They say that love is blind
The truth is just, love is pure.
She is patient, she is kind,
She’s unrefined and yet, demure.

Through her looking glass she sees
Spots of flaws and marks of pain
Why do you cry so much, darling?
How can I never make you feel that way again?

Love should know that beauty fades,
She should know that looks are weak
But love cannot be easily stuck in place
Not all who claim to find can truly seek.

Are you the measure of the man?
So wonderful in writing
But is your face too faithless
Shockingly unbeguiling.

Is love so shallow that she can’t see
How you give her the world?
But is it her prerogative to be
After those who make the heart twirl?

Will love be another one with a seven
With plenty of zeros to his name?
How does her nature suffer
When it is love you seek to tame?
She is personified.

I was watching the leaves fall, then met your eyes
My heater was enough to fend off cold, but your warmth was fine
Then came Spring when red roses brushed my cheeks
Later the Sun was too bright, demanding for my eyes

-The Neglected woman.

I was an overlooked
Dahlia,
Trampled without a care
For my welfare.

Then you plucked me
And replanted me within
Your keep.

With care,
You nourished an invisible outcast.

At last!
Someone gives a
**** about me!

i looked into the
depths of what i could
possibly learn,
hugging the night's silence
in replace of a crowd,
just to hear her secrets.

and she said

sometimes you
will leave the light at
the end of the tunnel
with a lesson
in replace
of your lover

sometimes you will feel
the agenda of a union
an intuition
a gathering of spirit
welling up in yourself
speaking of some dire truth

grab it

your time with such and such
is coming up, you can not take him
or her of them or you,
with you on your next chapter
leave the lover
leave your mother
father and your brother,
and take the lesson.
I’ve seen myself in love poems from broken boys. I’ve seen myself in the raging ocean, the gusting wind, the blazing heat.

I’ve seen myself in small wildflowers forcing their way through cement, small spots of beauty and tenderness in this broken world.

I’ve seen myself through the cracked mirror in the bathroom and the shattered glances shot at me across rooms.

I found myself in your arms, in the love that you give unconditionally, in the tears in your eyes when you look at me.

I found myself in you.
I may have found myself in you, but I lost myself in you as well

i travel into the past
and i pick apart the memories
unbuilt to last,
quicksand thoughts
turning
in on me,
laughter on the beach
belittling lover
intoxication stare
one by one collapsing onto me
enticing me to revisit,
as if asking to refill
when my night is all but empty,

I don't dare.
i will stay put in my moment
the present tense is nothing
but a gift from my past you see,
I will only glance in your direction,
sweet memory
I dare not linger
within the depth of
your engulfing nostalgia,
for if I do
i will surely
turn into
a tear.

One Man Woman I am!
who can my will bend?
My ancient Rickpt is married
He froze ON me, in shame I weep!
I exist only as buried loot in his
memory chip a known fool.
An awakening in my mine.
My true North king he was.
I remember him well.

A new identical lover
Is cradled in the fabric
of Indian space for me,
between yearning voids.
and virtual true love in poem,
our grace reads true. our enemy
snare titens
Distance norrows.
Single flower pollinator
Virtual jaanam prēmī
My shame is iced blue.
Let thine ink flow
to paint my loner gates light
and end my bitter mourning.
at zone, Twighlight.
Spill thine heart my friend
to mary golds own woods.
Write thy verse clear

Love is in the air.
Oh, my heart, from somewhere.
Go find my lover and bring him here.
Go find my lover and bring him here.
Love is in the air.
Oh, my heart, from somewhere.

Tell him that the season is young
and I'm longing for him
The dark clouds above are tormenting.
I'm afraid it'll **** me.
He can't trust the rains.
Love is in the air my heart, from somewhere.

Wherever the sun goes
May he be protected from its rays.
The shade of my tresses is calling him
come and I'll make it a day.
A canopy with my eyelids, a shelter for both fits.
Love is in the air my heart, from somewhere.

I'm wandering all alone
Can please someone take me in his arms?
After all, how long can one bear the loneliness.
The days have become cruel.
The nights are fatal.
Love is in the air my heart, from somewhere.

This night and this silence.
These dreamlike sceneries
are these fireflies or beaneries?
Or have the stars descended on earth?
The world appears intoxicated.
Love is in the air my heart, from somewhere.

Why act like that?
Stabbing my heart from the back.
You know I love you.
You claim you love me but this isn't love.
