I’ve tried again and again
All these heavy words, inflated with
Their own majesty and the intricacies in their eyes.
I’ve tried to make you out of paper that flew too easily.
Since then, I’ve realised
You are neither stardust, nor demon, and
You have no darkness strident in your veins, no galaxies expanding in your breath and filling the spaces between your words
You, after all, are only human.
I need not look up at the skies endlessly to catch a glimpse
Of your fleeting hands flicker.
You were never there.

There's nothing but stardust
On her fingers
And her knees
In her hair and her eyes
She's captured between his love
And her life
How could she leave him?
When he says he's the moon
And stars too belong in the sky
She dreams of running
But he says she'd only get so far without him
So it must be true
Because stars follow the moon
And she's stardust

i am not here
this is not happening
i am a tangle
of stardust
drifting out of
my consciousness

i cannot feel this
you cannot hurt me
i am much
more
than my body

I want to dance with her upon the universe, as ourn amour' explodeth into;

You can take away the 'me' from myself.
You can take away my personality.
You can take away my wishes, and you can take away my dreams.
You can take away my hopes, and you can take away my beliefs.
You can take away my happiness, and you can take away my light.
You can take away my heart, and you can take away my love.
You can take away my home, and you can take away my body.
You can take away my blood, and you can even take away my bones, my fossil.
You can turn me into a heartless, emotionless, mindless being, a thing that may or may not sleep, that may or may not eat, a thing that breathes yet does not live, only sees and tastes, only smells and hears, only feels and senses.
But what you cannot take away from me, is the very essence of my base, the base of my core, the heart of what lies in the center, deep, deep within me.
You cannot take away my knowledge or my power.
You cannot take away my soul.
For the soul sees, it learns, and it knows.
It is ancient, and it is stardust.
It lives on, forever, it goes.
cyanide skies Sep 2015
drifting along a sea
of broken glass and ashes
falling from the sky
liquid cyanide
stardust on the tongue
of naive existence
swallowing it
like the sun yellow
snow of a third winter.

cut feet and the orbit
of undiluted moonlight
forming crystallized
blood drops
a catalyst
for the downfall
but the downfall of what?
the worst part of the end
is not knowing what exactly
is ending.

Our love is a shooting star
So majestic and true
With elongated trail
Serves as memories
Some lights are kept
Others are swept
Slowly disintegrate into nothingness
But each fading light
Erased from my sight

Your blinding lust
To have you is a must
But all is short
As you come and go

I shall wait for my star
Again and again
As the first one flew by
A new star shall take its flight
