How would you consider
Dark blue eyes
Colour radianting
Shining illuminated me

Those eyes were in search
Search of love and desire
I was not that's how
That's when things end

End in goodbyes, forever
Forever #poetry

3Am
Breaths taken
Midnight cold
Talking to myself
3Am's

Countless outcries
Isolation and work
Later found me
Gazing dark nights
Dark nights

A poem to celebrate a marriage

A wonderful and beautiful story is about to unfold,
Celebrating the marriage of two hearts into one.
Each turning page shall be illustrated in vibrant colour
And follow the path of true love that’s just begun.

This, your Wedding Day, marks a new chapter,
Where, as a couple, you’ll learn what love truly means.
May you laugh together, comfort and forgive each other
And share all your hopes, aspirations and dreams.

As in fairy-tales, dance freely in each other’s arms
And smile with your eyes, come rain, wind or shine.
May you bring music to each other’s lives,
As your souls sing from now ‘til the end of time.

A deep well of happiness is wished for you,
Overflowing with blessings and filling your cup.
May the warm rays of the sun fall upon you
And bring you energy to lift each other up.

As you walk this journey from beginning to end,
Sharing your lives as the years come and go,
May you surrender your hearts to each other always,
For the sweetest love comes from the seeds you sow.

Through good times and bad, for better or for worse,
Be there for each other always, to have and to hold.
Rejoice in your love, side by side, through all eternity,
Creating memories and the greatest story ever told.

Him
She told him
It's ok
With feelings in her heart

His black, dark heart
Down & despair
Nothing reached him
Probably u shouldn't read this light heart

We see things that other females
don’t pay a tuppence to.
Like a half-burned cigarette tail,
Your osculation of deep, dense rouge—
A secret trusted only by two.
With our own hands, we mimic time
And manipulate the world you once knew.
Falling in love with a writer is a faulty design.

To your heart, we assail
With words plunked to a tune;
In your soul, with great force, we impale.
From a love-front angle of view
You might feel a tad misconstrued,
like a poorly mixed cocktail.
Ricochet from baseline to fault line,
But every time you pull through ‘cause you knew,
That falling in love with a writer is a broken design.

When we close our eyes and slowly inhale;
We hear the laughter of a family in an empty room
And unveil the retold, recycled tales.
Picturing why the dust rests less heavily on one broom,
And can smell the meal Ma cooked when they came home from school.
From the underworld and past the skyline,
We scour everything down to its last detail.
Falling in love with a writer is a grueling design.

To us, your eyes flourish like flowers in June
With lips– silky like cabernet wine.
And although sometimes we forget to say we love you,
Remember that falling in love with a writer can be a beautiful design.
I can't remember what kind of poetry this was inspired by, any helpers? I wrote this in school while I still had Love in June engraved in my head.

I miss everything.
I miss people, I miss places
I miss family, I miss friends
I miss that feeling you get on a summer night, driving home from a family gathering,
windows down,music blasting out
with the sticky humidity
and smell of summer bbqs in the air.
The birds chirping ,insects buzzing
and the smell of freshly cut grass drifting in air, while walking bare foot through the fields
watching the sunset on those summer walks.
The family holidays,
walking along the golden kissed beaches, swimming as the sun goes down.
Having fish and chips on the pier
with the cry of gulls circling the air
and sand between your toes.
Road trips to a new place
and feeling that sense of pure exhaustion and satisfaction
as you head home on the motorway..headphones in, reminiscing the day, caught up in your own little bubble  ...
These are a few of the moments I miss the most.
The first paragraph of my latest piece on 2021 thoughts with Covid and reminiscing the things we took for granted and miss so much ... more parts coming soon

I write poetry
to express
my joyful and happy feelings,
and so I can feel joy and happiness
when I read my poem,
and so others can feel joy and happiness
when they read my poem.

Broken words up on this page
The more they grow of my new age
Sad songs on a ballad of hope
Around my soul a necklace of rope
Along this river of unseen pain
The red of blood has left my vain
Broken words up on this page
One more day of broken age
A generation of broken souls
Broken words up on this page
The lost hope of a new age
All I wish to see in this life is change but it's impossible with the standards that life now has and kids being trapped in schools that haven't changed in centuries and curriculum's that make them feel lost and stressed. Adults being trapped in a life and job that they don't want all so they can have the smallest bit of freedom and feed their families. I want a new hope for all of humanity. I want all races to be equal all genders and sexuality's to have the same rights. I want everyone to be able to smile for real not a fake one they have been wearing for far to long.
