Look at how far I've come...
Down the pathway from despair
To become my true self.
I've flourished.
The road has been rough and it has been long.
I played my music, I've designed new art, I lit up the highways
For all to see
I'm everywhere.
In my arts, legends, and messages.
I love this.
To see others migrate and come together
To aid in this fight, win the wars, and be stronger, forever.
We need each other...More than ever.
Over debates and misunderstandings..
Drop the obsession with the "ill faded" ideals..
Bring forth your unique, beautiful, and personal
gifts of contribution...
That shall be total resolution.
Of the problems we face, whether national or personal.
We are a chain of souls.
As bonded to each link.
When one falls
The weaker we become and fall towards war's brink.
He smiles upon this, the dark master.
We rise up and dose out his flame.
Now, there is no one for our excuses in our souls to blame.
Look how far we have come.
Past the present casualties to newly built cities
Newfound allies whom we thought couldn't be...
They held out a hand and we grabbed it
Even past cemented and ill-placed stigmas and past tragedies.
As one big army, we fight despair's war.
We are to become victorious.
As together we are the power.
Let us unite and conquer and plant peace flowers.
It shall not belong, into the future, band together.
We shall be the most powerful force in the universe.
The ones who went past their limitations...
Look how far we shall go..
Into the future...
We are the new civilization.
This is a poem dedicated to the world. We are beautiful. No matter who you are or where you have come from. No matter what you place in society. We need each other. This poem reflects..that if we bind as one as a chain to better tomorrow. We can overcome the obstacles of today.
I used to lose hope in not just our leaders of the country or my personal heroes, I lost hope in the difference that my existence and talents had gone towards bettering the darkness to save those around me.
Not only Donald Trump-inspired me by being the underdog - proving his
love for the world and America.Through his powerful bravery and Actions...He is but one who has re-lit my flame.
Even the past leaders and inspirations like Dr. Martain Luther King, Socrotes, Divinchi, and Even Putin. There is good in everyone. Always something to learn from them, that is bright as well, as we look past what we question and hate them.
If we open up our minds..we can become the future of all of the mankind. To them, to you the reader, and to my own strong will and higher power...Thank you.
call out to me
from them mountains
you are standing on
climb from under
that water
under
the
heavens
move me

Anger
Hostility
Mobility of tranquility
It runs away, runs away into the day
Of which I can only remember and not revisit
Everything is too unreal
Why not just die?
But why not live?
Sit and ponder about everything
And forget to resolve "everything"
That's how it always goes
Burning guilt
Pushes me to the hilt
It commands me to serve
Suffer to serve, serve and suffer
Gods and governments dance
Cocktails
Moonshine
Parties
None of mine
While I crack my bones
To proper placement
Just to feel some sort of
Distraction from replacement

Nonetheless
Happiness
In its truest form
It's worth it in the end
When you know
Their anger will not show
A poem that I wrote back in 2009 at age 17.

There's a small town,
South of North Dakota.
Nobody's ever heard of it,
not a single iota.

In the town there lived a man,
who went by the simple name of Dan.

He never really sought after all of life's pleasures,
because it was in serving others that he saw hidden treasures.

The joy of living,
Dan knew quite well.

But his biggest accomplishment,
to nobody did he tell.

See, Dan never had any kids of his own.
For most of his life, he was completely alone.

No family he had.
No nieces not nephews

No dogs or cats,
nor sisters nor brothers.

Nobody to feud with,
for Dan kept no lovers.

But there's a secret Dan kept,
and I'll tell you today.
That Dan saved the world, in his own special way.

See Dan was a laborer;
he worked and he toiled.
To support himself,
and keep his house on good soil.

Dan saved his money,
he lived cheap and frugal.
For Dan had a plan, which he thought was crucial.

"Build an orphanage in the town, for all the lost children."
Because when Dan was young,
he had no house to live in.

At night his back would ache,
and his feet would hurt.
But this was okay to Dan;
he wanted keep the orphans from sleeping on the dirt.

So when he passed,
Dan left a book and a note.
"To the bank take this paper, do not say by whom this book was wrote."

The pages had instructions,
and detailed schemes.
For an orphanage for the town,
the home of Dan's dreams.

The bank took the paper,
and showed an account.
That for even the richest person,
would have been a great amount.

And so the home was built,
the walls were made.
An orphanage for the children,
a home for those in need.
And it all started because of Dan,
who decided to serve instead of lead.
For the low low price of just being within' earshot,
the conversation analyst will run a full diagnostic on your conversation.

You know how that perfect comeback
feels, three weeks after
You didn't say it?

In training, representatives for Inbound sales listen to recordings of their own phone calls and critique them like Art majors in a studio class.

Our conversation analyst.
Looks at you like a shoe on the wall.

Unlike the psychology major,  the conversation analyst will never share his results.

He'll just judge you.
Silently.

He doesn't speak.
His fourth grade english teacher taught him that the carpenters house is never finished.
She was referring to her husband, the carpenter, not finishing the renovations on their new home, but the conversation analyst heard it as a metaphor, and adopted it as a universal truth.

Much like a painting controls the path your eye travels the canvas, or the scientific process that goes into composing music,
the way you build rapport is one of those things that people don't realize can be an art form until they wittness it professionally.

Our conversation analyst considers himself  Socio-passionate.

Which amuses him, when he deducts points from your conversation for not empathizing correctly.
Or not giving effective compliments by asking a relevant question afterwards.

The conversation analyst is not always mute. On special occasions such as first impressions he is a fine conversationalist.

You can meet the conversation analyst for the first time, as many times as you want.

If the carpenters house is never finished.
The conversation analyst
exemplar at listening,
Will never hear you.

"Hello, how are you?"
I say in a voice I can't believe is mine.
I hate it so much.
It's become like nails on a chalkboard to my ears.

I ask the human in front of me,
"What can I get you today?"
They ignore me.
Finally someone approaches.

It's an older lady,
gray bushy hair with wild eyes.
I smile and begin to take her order.
She begins to make rude remarks towards me.

She leaves,
someone else approaches.
It's a man angry about a price I did not set.
He takes it out on me.

I take all of the verbal punches.
From people who have had their worst days,
to people who are just too privileged to give a little kindness,
I smile through it all.

I don't really think anyone who walks in,
really sees me as a human being.
They don't see that I fight social anxiety for a living,
or that I go through things too.

They don't care.
They don't want to care.
When they ask how I am,
they don't want an honest answer.

I wonder if they would smile,
or compliment me instead of insulting me,
if I weren't standing behind a counter,
taking orders and giving change.
Working with the public is rough. I've had the job I  have right now for awhile and everyday I am still shocked at how customers (and bosses) treat workers at restaurants. I try to smile and be kind to every customer service worker I ever come in contact with, because it can definitely get to you if you have people insulting you or treating you like crap from 7 in the morning until 3 in the evening.

Come I will show you my scars
Pluck away at each stitch
Till this zeal rushes out
I will reveal each
Secret—tarp lain,
Stretched in appearance
Of—uniformed dignified,
Up-right, forward gaze.
Come I will make your
Pride relevant. And
Your bumper
Sticker support
Will be
Requited.

"The Meaning"

I will not know the meaning
Of the word love
Until I love
I will not know the meaning
Of the word service
Until I serve
I will not know the meaning
Of the word death
Until I die

There are many, many words
I hope I never know

So much noise.
Pinging your ear drums like pellets.
Ricocheting off of every head.
I didn't think there was a purgatory.
