If you walk, you slip
If you stop, you stall
If you touch, you stick
If you drop, you fall

In the eternal,
In the eternal now.

If you give, you take
If you kneel, you bow
If you dream, you wake,
If you seek, you doubt,

And when night shadows blend
With the light of the dawn
Remember to forget
That you've come to depart

In the eternal,
In the eternal now.

my roots weave a basket in this shallow ***
wish i got more than i got
wish i got what i sought
my face feels different in the mirror now
shot with an arrow but it i caught
the only thing i could ever stop
wish i got what it sought

tall glass of water with a refreshing personality
feeling quenched with your arm around me
-
i cannot stall this out any longer
there aren’t volcanoes that are hotter
feeling better whenever we are together
my tall glass of water

Here I sit broken-hearted
tried to ****, but only farted
Then one day I took a chance
tried to **** and **** my pants.

The names scribbled on the walls
With numbers underneath inside the stalls
For a good time call
Maybe it’s my own fault
That I’m alone
Not a friend on the end of a joke
Nor an enemy on the verge of revenge
Maybe I should just stencil in
My own name and number
Just to find a friend
Where we came from
Back against the wall
I think we all stall

I'll meet you by the carousel,
Where we'll kiss and never tell,
And when we leave we'll keep looking back,
Neither of us wanting to forget,
The good time we had.
We would text and we would call,
Do that same funny dance,
But that's not all.
We both know we're going to fall,
Neither can admit that right now,
It's better to just stall.
