Is your heart so full of sadness,
   so bogged down with despair;
You feel you've reached the bottom now,
   and no one really cares?

You're at the end of a lonely road,
   with not one soul in sight;
It feels there's no way out but death,
   not one thing else feels right.

As tears well up within the your eyes,
   you look back through the years;
You wonder how it came to this,
   the worst of all your fears.

You knew some how the end would come,
   as we all meet certain death;
But never dreamed you'd be alone,
   when drawing your last breath!

Now listen close to what I say,
   you NEVER were alone;
My Lord and King looks out for you,
   while perched upon His throne!

He's waiting on a call from you,
   He knows it's on the way;
In fact He knows all about your life
   you live from day to day!

Get on your knees and call on Him,
   just ask Him to forgive;
Each time you've sinned all the through your life,
   forgiveness He will give!

My God will love and pick you up,
   from lonely depths of sin;
You'll never be alone again,
   and with Him you will win!

Though sometimes there's days,
   I feel all alone;
Even with family beside me,
   a house not a home.

I know that I'm loved,
   but still shed a tear;
For to be all alone,
   is life's greatest fear!

Alone is a dark place,
   so dreary and bleek;
It creeps in with fury,
   turns strong men to weak!

When I'm heavy and lonesome,
   my heart so so sad;
I remember Christ My Saviour,
   He helps me feel glad!

I remember He loves me,
   He's been here for me;
Once suffering and lonely,
   but now I'm set free!

My heart now so happy,
   my sadness all gone;
With Christ in my life,
   I sing a new song!

He's shown me forgiveness,
   my sins washed away;
He's filled me with gladness,
   and mercy to stay!

A new day had dawned,
   His grace He has shown;
With Him right beside me,
   I'm never alone!

I pray My God in Heaven,
  please be with me here today;
Please protect me, guide and keep me,
   as life's storms now come my way!

Please be with me till they pass me,
   and the thunder sounds no more;
Or just take me home to Heaven,
   let me walk that golden shore!

When the darkness often tempts me,
   to at times just hide my face;
As life's storms so fierce around me,
   rest in God, My Hiding Place!

For I feel My God is with me,
   as I go to him in prayer;
He will always be my anchor,
   When I need Him, He is there!

As now in life I give Him all,
   with trust in Him I stand;
I know He'll always watch 'ore me,
   held in My Master's Hand!

Yes, He'll silence Satan's whispers,
   "there's no hope in life at all";
'Cause I know My Lord will catch me,
   any time before I fall!

Now I know My God is with me,
   and tomorrow sun will rise;
For I know He holds my future,
   just beyond those stormy skies!

Where is My God in times of need,
   when sorrows feel the worst?
Where is He when despair hits home,
   when broken hearts so hurt?

Where is He when I've fallen down,
   and stumbled once again?
Where is He when in darkness now,
   I feel I've reached the end?

Where is He when the storms now rage,
   and lightning crashes 'round?
Where is He when the Devil wins,
   and Satan  has me bound?

Where is He when I need Him most,
   those times amassed with fear?
To answer every one of these,
   just look, He's been right there!

Just take the time to look around,
   He's been right by your side;
He'll hold you close to comfort you,
   you'll NEVER be denied!

He's waiting there with arms outstretched,
   He's listening for your call;
It's up to you to turn to Him,
   at any time you fall!

You'll see if resting in His Arms,
   He answers every prayer;
You'll never feel alone again,
   you'll know He's ALWAYS there!!

Through all my life and many years,
   as sin in life I trod;
You bent your knees to pray and beg,
   I'd turn my life to God!

You raised me right and showed the way,
   to God, the narrow path;
Yet as I ran the other way,
   you prayed He'd spare His wrath!

You never judged, but stood by me,
   for all those sin-filled years;
You always showed your love for me,
   yet silently shed tears!

Now as you know, I've given all,
   my life to His control;
I thank My Lord for second chance,
   since once I let Him go.

