Establish a research and development facility tasked with recycling 100,000 commonly used household goods or packaged products back into the original base material needed to remake it into new product packaging. Pass legislation requiring all companies selling products with packaging to buy their source materials from a registered public-private venture allowing any firm willing to participate to do so. Companies must then manufacture packaging locally using source materials supplied by one of the public-private companies. Companies will also be required to hire locally using a diversity and economic income model incorporating or locating the participating companies in the poorest rural counties in the state.

To all those,

With petty drug
Who might
         **** ***** in gateways

Or all those,

Whose skin color was too
         whose genders made them less
                               And especially under the 13th

Who they won't allow one to get

To all those,
ink and by fashion
                   rejected and inappropriate

For those,
who touched too little
or those who have ****** a lot
                    And most certainly
those who were not allowed to tell

And for,
all who pray and are feared
all too poor to be there
    all too sick
     all not educated
      all who speak too much
And who don't say anything at all.

You are all the least qualified to get a job.
Let they be the judge.
None of your mistakes or situations
               can be redeemed or validated.
               Does that sound about white?
                       They told you image
                             mattered but,
All these people can't get a job or are put off on the process due to some sort of discrimination. Your image matters they say as they let a man sit at the Supreme Court with the shittest images ever. Honestly if it doesn't sound about white I would be lying to you. This **** is crazy out of control and only picking at the intent and history will wake people up that these "people" don't care.

"Get back to work!"  the voice shouted out

"There is work, you ****, to be written about!"

"Ok!" I said, as I stared at his head

This story is over, this poem is dead.

There is only plenty of time in the moments where impaitence and lonliness live.
Every other moment is wrapped haphazardly in a smattering of mortality, daunting, looming,
inevitable - optimistic.
I wake up, pack my mind so tight I can't get a word in edgewise, button the blouse, pack the suitcase and stare blankly into a dark circuit box full of all the things that the rest of the world crowds their minds with.
Daydreaming of rolling hills, people I haven't met yet but miss dearly, pretending I'll capture life. Feeling the energizing twang of possibility.
There's plenty of time I said to myself ten years ago.
I'll fall in love, I'll feel beautiful, I'll taste success tomorrow. Soon.
I wake up, shovel in the to-do lists of meaingless filler, fill the suitcase, and stare blankly into the hungry circuit box where everyone seeks solace while they make their plans.
Theres plenty of time, I say to myself every day.

How to apply
The secret
Most have no idea
Want to know?

When I wrote resumes 100% of qualified users got the jobs they applied for within a few days of submitting applications.  Here’s what I had them read before filling out their applications.

How To Get The Job
I always look for a new job while working; employers are dying to find good
workers. When presenting an application do you want response? Write a resume for each specific job application.  Make it sound like you would be willing to fit into a variety of positions.
Set up interviews for after work Fri, Sat, or to go in Mon. Most, are just setting up interviews Mon. “It’s exactly what I do!” a woman told me upon reading this! Smart people take charge of their lives! Want to be smart? Do it!
Call other business in the same field. Ask what kind of reputation the place has in the business community. Go only if good. Make sure to mention that you chose them through investigation. (They'll be impressed!)
I would arrive 10 minutes early, not before, and never late! Then, having every-
thing that I would need, provide the requested information.  Write so you look like you would have possibilities in several areas. Don't just fill in what they ask. Tell them what they want to hear, within your actual qualifications.
Attach a separate sheet to your application and say, "I propose to be the
best new worker to see where good workers would fit here.” Tell about your best jobs and what you did there and list positive administrative contacts that can verify your contributions.

I always mentioned, “Please let me know as soon as possible, as I have other
interviews set up.” Two of three would offer me a job within a day. Understand? This is a total secret to most!
Always do your work well and quickly ask, “what’s next? I need more work!”
Promotions will come if management’s good, if not look for another job. This is the way to get a job you'll be satisfied with. Make your life what you want!  Sound good to you? If you're going to go to school for a job see The Government Occupational Handbook:

This is one secret but there are hundreds in my free book from  Subject: Book gets it asap!

Good morning miss,
how do you do?
I have something very special today to offer you!
Oh, wouldn't you like to know what it is?
I know you're busy, ma'am-- it won't be but a bit

Thank you, ma'am.

Now, take a gander at this--
We live in a very advanced age,
With much to do that cannot be missed!
With television and telephones and magneato-static tape,
We can easily forget-- get lost-- frequently lose our place!

But with this brand new...
You'll find your worries quickly erased!

..Well yes ma'am, if you'll let me finish.

Now see, its easy!
All it takes is a tune
a look, a whistle, even a fingertap'll do
This magic machine
listens to your needs!

It's small, and light,
and shatters quite
So you'll want to have it on hand.
For safekeeping!

It listens to you,
like no man would do
And ensures you are the best you can be!
Once you pay the price,
you won't need think twice--
Yes ma'am!
all the knowledge you could want in the world, to a T!

How does it do it?
Well you really needn't ask
It works through the mutual human task!
Every man, woman, and child comes together to contribute
It does not discriminate, you do not pay tribute
No ma'am no, this machine seeks no gold
Just you, is what it wants. It simply wants you.

You'll take it? That's great! I'll get you in next shipment
they're sourced from a faraway place, but it won't take but an instant!
With boats and planes and automobiles,
We'll get it to you
We'll make sure of that, words true.

We're excited for this!
You won't believe what you've missed!
And very quickly you'll find the world just doesn't do
without constant supervision from the...

Now if you'll excuse me, miss--
you have a nice night.

stress blooming forward
in chest like
erratic butterflies flapping
and thoughts spiraling
down towards
my stomach where
they do not dissolve
in acid, no matter how
i ache for them
to leave me

times when
i think about my
future - they are not
etched in stone, they
are fleeting and temporary and as
miniscule as grains of sand

how could they be anything
more than dust
when the possibility
of any greatness
or worthiness
or meaning
is so
tiny, so
as to not
be there at all
i don't know what i'm doing with my life and i'm afraid it doesn't even matter at all

A grind of mans soul,
Refined to a spice,
For the affluent to use,
On their baubles,
and meals,
Piggybacking off the exponential suffering,
Of citizenry.

You need minds like me
I've bent over backwards to sculpt a vision of a human being
Some 3D model of a stained glass church window
I see that you've turned me into numbers
How thick and how tall?
How much time did I spend in the library?
But you missed the golden numbers
The ratio of the bones in my fingers which I have so carefully crafted for you
You overlooked the seventy hour work weeks (I was a first responder at a climbing site)
And I'm sure you failed to notice the pictures of my therapy dog on the website I built for you
I keep asking myself what went wrong
What about this wasn't good enough?

Sometimes, the people who make
The best actors work at
High salary jobs, usually
Being a "too good to be true" success,
Forget about being who you are,
And you can make a whole lot,
But you lose a part of yourself
In the process...

Who cares! It was all worth it,
Hunny bunny!
I'm not dissing high salary jobs, just said sometimes, it's not always truth the job makes one forget the self, but when it is it can be very wrong indeed.
