Delicate flower in the rain.
Don’t hang your head down
The rain is to gain
Essential for growth
and strength for your roots
As the sun will come
you’ll be flourishing too

Delicate flower in the sun
hold your head up before
light is gone.
Flourish  and bloom all day long,
showcase  your colors till sunset will dawn.

Delicate flower don’t you weep
Hang down your head
it’s time to sleep
When a new day begins
and sunrise  sets in
You’ll be blooming once more
And we’ll be happy again!

The beauty of flowers caresses not only the eyes but the soul too.
Humans are like flowers.
You can read it as a metaphor.

I Love the rain
The mist
The clouds

Patter on down friend!
Leave no patch unclaimed.

Patter down friend!
Anew this ground.

Patter down!
Join the swell.

I stood over you, blinding you with the flash of my polaroid camera.
Writing "my best friend" on every one in black ink.
Feeling the rumble of your voice on my cheek
when you talked about your childhood on rainy days.
Now this is all I have left.
Memories like quicksand,
slipping through my hands.
I'll let you go, one piece at a time.

it's raining again, for what i care
the drops softly hitting the wet
glass pane in front of me

in front of me a blurry glare
a first glance, it reminds me
it resembled somehow your
features, the soft shapes i recall
occasional and without effort

but

it's just a reflection of mine
getting repetitive over time
still, i'm too thankful to refuse

but too dubious to make it
come true, uncertain
yet-- somehow--

it's raining again, for what i care

A faint tiny tear
Can feel like a replacement arm
Leg or eye

Gaea has possessed my body
and claimed my heart

her flame flickers on my tongue
and winds howl through my soul

she sets storms through my mind and
tornadoes in my throat

i feel the rain in my hands
and her waves in my veins

but i do not ask her to leave
no
not when I've just begun to
feel

I leave my house for the last time
And prepare to drive for the last time.
I planned where I would go
And how they would never find me in time.

Soft rain pours down the windows
As I pull out of the driveway.
I look at the hazy world around me in awe
Of how dreamy it looks.
Suddenly I don't want to go anymore.

Life may just be worth it again...
I'm in the middle of a rough patch. I relapsed again, and I've pretty much given up on being clean. Forgive me because I know I can't. I wrote this poem hoping that maybe I will believe it eventually. Until that day, I'll just honour the pinkie promise I made.
There were stars in the gaseous garden
Not your everyday botanical brilliance boasting beauty
Just a set of eyes like fauna
Wandering and wondering
Growing fond of the fragrance of flora
Foreign ideas to think they wouldn't devour them

On Nimbus nights
I, a wayward raindrop from the clouds of descending souls, wish to be sweet to the tongue I plunge to
Like water for hot cocoa
One brings to a boiling roll
What can simmer this will in the hot seats like pots be
On burners

We all burn for attention
And, in another dimension,
We quench the thirst of both flora and fauna
Sacrificing for beauty and beasts
As rain would maintain peace on unearthed surfaces on fire

Maybe this outspoken raindrop is really a seed, planting and plotting to promote growth in spirits
The trickle down on panes when hearts don't quite hear it
Or eyes overlook
Or when roses won't rise
Maybe those stars will guide?

Maybe fauna don't really realize its worth is reciprocal
Why poems put pride in places so pitiful
That its readers are forced to intervene

Maybe raindrops trapped on door screens are living their dream

The garden twinkles and shimmers, moves and remains
This sky so black
Its fruit so trained
Even as it dips, tightens its belt, and occasionally falls
It's answering wishes from wistful droplets
Like myself.

And, like these gaseous gems...
Sometimes we fall for certain beings we feel are just as celestial.

Rain. Heartbeat.

Rain;eventide
Ever so slow, a drizzle
Misty leaves,drenched earth
Shaded yard, wet stones...
Quietly, I snuck out into the evening
Broken slippers,potted plants,
One abloom;fragrant white flowers
Below ashen skies.
