Pinhole sunrise
Sodium lit
Murk and ambiguity sleep together
Down in the seabed

One moment of calm in a chaotic rift

These dark vessels
Of the fourth plateau
Scheme vicious pastimes
That live by night

Orphans of the smog
Attiré par le chaos
Soldiers of false beliefs
Progress the beauty of destruction

Their slogan:
"Making better mistakes with tomorrow"
It has the sound of a long goodbye
It lights the final flare

Scattered books and pens
A noose hanging from the roof
The ink running dry
First attempt in Haiku,
I wrote it a couple months ago during the final exams.

How do you
Forgive yourself
For all the

there was a moment in time
when death sat beside me on a park bench
and he had rested his hand on the gap between us

rested my hand there
and brushed my fingers against his

and for a chaste moment
i savoured the warmth of his skin
and intertwined my hand with his

but he stood up

and left

and maybe he knew,

it was for the better.
it was the right option

a great wish to be away
gone from the mortal flame
to be consumed within
the eternal fire of love.

Please gods, help me get up
Today it’s one of those days
When I just want to lay all day.
Hide in between the sheets
Fight monsters in my dreams,
They are nicer.

She wants to die, locks

herself in, her mother calls --

and then grabs the axe.

That, which is before me, I take hold,
Stepping forth with the keys
Once wearily, but now growing bold.
Down, black dog, down.
Joy: light in thin cracks extol.
My heart, growing in strength
Stepping out more bold,
It’s the only way to learn, heal and grow peacefully old.
