to deliver our service, straight from the heart.
The empathy we express, the willingness we share,
can turn around a customer from pulling out thier hair.
We have a few teams both offline and on,
we do this so we don't miss anything wrong.
We support each other every single day,
ensuring everything is covered, nothing left astray.
We work with pride and respect one another,
we are indeed genuine, it is not a cover.
A team requires co-operation and communication between all,
and when everyone participates, there is no way to fall.
I am proud of our team, and those that lead,
always willing and ready to help those in need.

We were driving my car
out of town a few sunsets ago.
Had just gotten from the shore,
uphill on an 80.

Fog devours all the windows
and if the engine participates
with the general meltdown

Even traffic lights
turn green once in a while.
There are no dead ends from sharp curves.

An engine

We’ve passed by

When she looks back,
A small teen believed
he was the happiest milestone
that's ever been marked
in her journey of life.
She treated him like a dying man.
She cherished every second,
laughed at every word,
loved every part of him
entirely every moment she could.
Her brain would plant
beautiful flowers
and they became nourished by
a simple thought of him.
He did not show efforts
to create a new garden.
Malnutrition problems.
She was over blossoming
beautiful bouquets.
And gave them to the poison.
Time passes by,
she tried to be her again.
The thought of him always lingered
and it achieved all it needs.
Questioning herself, lack of confidence.
Day after day pass by,
She doesn’t know what she wants
lost in the ways of the world.
Her brain participates in ways to burry
the negative feelings to succeed
at only feeling good.
She’s stuck, the pain overbears her.
Fatigue, sadness, lack of motivation
all tag along, alone with nothing better to do. Weighing her down in the world while he is living like one normally does.
6 years later. She’s asked about her first love.
When she's thinking about him,
her brain shrivels up
like a flower would when it's cold.
She try to protect herself, “Debatably a waste of time but also glad it happened.” She answers.
Growth is in pain, she acknowledges.
She thinks of her previous pain
only to find the root of sadness
to be able to change.
She lets go. She loves herself. She is beautiful. She feels like she is worth the world and deserving of a loving guy.
She notices that her maturity was key.
She lives life for her every day. Not for a boy, not for her school, grades, parents. SHE LIVES FOR HERSELF.
Her peace became important. She realized, feelings of hers are real. She is allowed to feel. Her emotions have power.

that girl walks down the hallways owning the show,
that girl acts as if thoose voices in the background dont even phase her,
that girl walks on with a smile, laughing at thoose voices in the background encouraging them even,
that girl raises her hand in class and answers correctly, getting the answer right, with claps in her ears she still acts as if the things in the backgound don't matter,
that girl goes to all thoose clubs and participates more than anyone else,
that girl acts as if the daggers slung at her are simply something to laugh at, something to enjoy,
but when no one's looking that girl cares, that girl becomes exactly who she truly is.
when no ones looking the grl can be quiet without people wondering "what the **** happend to her?"
when no ones looking that girl becomes mellow and lets things sink in,
when that girls by herself she let's thoose daggers slice through her flesh leaving thoose awfully noticable scars,
when no ones looking that girl can become obnoxious with thoose who society judges the most, without getting crtisized,
when that girl is alone she can't help but wonder "what the **** happend to the world? i thought this was once a place to be proud of? once a place to have pride in?"