He's shown me how to live again,
   He's given life anew;
He watched 'ore me and led my way,
   in life He's seen me through!

Those times I know I let you down,
   you never let it show;
It's since you fought SO hard for me,
   the Devil let me go!

Thanks to the prayers you knelt and prayed,
   my Lord has set me free;
And though I ran so hard from God,
   through all, you stood by me!

I'm Homeward bound
  to a beautiful city;
As I leave earth,
  don't grieve or pity!

I'm on my way
  to a better place;
Far from all sin,
  and earth's rat race!

That's just my body,
  there lying in state;
My soul's in Heaven,
What a Glorious Fate!

So don't you cry,
  or mourn no more;
I'm walking now,
  down Heaven's shore!

Where I now live,
  there's nothing bad;
No sorrow or pain,
  not one soul sad!

Let me give a tour
  of the City I roam;
A mansion He built,
  for me to call Home!

Through Pearly gates,
  you'll see my city;
Nothin' on earth,
  even half as pretty!

Just step on in,
  and you'll be sold;
Very moment you see,
  you're walking on gold!

Just over that hilltop,
  by the Crystal Sea;
I live in that Mansion,
  so happy and free!

You'll see no darkness,
  'Ore this beautiful land;
Those Angels singing,
  just one of His bands!

So don't you worry,
  it's by God's grace;
I now reside,
  in this Glorious Place!

Have you ever stopped to think,
   if tomorrow never comes;
Will your family know you love them,
   when your last day here is done?

Do you fill your life with earthly things,
   or work your life away;
Thinking money, fame or fortune,
   will get you through each day?

There's not one thing up on this earth,
   even those things God has given;
You can take with you upon your walk,
   through those pearly gates of Heaven!

God placed those loved ones in your care,
   He thought you'd do your best;
Have you nurtured, taught and loved them all?
   If not you've failed His test!

Now love, you see, is not a word,
   to be thrown at them each night;
But wrap them up many times each day,
   and forever hold on tight!

When you're angry, mad or hateful,
   thoughts floating in your head;
Don't say those words you're thinking now,
   but go to God instead!

Just show your family often,
   hug and hold them every day-
How much you love each one of them,
   then together kneel and pray!

Just ask My Lord, whose on His throne,
   to guide you from above;
He'll lead you family day by day,
   and fill you with true love!

Then follow God's example,
   and when your laid to rest;
Your love won't be in question,
   then yes, you'll pass His test!

You may not know right here and now,
   just what you really mean;
I hope you know, I still love you,
   though impossible it seems.

I know at times I let you down,
   with broken heart and sad;
I broke the vows I made to you,
   and crushed the dreams we had.

Oh yes, it's gonna take some time,
   to get back down to me;
But with God's help and bit of time,
   I pray you too will see.

He's given me another chance,
   I'll do the best I can;
To hear you say, "Thats him right there,
   oh yes, I love that man!"

I thank you so for standing by,
   not throwing me away;

   if only with a smile!

A person who will listen,
   when pouring out your heart;
The one who's never left your side,
   has been there from the start!

That wholesome leader as a friend,
   whose lifted you in prayer;
That special one you'll never doubt,
Or question if they're there!

The one who never judges you,
   as sin in life you trod;
The one whose always knelt and prayed,
   you'd turn your life to God!

I thank God for your friendship,
   through sorrow, pain and strife;
I pray someway I can repay,
   your friendship in my life!

As the lightning dances round,
   and the thunder's deafening roar;
You may feel My God has left you,
   or His love is never more!

Your heart is filled with sadness,
   your body weary and weak;
Your eyes, they burn with sorrow,

The devil says "Get angry,
   God took this one from you!";
He fills your mind with questions,
   and says"God's love's not true!".

"How could He leave me lonely?
   How could He take you away?
How could He do this to me?
  I can't live another day"!

"What have I done to Him?
   How could this all be?
Have I lived my life so wrong?
   Has He turned His back on me?".

