Woven in the wind was the tissue thin veils
of wings that tore upon the heavens,
                                                in subtle breathes.

Subtle mirages were spread around there
                                  worldly travels.
              Never seeing what was there.

Just a shimmer of  rainbow shades.
                A kaleidoscope of reflection,
     seeing shades shimmer delicately.

But when a raindrop never descended,
                    and in the collective desert
of visual obscurity were they vulnerable.

Play things for the feral masters of pink flesh
                did they jump feverishly.
But on human eyes did the mirage fulfil.
                   a fallen wing had fell.

And with a plastic tomb were they dispatched.
                 an offering of great pleasure.
But t human cognitive visuals a fluorescent bird
                                                              feathers clawed

without a hue of intention only the fever of the hunt.

Man only saw a incandescent mirage,
                       when rain fell.
                       but beneath this camouflage
were wings that flustered the seasons
                                         pleasures on mans world.

I look in the mirror,
and I see

                      pox

         scars

                          marks.

I long to be
the round faced girl
that I see in my memories
with eyes that dance with innocence
despite everything she had been through.

                           That saw fairies and dragons
in the corners of her room

Who talked to mermaids
                                 and danced with bards

Some would call it an overactive imagination.
But I'm faced with the dullness
in my eyes
and I miss the worlds I created.

Because this one

hurts.

The wind passes under my wings
The beautiful shades of Oranges, yellows, And purple
As the sun sets and says goodnight

And i close my eyes for a free fall...

When they open the stars and moon say hello
My eyes adjust to the dark quickly
To see a forest
          full of something..
                               Different
The trees had fluorescent speckles of light
And Vines of beautiful flowers hanging from tree to tree
Everything was glowing a eye pleasing blue in the darkness
Everything
Even my scales were glowing but of a glorious Turquoise and purple

The Animals that should be sleeping sing one last lullaby
To ease them into dream land
The trees sing along
and I Danced with the fae

Finally the Lullaby has been sung
Everyone is now fast asleep except me
I Watch over the night sky through the little spaces in the trees
Listening to the calming whistles of the wind
And crickets chirp
            My eyes
begin
          to close
                             Again
And a new free fall begins
Into the world
                                                                 Of Dreams
A Random write i came up with before i drift to my dream land..

I opened my eyes and saw a light;
through childish sight
the light took flight.
“Fireflies!”
cried my sister dear
but I saw fairies
flitting near.
Little wings
delicate and soft
they would break
if I merely coughed.
I closed my eyes
and sprouted wings
a firefly
of the spring.
Listen, listen,
do you hear me sing?
The trees are the chorus
rustling in the wind,
the river adds music
wild and unpinned.
My wings carry me
higher and higher
I feel my soul
burning with fire--
“Sister! Sister!”
blink blink
open my eyes
but I still like to believe
that they’re
not just
fireflies.

You stole my heart
My adolescence too
Me, you, and lost boys march
We aren't scared of a crew

You sprinkled me with Pixi-Dust
And you saved me from growing older
You took me to Neverland
You flew me as I held onto your shoulders

Tinkerbelle and her Pixi-Dust
The captain and his hook
He kidnapped us and Tinkerbelle
But you saved us and we shall forever sail

The lost boy's imagination
Smiling is our declaration
For we are warriors
And you're my Peter Pan
~ Peter Pan is my saviour ~

I went a strange
Shop
With a strange
Friend
Picked up
A stone that should
Heal my PTSD
HAnd it to the shop owner
Told I had fairy energy
But only one thing
I am a dark fairy
Fighting for light and good.
**** me off
That means you may have
Broken the law.
For I stand for justice.
This is actually based on true events.
