now that you'd had the vote for
a hundred years what have u
accomplished by voting for the dog
catcher; now that u can determine
the direction of the ship of state
in the UK & the USA drink up,
ladies, it's ur tab, it's all on u;
urchin match girls & orphans
begging in the street; twelve year
turned out to put food on the table
where there is bread & only cheap
wine but those little girls ******
get the hang of turning tricks when
it's a beating they go home to for
good or ill; mama threw the baby
out w/ the bathwater & the kid hit
me in the head; I sold it on Fifth
Avenue & now she's a doyen who
doesn't want her past talked about;
she's a suffragette & her husband is
a ***** & they throw lavish parties
beneath crystal chandeliers inviting
the leading lights of literature & art;
science & philosophy speaking so
erudite only known to themselves
that they were once of the streets;
surviving life in the ghetto & rising
u from the gutter, leaving the filthy
city behind for countryside estates;
now she's a suffragette married w/
blue blood in her children's veins

I'm sorry I threw up
On your Louis Vuitton sneakers
In the back of your chauffeured BMW
Driving through the crumbling streets
Of Mexico City
On the way back
To your immaculate home.
Something was not sitting well
In my stomach.

By the time as it passes endlessly without coming to a halt.
Each human has been gifted with wealth, wether that be material or
not is of no importance, some possess more, some do possess less.
However, the most valuable wealth which is in a clear recording,
Is neither chosen to be owned, nor can one choose to abandon it.
Some tend to waste it, according to others by their individual opinion.
For some it is a cruel fate, as it runs out quicker until the life has reached its destined point, fades away into the embrace of death
Some use it for their advantage, to gain success, renown, luster.
Are you able to guess what it is, has the obvious been pointed out ?
Tick, tock, time passes, to never to turn and change it's path
As I am getting lost in emotions, such as tremor in my thoughts, I have stared into the pocket watch, its motion which gently calms me,
Thinking about the seconds which pass, I am locked in this angel's
sight with no chance to flee, digging deeper into the structure of my mind without minding the time which is escaping before my eyes.
Tick, tock, self reflection, thinking through actions, this time I spend staring is far from being wasted, far from being thrown away.
Until finally, I close it, sighing in relive

a rock
held it in my hand
tightly.
Pressure built
It became a diamond.
just a short one.
Lets share our own wealth with all.

True wealth and beauty comes from
knowing and embracing
your own self-value.
In a world thriving from being superficial, keep yourself strong by knowing your value. Be wealthy in kindness, compassion and charm. All positive features enhances your beauty.

Before the civil war came
It was an assurance to slaves.
And then Lincoln freed them.
Now he is long in his grave.
Yet so many of us are still
Hoping for better times now.
We slave and we save but
We still don’t know just how.

What’s up there in the sky?
I want to know that, and why
Need we wait until time goes by
And why can’t someone try
To tell me there is more than dew
And why there’s nothing we can do
To get that delicious piece of pie
Now and not in the great by and bye?

I’m not asking why the sky is blue,
I know that and much more too.
I’m just questioning why the rich
Keep getting richer, not me and you,
And exactly what we all must do
To reverse an ugly, constant drain
Of those with little but not wealthy.
That can’t be a healthy kind of strain.

Yet here we are, century after century
Then when we go to church they tell us
To pray to the sky, to some invisible guy
And the rich tell themselves we are jealous.
They raise the prices so we can’t buy much
Then they create wars to totally scare us,
But when they need some cannon fodder
They definitely never will spare us.

It’s easy to cheat if people help them;
They know most of us are too silly
Most of us will blame the wrong thing
And not see them cheating ***** nilly.
They know we will go back to magazines
Vote just the way their daddies said.
They ignore what all the headlines mean.
Just like that, peace and freedom are dead.

Indeed I was born in a s '''Hole  country
A royal citizen of Norway ,the world's best country
Whose citizens refused to come to a country
That elected an a '' hole to lead their country .