My God has every answer,
   To all questions just above,
He puts turmoil in our life,
   to help us trust His love!

It was Him that blessed you with
  the time you got to spend,
Here beside your beautiful love,
   He placed with you on lend!

It's nothing that you've done,
   nor have you lived so wrong;
For without some trials in life,
   we could never be this strong!

Their time on earth was through,
   I'm sure He had a place;
Bet His choir of angel singers,
   must've had an open space!

Now see that smile upon His face,
   as you loved one sings His praise;
Backed by a million angel singers,
   as their voice's they raise!

Yes, My God will see you through,
   each day you live from here;
If you'll give it all to God,
   you bet, He'll hold you near!

As I watch you lying there,

He'll be there for you now and then,
   at any time you fall;
He'll guide your way back Home with Him,
   just with His beckon call!

Oh yes, My God's the Bread of Life,
   The Ruler of All things;
You'll find My Lord will shelter give,
   and comfort 'neath His Wings!

As spring has now began to come,
   one moment not too soon;
As april showers fall in May,
   fresh flowers start to bloom;

The springtime breeze begins to blow,
   the scent of fresh cut grass;
The sunbeams seem more bright somehow,
   as winter's gloom now pass!

The browns fade out to brighter greens,
   birds chirping in the air;
This springtime glee's the only thing,
   I'd dare your love compare!

Without God's touch you'd  never find
  true happiness with me;
Yet blessed by Him with nature's touch
  such joy and love you'll see!

We both were formed by God above,
   not made by mortal man;
The love we share, not made by us,
   'twas formed by God's Own Hand!

I wish I may, I wish I might,
   I wish upon a star;

    and everything you are.

You're more than just the sweetest kind,
   yes, more than any dream;

Do you question where you're headed,

Do you know Him as Your Saviour?

Have you trusted Him to fully,
   walk beside you everyday?

Have you lived your life for Jesus,
   telling others 'bout His love?
Have you read His Word He gave us,
   sent to others from above?

Have you let Him guide you always,
   down the bumpy roads of life?
Have you turned to Him in anger
  feeling sorrow, pain and strife?

Do you worship Him on one day,
   then you curse the very next?
Aren't you sure He's thought about it?
   I can bet you'd be perplexed!

Have you answered all these questions,
   without lying none at all?
Why not ask Him for forgiveness,
   or in sin your sure to fall!

He will always be here for us,
   so just call out His dear name;
If you'll give yourself all to Him,
   in His fold you will remain!

Once you give your life to Jesus,
   oh you'll feel much more alive;

   in that Heavenly Book of Life!

There's something 'bout just living for God,
   for my whole life has changed;
I now have so much joy and peace,
   since God my soul reclaimed!

The war raged on, my soul the prize,
   now Satan's in retreat;
My God has claimed the victor now,
   the Devil's claimed defeat!

My Saviour shed His blood one day,
   on hill called Calvary;
He washed each one my sins away,
   He died to set me free!

Each day is so much brighter now,
   I'd never known such peace;
Until I gave My God control,
   gave Him the driver's seat!

He's led me through the toughest times,
   now in His rightful place;
Since Jesus took my pilot's seat,
   I'm winning in lifes race!

Yes Jesus found and brought me in,
   this soul that weny astray;
He's shown me how to live again,
   To love, to watch and pray!

For so long as I ran from Him,
   He kept me safe from harm;
Since now I've found the place for me,
   in comfort of His Arms!

Every morning as I wake up,
   I get on my knees and pray;
As I talk to God My Father,
   never knowing what to say.

I have studied and I've listened,
   'Bout so many types of prayer;
There's one thing never questioned,
   that My God is always there!

Yes His door is always open,
   He will always lend an ear;
You will feel His presence with you,
   as you pray, He'll draw you near!

For He wants so bad to hold you,
   in His loving arms outstretched;
He will answer if you ask Him,
   and your life will be so blessed!

