Here to wake up
Standing ground
Militaries lost
and found

Destroying greenhouse gasses:

The round archive of saving
Moving toward negative cost
Clean energy boundless
Morality's ascent soundless

When true sustenance is found
Aliens: our next hound

Terra caught a virus
'Fore the advent of papyrus
It was fifty thousand years
(Or there around)
But now she's getting worse
And I know I'm sounding terse
But her regulating system's
Shutting down

These germs are truly villains
And they number in the billions
The damage that they've done
You can't impugn
She tacitly forbid them
As she tried so hard to rid them
And she even sent a dozen
To the moon

Now she has a fever
And nobody will believe her
To deal with this alone
Seems so unkind
But Terra is a scrapper
And despite her damaged wrapper
She will never to her destine
Be resigned

The world is tired.
All the creatures fight for
Their right to live,
Their God-given right
To stay extant.
We've said goodbye to
So many wonderful creatures,
All due to the human hand.
We are a filthy race,
Full of greed,
Pollution,
And violence.
We were chosen to
Take care of this world,
But instead we destroy it
With our garbage and guns.
History has shown
That we can't figure anything out.
It repeats itself.
Over
                                      And over
And over
                                                            And over
  and over
                                     aNd oVer
    And Over
Over
                                      And over

             And over
                                                            And over
  and over
                                     aNd oVer
      And over.
Yet we never learn.
Something must change.
It's not all a game.
There is more to life
Than what you
Can get out of it.
If you've ever looked up
At the moon,
Or saw it shining across
Navy blue waters;
If you've ever seen
Sun beams shining through
Trees in the early morning mist;
If you've ever heard the laugh
Of someone you love;
Or felt the life in a mother's
Belly, waiting to see the world
You belong to;
Then you have something to
Fight for.
Fight for our planet to stay alive.
Fight for you to stay alive.

Blue Conservatives...
          well, they've saddened us;
Red Liberals...
          have angered us;
Green Democrats...
          I'm inspired.

I look at you, and I know what my future looks like
Your smile makes me want to make this a better world
A world with a future

A future with trees
A future with the Missippi River
A future with whales
A future with clean air
A future with arable land
A future with a future

I look at you, and I know what my future looks like
Your tears make me want to fight for your generation
A generation with equality

A generation with educated girls
A generation with women's rights
A generation with safety
A generation without ****
A generation without sexism
A generation with a voice

You have become my source of faith
You have become my driven force to succeed
You have become my inspiration

I love you

If my house be but a garden,
I’ll love it more than gold;
I’ll make it pretty like Eden,
One you’ll smile to behold.

The sun shall rise in the morning;
The moon shall shine by night
And dewdrops shall be adorning
The wonders in your sight.

The flowers shall dance in harmony
With playful butterflies,
And songs like those in Italy
Shall flood the evening skies!

I will make it look like Eden;
I’ll hear the wild bird’s call.
Oh, if I have but a garden,
I’ll need no house at all!

My eyes skim only the surface of a beauty run deep

This world an oasis that I am dying of thirst to perceive

The sun rises only moments before the stars arrive to take over its shift

It is an exchange like no other

The lives of billions rest on the hope they will never abandon this kinship

If the world all at once took in a deep breath

What would be left?

Well I would gift my air to the trees

And the birds that stood patiently beneath

They are more of this world than I

And far more deserving

While the rest of the world turned blue

From holding within the sky and the moon

I would have already released the truth

That it is the tree that remains once we have all passed

Therefore it is the tree I can trust to create beauty that lasts

what the guy who made plastic
would think today
if he saw what we did

A lone plastic bag
Of unknown, mysterious origin,
Now floats, heaven-bound.

The CAFO trucks roll past
Smelling of hog **** and ***
Their passengers squeal maga,
We are not afraid, they cry
Our **** is in your water
You breathe our **** all day long
Who’s crying now?
Maga, they cry. Hahaha
