"Scars are just like tattoos, only with a better story."
While a young lad
As a passing fad
Rebellious,he allowed
A love making etched
On his arm,
For saw no he
Any harm!

Now cool
He considers
Himself a fool
A responsible father
And a loving husband
At a loss
That tattoo
Where to hide!

Without putting off
The light
Or unless
His children are out of sight
He can't go to bed at night
Or take a shower
At day hour.

So, twice think
Before you ink!

Don't also  for good ware
Your lover's name
Together you may not finish
The game!
What we think right at a certain point in the age milestone could prove wrong down the road

Those flutterbies
Now called butterflies
Flutter as they fly
Dance on the wind
Beneath her skin
Pointed pen
Hard and vibrating
Ink piercing
Bare flesh
Making a monarch of
Her soft muscles
The rainbow of colors
Swirling symmetrically
As she becomes the queen
Of her fairy winged

you promised to be my forever,
so why am i scraping the tattoo of your name off of my skin?
She loved the feeling when a tattoo needle pierced her skin. The physical pain was nothing compared to the mental anguish swirling in her soul. Strangely enough, being stabbed hundreds of times was the most relaxed she ever felt in her life.
Even though I didn't get a new tattoo today, I got a new piercing. For me the release of that physical pain helps with my mental and emotional pain. Crazy as it sounds it works and calms me down.

Our lives were lit by headlights and perfumed of beer.
You tasted like smoke, intoxicating me deep in my bones.
You were the tattooed boy my mother told me to stay far away from
and my father hid that he related to.
Spending time with you was back pedaling into a hurricane of disappointments and bad decisions.

I wouldn't have traded you for the world.

You'll leave scars on my hands--
I promised you.
Just wait.
And everyone who ever holds them
Kisses them
Or glances at them will see
The evidence of you.
Try to force me to forget you
And I will put you on my skin.
Control
*That.

Children are playing in the pools of tyrant kings,
Who died during the war,
Of justice, lust and fear,
The need for starvation and death are the shining little gems in the hearts of the Kings Queens,
Inhale the sweat of broken toys,
Who knew no more than heartless throwings,
And kiddies puberty which makes them forget,
The fun that they had,
Oh inhale, inhale, in jail,
Gang tattoos are removed,
So death wouldn't be nigh.