For He wants to hear from each one,
   of His sheep all in His flock;
You can bet you'll never miss Him,
   'cause He answers 'round the clock!


Don't you dare forget to praise Him,
   Our Almighty Faithful God;
For not one time in your life,
   has He ever you forgot!

If you'll open up all to Him,

If you don't know how to handle things,
   just ask, He knows what's best!

I've heard My God's the Keeper of,
   the sun, the moon and stars;

He rules the earth from up above,
   He's sitting on His throne;
Just call on Him from bended knee,
   He'll make His presence known!

You ever feel you are alone,
   you'll see His Word is true,
Just follow what is written there,
   then watch, He'll  comfort  you!

Hear what I say, then ponder this,
   God made you just for me;
Created from a piece of bone
   And formed quite perfectly!

He took such pride in all he made
   placed everything just right;
My God Himself saw what He'd done,
   perfection in His sight!

He knew we need companionship,
   Each husband needs his wife;
Someone like you to walk with me
   with whom to share my life!

He started out with only sand,
   to form a mortal man;
Beginning of the human race,
   fulfilling perfect plan!

I'll bet He chuckled to Himself,
   He knew how proud I'd be;
How right He was and proud I AM,
   that you're right here with me!

I met you not so long ago,
   you touched me from the start;
The first time that your eyes met mine,
   you softened this 'ole heart!

I thought I'd seen most everything,
   felt this 'ole mind was wise;
You blew my mind with just one glimpse,
   of Heaven in your eyes!

I know God has a plan for us,
   i hope you too can see;
My God Himself has sent your love,
   a gift from Him to me!

Not everyone can say they have,
   a gift from Heaven above;
But God saw fit to send me you,
   a package of true love!

I now can see so clearly now,
   More what your love is worth;
You're so far more than just a girl,
   my touch of Heaven on earth!

Just how well do you know My God?
   He's the Ruler of everything,
He's Almighty and Omnipotent;
   My Jesus Lord and King!

He made the earth with spoken word,
   all just in seven days;
He formed the moon; each star in space,
   He set a certain way!

Not long from then, My Jesus came,
   as a little Baby Boy;
He came to earth to show us how,
   to live for Him with joy!

Here on this earth, He marveled us;
   as displaying God's Own power,
He taught us how to love and give,
   to pray near every hour!

He took five fish, and broke five loaves,
   then thousands did He feed;
He showed His men what true faith was,
   by walking on the sea!

So many had doubt when Moses said,
   "My God will make a way!"
God parted the sea, they walked right through,
   then Pharaoh's men He slayed!

He healed the sick, made blind men see,
   with touch of His dear hand;
He led the Jews through wilderness,
   on to the promised land!

He died for us on Calvary,
   our sins became His pain;
He washed away each one for us,
   then later rose again!

I hope you'll see how special He is,
   My Lord, My King, My God;
He touched the lives of millions here,
   on earth and far abroad!

I'm looking for my one true love,
   a love to last life through;
I'm looking for that special one,
   a love I never knew!

I'm looking for a love to stand,
   all through the test of time;
A simple love that's beyond strong,
   a love that's strong as mine!

Have you seen the beauties My God made,
   the wonders of it all?

   or seen Niagara falls?

Have you climbed the highest mountain top,
   of ever scaled Pike's Peak?
Have you noticed all the things He made,
   and formed in just one week?

Have you seen the vastness of the sky,
   or tried to count the stars?
Have you figured just how far apart
   are Jupiter and Mars?

Have you smelled the ocean's salty breeze,
   or felt it's gentle waves?
Have you realized just how big they are?
   I know you'd be amazed!

Have you seen the grandest place on earth,
   the largest things God made?
Have you felt the gentlest breeze blow by
   or watched the sunshine fade?

All things we see here on this earth,
   will all but only pale;
To unimaginable grandeur that
   in Heaven He'll unveil!

