Climbing the hills to nowhere
Enjoying each step,
With sweat and exhaustion
Still with smile and joy on our faces;
Rose blooming on everyone's cheek
Top of the mountain, I see
Time comes to an end but with wondérful memories engraved in our brain.

People will say that they've fallen in love
But I'm a little different from the masses
I tripped over my own two feet
And stumbled my way into your life
And you caught me with your love
Well, despite my writing poetry, I can never seem to untie my tongue when I want to tell a special lady that I love them for the first time. I'm still incredulous that she said yes.

A PLANE CRASH AT ESSENDON AIRPORT
AMERICAN TOURIST LIVES LOST
HERE IN AUSTRALIA ON A GOLFING TRIP
NOW THEIR FAMILIES COUNT THE COST

MEN OF CHARACTER AND STRONG STATURE
WITH A VARIED LIFE TRAVELLED
LOOSING THERE LIVES WHILE ON THIS TRIP
NOW THERE FAMILIES LIVES ARE UNRAVELED

OUR HEARTS ARE VERY HEAVY
OUR THOUGHTS ARE DEFINITELY WITH YOU
LETS HOPE THE FAMILIES MEMORIES
COMFORT THEM AS THEY DO
THIS WAS A TERRIBLE TRAGEDY AND WE ARE THINKING OF THE FAMILIES AT THIS TIME OF LOSS.

We had laughs together
While on ecstasy
During our sleepovers

You liked my lava lamp
And said it was a trip
And stared at it
For like 10 minutes

Your lips were on mine
And my hands moved
Onto your thighs
But we stopped and laughed
And stared at my lava lamp

I shouldn't have bothered.
I thought this was a posh area.
Now I see it's not.
'Tommy Rot!'

Look at the gardens.
The lawns are covered in weeds.
'*******! We grow herbs a lot.'

Even you're car's a mess.
Not been cleaned in ages.
'I wash it often,
every guilt trip day.'

And those dogs, do they howl all night?
'Oh no. Nothing like that.
It's just the neighbours in a fight.'

i feel like someone else
i cant remember
though these bones paint a picture
that i know i've seen before

i can see, curiously
all the fallen leaves beneath my feet say,
"hey, i've got a real big thing to show you"

i'm lookin through the trees
and they're talkin back to me
they're sayin things that show me how it needs to be
and i'm lookin into me
i’m seeing things i dont quite understand
but i'll be ******, if i dont dig deeper

i feel like somewhere else
it seems so familiar,
and with the breath of a dragon
when the wheel of a wagon
gets a turnin dont ya know the world just keeps goin' round

i'm lookin through the trees
and they're talkin back to me
they show me why to question, who i seem to be
and i'm falling into me
and feeling things i cant quite comprehend
but in the end, it'll all come back to me
this is about the first time i took mushrooms

sloppy,**
I dropped  the ****
Woops, hey now  I haven't touched your speed.
Slow down,
The codines around
Don't frown, the acid will make me into a clown
Lost now,
I'm running around
Somehow
10 miles off the ground
But I'll come down
I allways do
The drugs never last as long as you do
So let the  heynas hackle  from the street side
I may be ****** up but I'm not the one whos dead inside
*******. **** your fear of my  problems.
**** your  "passion" for solving them
I am who I've made myself and if your going to **** with a man who's gotten to where he is solely from his determination to succeed through hardship
Your going to have to try harder

While you're away,
my thoughts wander
nomadically through
a sleepless desert.
I wonder if you're awake,
reaching to your left
as I reach to my right,
whispering, 'I love you,'
like I whisper
to the silence.

How can I sleep without
the soft cadence of
your breaths
singing me a lullaby?
Without the heat
of your body
reminding me
you're at my side?
Without your gentle
tossing and turning
to spur my imagination
and wonderment
at what could be alive
in your beautiful mind?

I've become an insomniac
wishing you were here,
wishing I could hold you again,
wishing you weren't
hundreds of miles away.
Rest only comes
when I cling to the hope
of your return.

I'm just a spoke on the wheel.

And the journey I've been on,
Has been tiresome and painful.

But I keep turning,
Hoping that I will soon reach my beautiful destination.
I will see you soon, down the road.

The future awaits me
I can't wait for it
Success for all to see
But then I trip
Looking at a mountain
The peaks I was counting

On the ground I lay
The dirt I breath in
In a state of decay
Pondering my sin
Molehills I didn't inspect
At my feet I neglect

Living in the future
Causes death in the present
Our intentions pure
Still we have our descent
For the roots we forget
For dreams we don't have yet
Hajar
If you focus on the mountains ahead of you too much, you'll trip over the molehills at your feet. Don't forget your roots and to live in the present otherwise the future is meaningless.
