Neither there's a place i am willing to visit
Nor there's a world i would love to be in.
Honestly, I have found a mother's womb
The safest place to be live in.
In this cruel world a soul is safe in the mother's womb only.
dead bodies floating
in our oceans
from the Asian Pacific
to the Mediterranean

crumpled corpses lying
on our beaches
thousands drowned unknown

overcrowded detention centers
not unlike concentration camps
behind barbed wires
guarded by police and snarling dogs

nobody feels responsible

not  those who started wars
destroyed whole cities
made millions homeless
and into refugees

not those who take advantage
of the chaos for their own gain
abusing the names of their gods
or some ancient figurehead
to excuse their atrocities and greed

not those who live
in comfortable homes
and wish the desperate crowds
would just stay on the TV screen
and not come close

nor those who pretend
to be the guardians
of our great humanitarian heritage
but show no backbone
against nationalist fanatics

it is the shame of the world
to sit and talk and watch
and not do enough

those who turn away
the needy and homeless
could also
      quite suddenly
lose their homes

forced to rely
on the kindness of strangers

I see you,
Drinking from the water of inhumanity
Smoking the leaves of ingratitude
And eating the seeds of hypocrisy.

Observing you,
I found myself drunk of sorrow.

And it makes me,
Drink from the water of insomnia
Smoke the leaves of melancholy
And eat the seeds of solitude

So I can, finally,
Be drunk of madness

Not near-sighted; not far-sighted

Just blinded by stupidity
By rich inhumanity
Lack of love in society

Absence of insight; omission of outsight

Just censored curiosity
Loss of credibility
Condemned abnormality

Futures foresighted; actions unsighted

The past, no punctuality
Death by immortality
Buried from reality
There has been some contradiction and confusion on whether or not 'outsight' is actually a word. Through common knowledge and basic spellcheck, 'outsight' is not a word. But 'Dictionary.com' says that it is truly part of the English vocabulary. So believe what you want to believe.

How inhumane is the human,
Angels must be laughing
The Globe is a mess,
For them it must be shocking

Every year the child celebrates Mother's  day ,
But the respect for her with every passing day is reducing
What a great love for mother this is, angels must be mocking

A law has been issued for everyone,
But I don't see anybody following
What's wrong with the human?
Angels must be talking
Double standards are infinite . Keep it up people!

Ah humanity!
That grievously savage race-
Entertained by pain.

"Night" by Elie Wiesel is a powerful novella about the Holocaust and one boys journey to survive the concentration camp.

Night

The light begins its descent
Time of darkness is near
Flames in the distance
Signal hopelessness and death

Faint sounds of sadness
Echo in the void of the mind
Stripped of possessions
Dignity torn away

Inhumanity reigns above logic
Illusion and despair set in
Normal life just a dream
Shattered youth, tattered innocence

Words and faith have no meaning
Human no more, only a number
Faceless object in a sea of sorrow
Fighting every day for sanity

Each night longer then the next
Sadness, hopelessness, death surrounds
Where is God?  Why is this happening?
Will anyone ever wake from this nightmare

Until last breath and
The heart beats no more
No one can escape that first night