For the most amazing thing on earth,
   but only slight reflection;
Of the blessed beauty waiting in
   His Heavenly collection!

All through the years I ran from God,
  I lived my life my way;
As family friends and loved ones prayed,
   I'd turn to God one day!

He watched 'ore me as hard I ran,
   He kept me safe and sound;
Just as I ran the other way,
   He turned my life around!

This one lost sheep had went astray,
   My Shepherd brought me in;
Back safe into His Fold again,
   He rescued me from sin!

My God reached down in darkest depths,
He plucked from Satan's bind,
New life he gave me on the that day
   to follow His design!

Such grace and peace He fills me with,
   my heart doth overflow;
Since I began to walk with Him,
   such joy I came to know!

It's all because He loved and cared,
   He kept me safe from harm;
He gives me now such comfort and
   sweet solace in His arms!

Yes through it all He stood by me,
   He never let me fall-
So far from Him I couldn't hear
   My Shepherd's beckon call!

Let's take the word "love"
  and study it close;
The most famous word
  in life I suppose!

It's taken for granted
  by most all of us;
It's said as an ending
  as we bicker and fuss!

We throw it to family
  as we walk out the door;
So misused by all-
  by rich and by poor!

We feel it has meaning,
  of used every day.
No matter how spoken,
  just a word that we say!

I pray that you see it
  before it's too late;
Love is more than a word
  to throw at your mate!

It's not just a noun
  to be casually thrown,
It's FAR more than that
  when its meaning is shown!

There's one HUGE example
  how to show others love;
It's found in My God's Word,
  from Heaven above!

God sent His Son Jesus
  to die on a tree;
He bled on Mt. Calvary,
  to set us all free!

He hung on the cross
  for our sins to erase;
To save all our souls
  from the judgment we face.

God showed us the meaning
  of love on that day:
To sacrifice wholly
  ourselves all the way!

You see, He came down,
  from Heaven above;
To show us Himself-
  true meaning of love!!

You ever feel that you're not loved,
  I hope that soon you'll see;
You're more than just a shining light,
  you're Heaven's gift to me!

You're brighter than the sun and moon,
  fresh breathe of springtime air;
Not one thing that God placed on earth,
  to you I'd dare compare!

A splash of salt with ocean wave,
  soft footprint in the sand;
You left your mark on this 'ole heart,
  slight touch of God's own Hand!

You're more than just a special girl,
  you're of the rarest breed;
With you , I now have found true love,
  the only thing I need!

Good morning to you gorgeous love,
  you've been on my mind.
Your popping up in all my dreams,
   Your of the rarest kind!

You make me feel most everyday,
  a true and special love;

For since you've came into my life,

So as you feel your all alone
  get on your knees in prayer;
My God the ruler of everything
  is waiting for you there!

Stowed away in a manger,
  what a lowly birth;
When My Jesus came here,
   with us to this earth.

He came as a human,
   just like you and me.
From a child to His death,
  mortal man was He!

He walked on the water,
   made the sick men well,
Made one loaf feed a thousand
  broke the devil's spell!

Gave the blind back their sight,
  raised the dead from the grave,
Made the lame men to walk,
  made the oceans behave !

He hung on that cross
   where He bled and He died.
Forgave all our sins
   when He was crucified!

He could have called Angels,
   ten million or more;
Instead paid the price
   for our sins that He bore!

Now think once again
   what we put Him through.
I thank Him each day,
   as I hope you do too!

'Tis all my burdens lifted now
  because of My God's grace.
He's seen me through the trials of life,
  He'll see me through life's race!

'Twas grace that brought my loved ones down,
  each one all to their knees.
They prayed for me to stop my run,
  to shake the devil free!

'Twas grace that opened up my eyes,
  once blind in sin I trod;
But now I see there's more to life,
  when living it for God!

'Twas grace that washed away my sin,
  the time I first believed.
My God had paid the final cost,
  His blood my sins relieved!

