acidic cavities.
Every time your name appears beneath
the frenzy that I tried so hard to ignore, I write my eulogy.

You killed me by leaving me.
The installation of expectations
that perhaps you could return, fully
set me up for devastation.

Corrosion slinks in the pores of my sore tongue
demons replacing your face stung.
