Everything ****** a hole in the memories of who you were

A mother, teacher, best friend, patient

My eyes start to betray me as it allows the grief to flow freely through the mountains of denial

The denial that you weren't here just a second ago and gone the next

Its just salt water isn't it?

Poetic T
The wheel spun, as the creaking
Of old rusted joints moved Upon
A
Tattered
Frame,
Its was with in the spinning
The voices sang
The wheel shall spin"
"Fates hand shall tell"
"For will the wheel move"
"Silent"
"Or"
"Sights bell"
I awoke startled, hearing the
Wheels turn, old spokes
Sounding with each rotation,
I looked upon the old bike
A ringing in my ears,
No wheels to move,
"Just an empty shell"
What made the noises
"I touch my head"
I feel blood, like tears falls to the ground
I am conscious and the spokes
Upon a crumpled wheel,
"Each spoke still spinning"
By the movement of the car wheel,
Each one takes
Hair
Skull
Brain,
My mind trying to shield me
From my fate, but the bell on the
Handlebar,
Bing
"BIng"
"BING"
Awoke me to my fate, a broken
Reflector shows what closed eyes
Did cloak, from me to see,
I scream,
A
Maddening
Scream,
As I lie crumpled a broken shell,
And this mirror
A front row image
Of my death in slow motion,
The wheel turns I hear the bell,
And with the final chime
The wheel turns but there is no one home,
To hear the bells ring and the wheel carries on..
Don't even ask where this came from??

In the musty crypt.
Beneath the Norman church.
In the old town.
Orleans.
'Tis said.
Hangs a deep red tapestry.
An old gas lamp.
Stands in the corner at the end.
Currently unlit.
Curious.
Considering , you the intruder can smell the wick of  recently extinguished gas.
You feel your way round.
Fighting the darkness.
You hold in your rigid hand a torch.
A plastic battery operated one.
Hidden secrets revealed.
An antiquated niche.
Carved out of the cold wall.
It hides a long abandoned tea stained book.
Itching to take a look.
Edging silently forward in a nervous state.
The dark and dust are choking you.
Your ears peeled, by your own fear.

A shuffling sound,
The dragging of the owners feet.
They're scratching.
Apparently, the owner's completely unaware.
Of your inadvertent space invading.
It's his space you're invading.
He knows you're there.

Ushered to the coffin edge.
Encouraged on by his bony finger.
Petrified.
He grabs your wrist.
Aiming your torch inside.

Inside the coffin.
Lay a mere chess set.
Made of shiny green marble.
The bare bones.
Made the first move.
You were to be his latest pawn.
From out of the gloom.
A booming voice was heard to say.
"All hallows eve".
"I'm glad you came, I so hoped, a playmate would join me today."

Happy Halloween chaps **
BTW I have no idea whatsoever if there is a Norman church in Orleans. It just fitted the poem x

lonely moths -
black and white
and in-betweens

navigating
by the same light

  spiraling -
adapting
- changing

traits
moth-ers know

no need to race
- we are one.

"Being lonely
In a crowded room"
You've heard that expression,
Have you?
Well, it's so much more than that.
It's down to your core,
To your very soul.
Never having more
Than the thoughts you already know.
No hand to hold
No one there to hug
No voices around
Except the voices in your head
Laying alone in a big empty bed
Sleeping all the way on the edge
Saving room for...
The "one" you think will never show
No friends to call
Knowing no one will be there
Falling deeper and deeper
Into despair
"Lonely in a crowded room"
That's just the beginning
When your still lonely in your head
The voices stop
Your every thought is dark, death...
Let me just tell you..
You think you're lonely?
Think of that empty grave
No room to scoot to the edge
No crowds to even feel alone in...
I promise you
There's nothing more lonely
Than dead.

Think about it.
I've felt this way, I don't know how,
But I've managed to pull through
I'm sure that YOU...
Well, you can too.

Silence Screamz
Cold air whisps
in the blue October

Tap Tap Tap
On the broken glass

Spine chilling sensation
creeps up on you

Tap Tap Tap
On your broken back

Closed burning eyes
never want to open

Tap Tap Tap
Across the wooden floor

It stands over you,
embracing your inner fears

Tap Tap Tap
On your shoulder

You are going crazy,
mental anguish sets in

Tap Tap Tap
It's all in your head