'Twas grace that took away my fear,
  through hard times come and gone.
My Jesus held me close to Him,
  all through life's night till dawn!

'Twas grace that showed me how to live
  for My God every day.
I strive to spread His love around
  in everything I say!

'Twas grace that paved my way to Him,
  for one day soon I'll stand;
Home with My Jesus face to face,
  in Heaven's Beulah Land!

'Twas grace that brought this sinner home,
  now in my rightful place.
Thank God I've got another chance
  with His amazing grace!

So you pass it every day now,
  that book just lying there.
You know that you should read it;
  such riches there to share!

It's not just decoration,
  all covered up in dust.
If you'll read a couple pages,
  then in God just place your trust!

He will open up your eyes now
  if you'll only scriptures read;
He will change your life forever,
  yes, He'll fill you full indeed!

You can read 'bout any passage
  that My Heavenly Father spoke,
And find something so important
  that will give your heart a poke!

There is so much in those Scriptures
  that will help you grow always.
It's a book that every Christian
  should read near every day!

You can talk to God My Father
  as you go to Him in prayer;
Then His answers He has written
  in Those Scriptures lying there!

So when you see it on that table
  as your walking out the door,
Pick it up and read it's pages
  and He'll bless you ten times more!

Have you ever thought about
  what your mother's love is worth?
It's the closest thing to Heaven
  any man can feel on earth!

It's so meaningful and true
  as she holds you in her arms.
She'll protect and keep you safe
  from this life and all it's harms!

She'll stand right by your side
  no matter what you've done.
She'll be the one to hold you up
  when your so called friends are gone!

Yes she brought you here to earth
  and you'll find she'll take you out;
If at one time in your life
  her precious love you ever doubt

For no matter what the time,
  when my running now is done;
Mom'll wrap me in her arms
  saying "Welcome home my son!"

So listen as I tell you now;
  you will never find another,
Heart thats filled so full of love,
  as the heart of my mother!

When the darkness shrouds around us,
  and life's storms all come our way;
Know My God still holds the future,
  and the sun will rise today!

For He knows our every battle,
  every little thing we do;
He is always watching 'ore us,
  and He'll always see us through!

Yes, we've all seen troubled waters,
  had our lives rocked to and fro;
Know we've got Him as Our Captain,
  and He's always in control!

As the lightning strikes around us
  and the thunder's deafening roar;
He will guide us through our troubles,
  so we'll reach the other shore!

Oh there's times we'll be so fearful,
  not a hope on which to stand;
Then He'll keep and show us comfort,
  in the hollow of His Hand!

Yes there's days our faith will falter,
  you can doubt Him if you dare;
Yet He'll always be Our Anchor,
When we need Him, He is there!

Now you see when trials gather,
  trust in Him for all your days;
Know My Lord will comfort give you,
  and He'll calm those angry waves!

I'm not the best dad known to man
I don't have money or fame
I definitely don't have super strength
I stagger from life's pain!
I haven't been just where I should
Beside you everyday
I haven't followed My Lord's design
In life or any way!
I haven't lived a life to brag
Or be so proud about
Yet one things known that when I love
It's love you'll never doubt!
So as you read these words right now
As written from my heart
Just know I'm in Gods fold again,
I've got a brand new start!
Now as I live each day for Him
I'll show you love you've  missed
I'll tell you what you are to me
Let's start with this small list -
You're my princess and my angel
My precious shooting star
My gorgeous gem, the brightest pearl,
My ALL is what you are!

There's one thing now I know in life;
   My God will answer prayer.
He watches 'ore me night and day,
   my burdens for to bear!

He's willing to forgive my sin,
   if simply I will ask;
He'll heal the wounds, the broken hearts,
   and leave them in the past!

Don't worry 'bout those little things,
   just give them all to God;
He'll show you He is in control
   in ANY life we trod!

When ever feeling all alone,
   just trust in this one thing-
My God is always by your side;
   your sheltered 'neath His wing!

