I wonder, if in everything I do,
there is a guiding light; standing
apart watching me, to beguile
the shadows of a starless night

Would duty impart importance
to the fact of its existence; would
the light assuage those hurt by
callous burden as it should?

Endlessly creative as only true
emotion can be; but held at bay
by the things we are trained to
ignore by what other voices say

Could it be that no matter the
cost, what is right will save me?
Or is it only providence who will
judge the dim light I cannot see?
The issue with the Ego isn't the Ego itself:
like many other aspects of sentient Life,
Intention and Willpower navigate a Vessel
whither it may will to be- consciously or no!

True Wisdom is subtle: implicit
in every single last one of the ten-thousand things.

Incidentally, such subtlety nests grave danger:
such capacity to be overlooked or ignored-
manipulated, extorted, distorted;
abused, neglected: abandoned.
Antagonized.

Beware. Tread lightly.
Please think and act with utmost care.

Be as Tao; as the rest.
Non-seek Zen mind.

Everything is precisely as it must be,
with exception of Human mentality.

Follow your Heart, but utilize thy Brain.
Find a purpose and learn from the pain.
Through just struggle does One justly gain.
By Empathy, could we all do just the same?

Let's just try it and see, shall we?
The Force takes care of it's own.

Thank you for reading.
Blessings upon thy Path.

"The ten-thousand things" is an ancient Chinese expression for "Everything" or "all of the Universe;"
the physical, material aspect of the Tao,
also known as Te, or matter to modern Science.

Wisdom is implicit in all things.

I want to tell you i miss you
But im more frightened by the thought of your responce
I remember all these things
Dancing in the living room,
Dancing by the campfire,
Dancing in the streets.

You still have my heart but i could never tell you that.

Throughout our childhood, our grandmother would turn to us,
in her yellow-lit kitchen, brandishing a rubber spatula or meat
tenderizer to warn us against falling to temptation. She’d witnessed
too many good people disappear into what she called
a consumption of the soul,

and as my cousins licked sugary batter off their spoons,
no one could have known that one day the candy-coating
would melt from their eyes to see their mother
for what she had done the last six years that now showed in her trembling hands, glossed vision, and a temperament that splashed into anger, flowed into melancholy as easily as she had found herself downing bleary bubbles at the brim of a precipiced fountain.
She was promised her very own message in a bottle, and this keep-sake

manifested in cousin Libby’s dreams, floating down a wine river
that gushed from the slashes in her mother’s wrists. Somehow I knew
these nightmares were born from warm and heady “sleep well”s
mumbled from across the darkest of rooms which held so many glass
ghouls with names and strengths so real, they even scared

my grandmother into silence as she stirred the pecan pie for Easter dinner. She offered to let me lick the spoon clean, but I simply
asked for straight sugar instead.

The tallest mountain
Once lay dormant
Confined between
Tectonic plates
Tremors and upheavals
Jolted it from slumber
Broke away from the shackles
Of solitary confinement
And oppression
Grazed and razed with every move
Now reaches the summit
To kiss the soft clouds
In silent meditation for ages
Mighty and tall, towers above all
Revered by many

From the moment I saw you
You and that personality
I knew independence was your heart song

Such noble aspirations
Your heart reaches so many,
and creates new havens

Be courageous, young angel
Embrace your forever
Fly to the promise
Fade not into never

Understand that every house
was given strings
And in the present, and future
continue to find those perfect melodies

Conquer the many dwellings and expand your business
Have your aura linger, and encourage forgiveness
Kimberly you are an inspiration in the making for people, and I'm proud to see you during the social ascension.
you know that feeling you get when you're at the top of a building, or edge of a mountain?
that urge to just poke your head out a tad to see whats beneath you?
the fact that if you make one wrong move you can easily fall to your death is breath taking.
see that's how i like to live.
to do things that are risky, but not letting them take control of what happens.
sometimes when ive had a little too much to drink i go to the top of my apartment complex and just look around.
i can sit on the edge and look over , but i make sure im not careless because i control what happens
sometimes when im in doubt i take my dads bullets from his gun and hold them in my hands and just think about how much power i actually have.
i can have harmful things around me but not let them ruin me.
the bullets with out the gun cant hurt me,
so the risks i take cant either if im within moderation.
again i say that feeling you get from looking down from a high area...
i love it
im a risky gal what can i say?
