flash flood warning,
I’m bursting at the seams.
you can’t outrun my thunder.
once you hear it
you’re already close enough
to get struck with the aftermath.
there’s no escaping a storm
that embodies you as a whole.
i am a hurricane, trying to break
down the walls i forced you to put up.
but I’m begging you,
please don’t be afraid to touch something
that causes nothing but chaos.

-or should i say hericane?
STATE SHUT DOWN BY IDIOCY

"This is correspondent, uh, burp...
wait, winds r, yeah, okay go
back on live camera..."

pretend the wind
is
blowing you back

"This is the most major storm in recorded history of this network!"

"My God,
I could die in this sh..stuff."

"Five star hotel what the ****?"

"Okay, okay, live we are,
look here, pan closer, these leafs on this Raleigh plant here,
see how violently they are moving?"

LEAVES ARE FALLING!

"That is the fear one feels knowing that a category two,
at any moment, could become a category five."

"This Dave Mowers live from Hawaii,
checking in before I possibly die.
Mom I love you, Dad, well,
look how brave I am!"

"Is that an Asian girl?"

"What an a..cute ***, that,
cut to...
to the violent leaves again you ****!"

"I'll fire you cameraman!"

Four large oak trees have fallen.
HAWAII HAS ENORMOUS SURF!.
Four large oak trees have fallen.
I'm crumbling
Underneath all this pain
Like a historical building
After a hurricane
The devastation so dramatic
It's hard to rebuild
What you destroyed
Your words hit me
Like 150 miles per hour wind
Salty tears like ocean water
Taking over everything
Your hatred drowns me
My life completely changed
You destroyed something beautiful
In the matter of minutes

right after losing the thought
you come back
and build up a hurricane
inside the unsafe waters within me
that search for land
but now are lost again
with no sight of anything
not even the stars

Sunflowers, canaries, bumblebees,
jaundice, sour lemons, warning signs.
A colour is a colour, until its not,
so she hid herself in yellow.

Is it but a coincidence,
that she shows herself to be sunshine?
To distract from the storm inside,
she paints her outsides bright as day.

The yellow girl twirls in her room,
perfecting her flawless routine -
her performance as a sun ray -
ready again for the next day.

But when that yellow mask comes off,
prepare yourself for a downpour;
because no one ever taught a hurricane
not to rip others apart,
as they tear themselves to shreds too.

Yellow, yellow, yellow, yellow,
like the sun, like the scorching flame.
If only I'd seen the warning,
I would not give myself the blame.
The wind rushes though my hair,
Whistling it's shrillness in my ear.

The thunder gives a deafening boom,
Echoing inside my skull.

It never ends,
The crashing of water on rocks.

Like war soldiers in battle,
The waves cry out.

Desperately wanting to
Be rid of such pandemonium.

I'm unsure of the havoc it's caused,
With all the loudness it brings.

Everything is on hyperdrive,
My ears even more so.

Now the wind is coming much faster,
Causing me to loose all sense of direction.

The high pitch of an alarm is off in the distance,
Still trying to resonate above all the turmoil.

Suddenly, everything stops
And I'm left to wonder where it all went.

No nosie, no thrashing of the trees,
Complete silence - trance like even.

It's over. I'm free.
EP Jun 2018
when you're sad,
you start to cry
and maybe this is the hurricanes of your mind
letting out streams and streams.
And I've noticed,
when you're mad,
you start to sigh,
the storms' wind that's searching to find
any way to be close to you.

-EP
If I was as beautiful as you when I cried, I'd do it a **** lot more

Horrendous hurricane
A resemblance of my storm,
Crevasse on my heart
Reveals my another disastrous form,
A body dwelling with two souls,
Schism ideologies,
Contrast personalities,
Continuous inner war,
Dying and reincarnate,
Until the right one win,
The others hibernating,
Temporary heaven insecure me,
A drop of hellfire disguise as water
Will drown me into a new war.