He's sure to let some hard times come,
   He let's us feel some pain;
He'll make our hearts more pliable,
   with heat from trial's flame!

Don't EVER get so down and out
   and think He's left your side,
Just turn and look - He's standing there,
   with arms spread open wide!

So think about this in your life,
   when Satan means you harm;
My God has got you safely wrapped-
   in comfort of His Arms!

There is coming a special day,
   when I'll see my Saviour's face;
When the dead in Christ shall rise
   since He saved me by His grace!

As those Angel's trumpet sound,
   He will take us by the hand;
Lead us to our Final Home,
   nestled up in Beaulah Land!

No more heartaches will be known,
   not one tear will dim the eye;
As the storms of life all pass,
   not a cloud left in the sky!

Once we've crossed inside those gates,
   no more burdens more to bear;
No more parting, no more pain,
   not one sorrow over there!

We'll live forever on that shore,
   never grow a bit more old;
Time in Heaven will not count,
   as we'll walk those streets of gold!

Don't you think I'm poor or lonely,
   this 'ole world is not my home;
For I'm just-a-passin' through-
   thinking 'bout that place I'll roam!

When to Heaven I've ascended,
   could be morning night or noon;
With My Jesus right beside me-
   Heaven's Angels all in tune!

I can hear those trumpets sounding,
   yes I know I'm Heaven bound:
Since I found Him as My Saviour,
   I'll receive a harp and crown!

I never once knew loneliness
Could bring about such fear
Until that day I lost your love
Now lost and lonely dear!
You brought me so much happiness
You filled me with delight
Now as I'm here all by myself
My sunshine turned to night!
See not to very long ago
You came into my life
No matter how I pushed away
You still became my wife!
You loved me like no other has,
You softened hardest heart,
Yes with your soft and gentle touch
You ripped my life apart!
Now love you see's a touchy word
'Cause sometimes its so cruel,
For often times you love someone
To find you've been a fool!
Although I made safe boundaries
Your love pushed right on through
I felt I knew what real love was
But found it wasn't true!
When one heart loves another
As life swings to and fro
Sometimes your love is shown the best
By letting loved ones go!
So this I've done unwillingly
I know it wasn't right
To hold on to your love no more-
I finally quit the fight!
My heart still longs for you my dear
My mind is all a buzz
I never once before have felt
What lonely really was!

I don't have pull with Cupid's bow
Or chocolate covered hearts
No shiny things or fancy rings
To set my love apart!
We may not have the biggest house
Or grandest way to live
Yet not a man alive today
Has this much love to give!
You must believe the words I say
I love you so my dear
I can't afford the finer things
So let me make it clear-
Since actions speak a million words
Each time I hold you tight-
I'm telling you I love you so-
A trillion times each night!
I don't just speak these words I say
And trust you will believe,
I plan to show you everyday
With love you will receive!
I promise you not on this earth
You'll find a love like mine,
So as this day of love comes soon-
Please be my valentine

There's times in life I feel I'll break;
   a pain I cannot stand.
It's in those times I often hide
   in Hollow of His Hand!

He helps me through the toughest times;
    those times I feel are hard.
It's in these times He lends a hand-
   a hand so worn and scarred!

With gentle hand He leads and guides
   me through life's weary way.
He'll be there to protect me,
   when times I go astray!

My Father's Hands are mighty hands;
   His touch can calm the seas!
My Lord can do just anything
   with greatest sense of ease!

With healing Hands He healed the sick,
   He made the lepers well,
And anytime He spoke the word,
   not once did ever fail!

My Father's Hands are nail-pierced Hands-
   a sign of sacrifice;
He bore our load upon that cross,
   our sins is why He died!

Now one day soon I'm going Home-
   to Home in Beaulah Land;
To see My Jesus face to face,
   to touch His nail-scarred Hands!

