At a certain point during war,
you’ll wander out
among the galaxies,
among the whirling particles,
and ineffable numbers,

Feeling something that has no name,
like a thunderbolt through darkness
A storm unpredicted,
The horrible errors of our childhood,

Seeing with my inward eye,
A natural reaction to moving closer to the truth,
Life’s continuing promise,
Grounded in love

      —I like listening to you

Cosmic Ball

Dressed in a suit of pinstripe stars,
He’s discussed war and played chess with Mars,
Far, in foreign solar systems,
He chuckles with their planetary distortion,
He’s gambled for the diamonds of Neptune,
Bowled infinite starlit lanes with Jupiter,
Witnessed sacred scry’s and change from Saturn,
Witnessed lies, severed ties,
Much he has seen, he who walks starlit skies,
Martini’s of primordial soup,
With a scoop of star,
Shared in lieu of chaos, with Venus,
Knocking back a few, so far,
He’s raced Mercury around the sun,
Every lap done, feeling victory, whether he’s lost or won, praises they sung, harmony rung,
He’s sat on the surface of Sol, sunglasses dawned,
Other then growth and to learn he has no defined goal,
Just playing a role,
Breaking energetic chains,
And immortal bars,
He slow dances with a myriad of stars,
Celestial bodies of divine will, power, grace,
Orbiting around him in suits, silk, suede nylon and lace,
All dancing to a distant interstellar song,
A long distant echo of light,
A throng of stars creating the constellations mighty heights,
A universe locked in constant cosmic push and pull,
Never empty, never full,
He reflects, riding the back of a wild cosmic bull,
Riding back to mother, back to varied perspectives of what is true,
Back to a planet of green and blue,
Till the next invitation come queue,
To another night in primordial stew of sights and seeings,
Another quaint Ball with fantastic cosmic beings..
Distance makes us able to create a different perspective upon the natural reach of sight within our environment.
A marvelous tool to create consciousness, a moment of silent review to the madness we wander through. It may create gratitude, pride sadness, disappointment and many other emotional definitions. Yet regardless of how we look at our own creation of life, what is most fundamental is how we evolve on whom we have become and how we decide on furthering the shape of our lives

A lovely tree, so carefree,
In serene tranquility,
With it I would spend my day
And let come whatever may.
I don’t have much else to say
Today:
Just leave me be, by my tree.
I think I see something in the bark and the leaves

A HUMBLE SUNRISE...

He perched on the boundaries of the fallen temple,
to feel the warmth of the morning rays.
He could feel the dampness of dew that surrounds him,
But on the rise of the sun failed to gaze.
As the birds chipped all around him,
He knew that his day had begun.
Though blindness shrouded him but never darkened,
As he felt beauty from the summers sun.
See no evil Mizaru.

A near by friend reached out a hand to guide him,
He chattered with joyous glee.
For he could marvel at the beauty,
A wonderous sight to thee.
Although his friend spoke gently,
Full of gratefulness that his eyes could see.
He was disturbed by the silence,
The loneliness then sparked to peace.
Hear no evil Kikazaru.

Another fluffed soul dangled closer,
Hanging upside down from a blossom tree.
He was full of wonder and amazement,
By the beauty that surrounded the three.
His ears could hear the chorus,
Of an awakening world that surrounds.
The burning dew now dispersing,
Evaporated from earthen ground.
Although he longed to speak up his excitement,
To his friends the trio they became.
Consistent mute and dumbfounded
He was greatful of friendships to claim.
Speak no evil Iwazaru..

Why do spring and autumn look the same here?
Tears always taste saltier in April.
May flowers never come.
Why,
on the day I felt most afraid,
did the water in the creek stand still?
Doesn’t the water care about me?
Does this creek not weep for the dying trees around it?
For the fish whose corpses quietly float down on it’s floor?

This crow seems to know.
Alone, he squawks,
mauking my pain.

Maybe I’m the stranger,
The irrelevant dot in a map more complex than my cogged brain can understand.
Or maybe the world does dance all around me  each day,
Choosing to ignore my thoughts and actions.
But it’s selfish to think like that, right?
Or perhaps that’s just me falling in love with myself.
Wrote this outside after my friend said she’d try to **** herself and another friend rallied her mom and made sure was okay. She was. I always come back to my creek.

When you keep on compromising
      forgo something for someone
          you are building someone's expectation
and a slightly false picture of you
because they will make you let go of everything
thinking it is natural for you.
Amber sun gently kisses moss
as light smiles upon morning frost
and like a worm, the dark crawls away
while birds sing of the coming day

Damp soil, welcomes each step I take
through meadows nourished by Coniston lake
and fragrance of berry and coppice trees
cling to the dance of the cooling breeze
another page, in the story of life
but this moment, a scent of paradise

Dappled sunshine, tangled in leaves
warm to the skin as I feel it breathe
and branches greet in a muted silence
but speak their joy through rustling violent
another page, in the story of life
but this moment, a sound of paradise

Sharing time, in company of friends
celebrating the day as day time ends
and mead is drunk until bashful after
with hearty food, and hearty laughter
another page, in the story of life
but this moment, a savor of paradise

Cosmic night, punctured by stars
As I cease to slumber and drift afar
and silence haunts the building halls
as Coniston mountain guards my corpse
another page, in the story of life
but this day, a day in paradise
