I was your rose
a garden to come undone
every waiting season,
my petals fall,
withering-
"wither with me"

his voice met hers
to resurrect a language
shadows trail behind,
in stranger places
between the furthest
corners reached

the dearest admire,
death too,
as beautiful as
the living

he may not sing
the same song
as she,
yet hummed
his every
breath, only
to harmonize
with
her own

fill up my glass
let's converse for a while
the night is young
and still only beginning
red wine: the rose of water
sweetened an evening
for a lifetime
with every sip, reality fades
to a moment of virtue;
heaven is found
in light of the unexpected
we grew intoxicated
the taste of pleasure
never felt empty
for a glass of wine,
brought us a bottle
neither
will finish
without
the other.

an unconscious calling moves
her chemically
subtle verses shadow
her heart,
falling freely under a lullaby
he touched
the strings of her life
through sounds on his guitar,
"romanticize with me" he whispers
inhale my words;
exhale my love

Flores crecen en nuestro cielo, donde el amor baila a la luz de la luna de los sueños. Mi querida, besa la noche nuestra despedida para despertar la llama del mañana y sanar a los vivos cuando nos quedemos dormidos.

To love you is kind. It separates us, where the rest are lost. There is no restriction, just reason. To make time ours- a necessity.

His charm,
sharp as a knife
cut deep within wounds
        I,
   myself,
      am
    afraid
       to
     heal
To bruise is temporary;
but a scar left more permanent.
