She is sitting on the table...
Turning on the lamp and then switching it off

on!.....off!

on!.....off!

on!......off!

off.....................off

It's been 5 minutes and the lamp is still off
She can hear someone...
Oh! It's her heart screaming for an adventure...
WANDERLUST!

missing those late nights,
driving around the city.

missing being in the middle of a traffic jam while raining, the way those raindrops create subtle noise above the car's roof which brings comfort along with the radio.

missing the feeling of sleeping inside the car, but disappointment wakes you up when you feel a familiar turn, knowing you're already home.

missing everything that is associated with adventure, because being in a stagnant shelter will never be the same.

For her, it's not about being alone
It's about being lonely.
Sometimes she feels like
getting lost among those strangers...
where no one knows her name
where she's just a girl with a
mysterious pair of eyes.
She feels free among strangers,
free from the burden of everyone knowing her.
She enjoys being lost among strangers.
A beautiful place along the sea with lights and soft music
waits for her.
And there she is...
with her hands in the air and open hair,
she dances the night away among strangers...
And at the end they all become strangers
but with memories...
She was an adventure in world that had stopped believing in fairytales...
Sometimes you are just tired of a place and you want to run away from there.

Some days my eyes are glazed over like those of a porcelain doll
Other days they're wider than all the oceans combined

The train took those
those with future’s
their pasts let them borrow
Why not…
Did you visit your past?

The ride took too long
too long to keep
Doubts from creating jumpers
Unknown, friendly
Are you scared?

The car I was in
I was in with only
Married persons giggling
to steal another’s beloved..?
But they giggled
What, did I sin?

I felt the tracks tremble
the tracks’ tremble gave me chills
Laughed hysterically, remembering
I am joyous in chaos
Thumped by what’s to come
Oh, the tragedy…

Yes, the train
The train beautifully coloured
took us to our futures
Nightmares others relived
I felt at home
Who cares for rainbows?
Life is a journey

Me and the guys were cool and cruising,
in my mate Robin's new car.

The cops had slapped a defect notice on it,
and so it was decided we wouldn't venture far.

With Robin at the wheel and I alongside in front,
we headed via back-roads out to an old dirt track.

There was Dale and Steve and Joe and Andy,
and they were all squashed up in the back.

Six teenage boys intent on adventure,
when we finally found dirt road to suit.

I can't recall whose idea it was but Joe and Andy,
were encouraged to climb out onto the boot.

Robin kicked the throttle the car springing off its mark,
fish tailing and raising clouds of dust as it sped upon its way.

I could hear the sound of Joe and Andy screaming,
but I couldn't make out what they were trying to say.

Now some way down the road yells and laughter,
still coming from the guys riding out on the back.

Robin saw the road had been washed away,
a two foot ravine cutting right across the track.

Robin reacted swiftly and stomped hard upon the brake,
I expected to see a cloud of dust but clear as day instead,

Was the startled face of Andy as he did a springing handstand,
from the hood to a perfect landing twenty yards ahead.

Now Joe was a considerably bigger guy,
and depressed indent of roof gave me several tips.

Until Joe slid out onto the windscreen,
giving a human impression of a daytime partial eclipse.

Two thoughts forever are stuck with me ever since that day,
would we have laughed so hard if Robin missed timed the pedal,

But the other one that really haunts and  plagues my mind,
Could Andy's stunt have won him an Olympic gold medal.
The events are true.... it happened.

Welcome abroad Thameslink.
Grab a camera a wink at
Shaftsbury’s bootylicious dancers.
Pen in gear and know the answers to
the parade of pub quizzes.
Let your strands of raw seismic frizzes scream
on bonds lightening Thames RIB.
The Louis Vuitton wallet ‘on fleek’ for that crib inside
the Shards slender diamond belly.
Feet stay in groove with that Kidston welly against
the roaring mud at the wireless festival.
Pre dem soulful struts of de Notting hill carnival spicy
spirits, nani wines and **** kisses.
Safari hunt watch out for those hisses on
centre stage of the primeval in the zoo.
Grab my hand and come on boo steady
your bags and steady your feet on the thrilling
ride of Oxford street.
Reminisce its entirety and say goodbye.

As we take in our final view on the London eye.