There's times in life that seem so sad
We've been through trial by fire
But all along you stood by me
All through life's muck and mire!
Not ever once was I alone
You've always seen me through
Though broken down and tired yourself
With love you stood so true!
I'm awe inspired by love you have
No matter circumstance
You've always shown amazing strength
Each time you had a chance!
You've broken down each wall I'd built
To never love again
You've shown me how to stand so strong
And take it on the chin!
It's almost though you've super strength
My world you often shook
You've shown me love that's beyond strong-
A hero in my book!
I tell you this one thing right now
I'm not the perfect man
I've failed at times all through my life
To live God's simple plan!
This one thing now I've came to see
Just as a rose has thorns,
As grandest ocean here on earth
Is rocked at times by storms,
It's who's beside you in those times
That tells the final tale
So thanks to you beside me then
Those hard times often pale!

When 'ere I see your smile
You take away all pain
You make my heart just skip a beat
With the speaking of your name!
For just to put it mildly
I loved you at first sight
The moment that I first saw you
My heart had taken flight!
Youre here beside me everyday
No shadow of a doubt
You fill my soul, encourage me
And show what love's about!
You've always stood so bold and strong
Just right here next to me
Your love is not conditional
It's more like Heavenly!
As all the times I caused you pain
By living my life wrong
You've shown me what fogiveness was
And moved our love along.
I pray my Lord will show me how
To love you in His way
He'll help me be the man I should,
Walk closer day by day!
I pray He'll help me do what's right,
Far better than the past
To hold you close wrapped in these arms
And show you love to last!

Just how long would it take
For your love to answer this-
Are you positive he loves you
Are you his and ONLY his?
Just how often does she ask
Do you really love me dear?
Are you often times too busy
For to care about her fear?
Just how many times in one day
Do you give your girl a hug?
Are you mostly always running
So you pass her with a shrug?
Just how aweful would you feel
If she gave away your love?
Are you so lost in yourself
Or not her you're thinking of?
Just how's it going to feel
When she finds another man?
Are you gonna care about it
Or it's part a bigger plan?
Just how aweful person are you
For to play with someone's heart?
Are you thinking it won't crush her
When you rip her world apart?
Now just stop and think about it
How you're living life a lie,
Have you thought a bit about it
Who will care just when you die?
You may feel somethings important
Other than the vow you made
To your bride in front of God
Proudly on your wedding day.
Bet your wife will be beside you
When those other things are gone,
Better hurry up and love her
'Cause with you she'll soon be done!

When I look into your gorgeous face
Your beauty all aglow
I see the love you have for me
You always let it show!
You're such a blessing in my life
A gift from Heaven to earth
You've shown me what true love's about
Just what my heart is worth!
I can't explain just how much love
I have for you my dear
I'll do my best to show you as
I'll hold you through the years!
I've never felt a love like this
A love like yours and mine
It's got to be agape' love
A love that most don't find!
I feel your love so close to me
In each and every way
I hear the love you speak to me
In everything you say!
You are so precious to me dear
A beauty out and in
You've stood by me through all life's race,
A race now we will win!
You'll always be my one true love
From now till very end
My precious jewel, my morning star
My lover and my friend!

This lonesome earth is not my home
I'm just wanderin' through
I'm waiting on my chariot ride
To home beyond the blue!
There's just a few more roads to cross
A few more wars to fight
There's but one moment left on earth
Until I take my flight!
What glorious moment that will be
He'll come with outstretched hand
To lead us to that marvelous place
Our Home in Beulah Land!
With sudden splendor He'll arrive
His Angels gathered 'round
We'll know that moment when it comes
When Heaven's trumpets sound!
I'm now so ready for that day
To see My Saviour arrive
Could be this morning, noon and night
We'll break through Heavenly skies!
I hope your ready when rapture comes
To take us to our Home,
If you've trusted in God's saving grace
On Heaven's shores you'll roam!
We can't imagine what glory will be
What splendor there awaits,
When on that day we'll walk and run
Through Heaven's Pearly Gates!
