You peeled back
all of the layers of my existence
to reveal cracks
in my weathered being.
My soul eroded and destroyed
from the harshest of rains
and the most unforgiving storms
Just some random thoughts.

Foggy mists engulfed the bright
When raindrops fell throughout the night
The lampposts glowed at midnights dark
When sweethearts kissed at Lover's Park

Together they braved the soaking rains
For they were lost in lover’s lanes
They could not bear to say goodbyes
Lost in the storm of lover’s eyes
Collaboration with Charles Messina

Goats bleat on the roofs,

people wade to the market --

buses blow the horn.

I begin to end where the song begins
Little rain plays the earth, birds learn
Little facets light to mimic the sea
The crumpled sheet of the sky
Seems to sink slowly upon my land
The fortress offers a generous view
But my people are busy in their work
And I am busy in the watching

Sweet. Sweet. It is a stumbling
Sweetheart, walked up through the night
I break down, I break down altogether,
I stutter as lightening within the clouds
And the thunder of my disquiet
Pounds against the sun. Everything
Everything, everything incites me
To climb up the watchtowers, invites me
To join a hand onto hand, and
Scream myself open to the world

The colors
dance in waves
across the darkening sky;
a beautiful calm before the storm.
The kind of calm
the world only experiences
in the early hours of the morning
when everyone is asleep
before the weight of everything
comes crashing down on it.
I wrote this last night. There was the most beautiful sunset. Today it is windy and rainy and gloomy outside.

you can do it
thunder
ignite the rain
wash it all away

A growl.. a stomach?
No, that was —
atmospheric
If not hunger I hope we are all parched

Romance Me, among the Flowers
and confess, your Love for Me.
Nature will stand as a Witness,
for a Love that's deeper than the Sea.
Hold Me with your Fragrance,
as I sway U with the Breeze.
Our Passions must keep pouring,
As We nestle among the Trees.
Lead Me to all your Hidden Secrets.
I promise they will be Dear to Me.
When U draw yourself a bit Closer.
Your feelings must pour over Me.
Your Heart must beat a Rhythm,
that will narrate all your Pain.
The Pain will surely Disappear,
When I Kiss U in the pouring Rain.

There’s stormy seas ahead they say
The clouds grow like mould in the sky
Batten down the hatches, mayday!
The curtains start to fly

Close the windows against the applauding rains
Lock the door, get buckets ready
But the dread won’t reach my veins
I am strong, I am steady

I have a life raft, small and warm
One bed, one bath, one key
It keeps me safe from any storm
And even the entire sea

The rain tickles the roof
Trickles in spittle down the gutter
Uneven beats on a hollow drum
The soundtrack to my slumber
