when i say black lives matter,
i'm saying all lives matter
but right now our white people
aren't being murdered
for earning extra money for their families
or for a broken taillight,
it is the black people who are murdered
for representing all that is human
black lives are the lives
that are buried in the ground
and painted on white faces
because they're going to a music festival.
black lives are the lives
that result in names
printed in fine print,
displayed by candles and tears,
they are the lives
men in blue take each day
because their job
is to serve and protect.
who are you serving and protecting?
take your blue suit off
and put on a kkk robe
because the oath that you took
is not the oath you are practicing.
so when i say black lives matter,
i am saying there is a great injustice
i am saying save those people
i am saying our brothers and sisters are dying
i am saying they are our family.
all lives cannot matter
until black lives do.

Just beginning.
Wyd are still young.
Still being educated.
Only 40 years ago homosexuality was still considered a mental disorder.
Now equal rights are still non existent.
Sure since then things have gotten better.
But we still are not equal!
People still laugh when they see two men walking down the street holding hands.
People still thing lesbians are just there for there own nasty pleasure.
Kiss your girlfriend it's hot.
You don't say that to straight couples.
You don't stop and yell out the window when you see them.
You don't tell them to kiss for your own pleasure.
You don't go shoot their clubs.
The world is not equal.
We are no where near equal.
We are still lower than heterosexuals.
We are still thought of as sinners by churches.
We are frowned upon.
Youth are thrown out by there parents.
We still live in fear.
No rights til we are equal
**** right I SUPORT it!

fem
they laugh at my use of the word 'feminism'
it makes me different, makes me unique.
a woman asking for a voice is like a child asking for a gun.

they cringe at my use of the word 'feminism'
it means i am angry, means i must be gay.
a woman demanding respect is like a beggar asking for more than you're comfortable giving.

i want to feel safe,
i want to be acknowledged,
i want to be valued,
to be seen as a whole person,
not an object of ****** desire-
a mother,
a wife.

i want to go a day without my validity being questioned,
but i am just a girl,
and that's not how things work.
It's not how things work YET. We will get there someday. But for now, this melodramatic, justice hungry poem goes out to all the men and women who aren't afraid to call themselves feminists.

Lives shattered from ignorance.
People struck by intolerance.
Livelihoods are judged from love,
and lives are taken by hate.

A love bathed in terror
is not a love we crave.
A love brought from kindness
was brought down by violence

Love slain by arms and a hatred.
A cry for humanity, a cry of sorrow.
It's our reach for freedom,
and we'll never back down.

For a battle not fought,
is a war never won.
Keep all the names of the victims of the Orlando attack close to heart and never forget this day.
Rest in peace.

Burning  fever
Its signify
As the ''Sea of flames''
From the other side
Lies the pale of glory
It's the fever
Of the old times

Old but cold
Among the top
The pure
Of innocence
Lies on the side of depravity

Among the battles
Among anathema
Of difference
Lies the voice of the horror

Crystal haze, painted in grey
Smooth shadows embrace me

Deep blue
Roaring and crashing wave
Calmness over comes you
Obsessed with the sounds of swaggering water

Reflect the sun gently kissing
The secret lover
Of the sea

Mind to eyes time to live
Sleepless nights lay
On my restless
Reflections

Lost into your jewels eyes
Marveling if the birth of fire in the darkness
Will blasting through the darkness

Into your eyes I see
A lion starving
For desire
For a touch of my lips

Numb
Hard to speak when you are close
Inside your eyes are full of lust
I pull back in disappear with the dust

Final love letter
Before
Death
Retains the last breathe

Silver moon shines
Twinkling brilliant glitter

Discolor blossom
Adorning till the last sunset
Till the skylight cracks

Tell me,
Do you judge yellow
For being yellow and not green?
Do you judge sugar
For not being salty but sweet?
Do you judge a dog
For not being a horse or a monkey?
Do you judge a Ferrari
For being a car and not a ship?
If you don't judge these things
For being nothing else
But what they can be
Tell me,
Why do you judge a boy
For loving not her but him?
Why do you judge a girl
For the color of her skin?

I can't believe what i'm seeing
It doesn't keep my being fed
I see our freedoms fleeing
Now I am seeing red

When we won't even stand up
How will we ever rise?
We all need to man up
And see through all their lies

If seeing is truly believing
Then I believe we are eating tread
With all of our freedoms leaving
And now I am seeing red