Donald Trump is right to call us s'''hole countries
Officials embezzle millions ,yet can't pay salaries
From dawn to dusk the people moan in anguish cries
Malnourished kids live with hunger disease and flies

African governments made their own homes s*holes
Look at the bad infrastructures bad roads and potholes
With all the natural resources our economies and financial woes
For the impoverished and gullible masses ,there are no hopes .

Let's not get angry at the dumb a''  President of America
But rather direct our discontents at our corrupt leaders in Africa
Who hides money in Swiss banks and vacations in Arabia
Africa, thou mayest not like this ,time to wake up from the coma !
Truth hurts but it helps...

I love the past.
Not only because of the bad and good memories, but because of how I managed to glide through things easily.
all of it is rather unbelievable...
i don’t believe it myself and the thoughts just keep poking at my mind like they’re sticking knives in my brain!
I just want them to stop
they won’t stop experimenting on me
I am not a hamster.

regret is on my mind and alcohol seems to be my only friend
no one understands my pain of what Im going through.
they just wouldn’t understand.
the kids look at me as if I killed another man.
but here I just walk on a straight path that leads to nowhere
the never-ending road with the white light at the end that I can’t reach.

no matter how fast I run, no matter how intelligently I think, it goes farther and farther away.
the daily thought that rests in my god-forsaken mind is when will I ever go home?
when will I experience the warm feeling of returning home after a long day and seeing loved ones?
take me home, alcohol, take me away to the sweet paradise of liquor and whiskey that I was destined to go for rehab
I’m sure everyone there would like me.

the next thing you know I blinked my eyes and I was strapped to a wheelchair.
my hands moved by themselves and I felt a shadow loom over my shoulder
it was a nurse in a white gown with a red and white hat
she asked me how i was doing and I replied I was doing terrible.
she reassured me I would feel better once I got to the hang of things here.
socializing she said was the thing to do.
I didn’t learn of her name but I’ll remember her by her firm feminine voice.
her voice was rather comforting, just listening.
to her made me feel like I was actually talking to someone who could understand me.
I wish I could have spoke with the unknown nurse more, but she was already occupied again.
the moment she was gone, that light I see at the end of the lonesome path I walk disappeared.
I came to my senses and noticed the neatness of the rehab center.
someone with OCD would embrace in joy seeing this.

a man in a blue suit walks in with a silent expression, eyes down and face forward
he pulls a chair out of darkness and sits in it unpolitely
then, his eyes come into contact with mine, as if they mean to startle
i glance at the man with pursed lips, then i notice he has a card.
but the card suddenly snaps with callous fingers releasing the card.
"this is you. your life, your everything. you became an alcoholic, hamster, and a alcoholic. you have no family, and you have nothing. all you own is your past, present, and future."
looking down at the broken white business card, i imagined the card from the man's analogy as my own life.
piecing it all together one by one, it all started making sense.
i can be something from nothing, i can have something, being born with a purpose.
from nothing to something, i am me.

the strange chat with the peculiar man changed the train of thought going through my brain.
suddenly i no longer felt the needles poking at my brain, i was reassured in being a better person.
my bones suddenly became thicker with the covering of more addition of healthy fat.
the dark cloud slowly disappearing into the moon...
from the days passing by ever since the interview, i realized i had changes happening within me.
my paradise of whiskey and liquor was no more, and my brain married a new paradise: freedom.
when you think of the past, it's a place you'd like to be in for sometime unless someone snaps you out of it.
mistakes are just old memories and scars

A mask is something we wear to hide our real selves. Some of us wear our masks all the time while others don’t even realize they have masks at all.

Her mask is the epitomy of wealth and prosperity... so why are you on food stamps?

Her mask drives a bmw.....is that why you can’t make your car payments?

Her mask buys fivoluous **** that she’ll never use...is that why you overdraw your bank accounts?

Her mask is a lie she’s lived her entire life....is that why you wasted all your money?

Her face tells the real story...your irresponsible, self-serving, with an insatiable appetite for anything that you can’t have.

A mask helps you pretend to be someone your not.

But the thing about masks is...

They all have to come off eventually.
