Where are all the great patrons
Throw me a hook you fishers of men

That I might be caught and eaten
by the audience beyond the footlights

That my blood be spilled on pages
and canvas in prescribed portion

Afford me the flame of arrogance
to believe that my own hand
in the fire of creation touches wonder
and maybe God himself
Creativity is the currency of tomorrows. History shows that patrons have had a strong hand in who we become. Creative people are every where, however the ones with support advance while the rest work harder and arrive later. It is a communal act to support an idea or work of art.

Learn to love your tears.
They are
falling
for
you.
One
A candle spark

Let's meet in the high fields
at sundown

8 billion souls

One inferno
fueled by wax above our heads

See how grand
a blaze
of change
we can devise

Before retiring to bed.

Wrap up the love
you so madly give to others
and open it
for
yourself.

Be there
to hold my hand,
or don’t.
Either way,
I am never letting go
of myself.

There is no need to fight
No need for fear and arms
For there is no attack
Because we are eternal
We don’t need to be right
Don’t need to set anything straight
We only need to set it down
And we will be still who we are
Eternal
Who can understand these words
Who can hearken to the call
We are the ones
We have been silent
We are the ones we have been searching for
On retaliation, retribution and general vindictiveness. From the silence.

I am not always full,
but neither is the moon
and she still finds a way
to pour her light into the sky.

Lost
in the
dark
is where
we learn
how to
find
our light.

Close
the door

on who
you were
yesterday

or who
you’ll be
tomorrow

and
make room

for who
you are
today.
