Many times,
You have said vociferously;

......for all success
and in all failure,
faith is the key.

And many times,
I have tried to reason
against the equation
of ritual and religion.

But,
in the fashion world
of materialist-spiritualism,
where majority conforms to modern tradition,
I have often found it convenient
to ignore the dictates of reason
and still more convenient
to believe in the corollary;

......faith is the key.

Therefore,
I have mostly believed,
......in your faith
and in your prayers
......for me.
Inspired by: The subconscious mind which secretly prefers prayer over logic.

Was filled with power and rage
Could've conquered the whole world.
Instead simplified all the mistakes
to the journey of void.
Should've stayed sober,
to know who's watching me over
but used all my power and rage
to lock myself inside a cage.
Now I know, I've figured out.
I'm never getting myself back again!
Everything happens for a reason.
Sometimes I wish I just didn't knew.

the only problem that I haven't told you
it's because you are my dearest friend.
you probably already know,
from the words I wrote,
that it all meant for you.

I'm not ready yet to prepare myself to heart the truth.
Because I know it would **** me softly.
hopefully, you will read all of my poem to you.

At one point
You will feel
That pain

The One
Who is yours
Will stay

And who are not
Simply
Search reasons
To escape

And
You will
Feel that

In my copy of J. M. Cohen's translation of Michel de Montaigne's Essays
Cohen wrote in the introduction: "Montaigne accepted a double truth; the sphere of faith and the sphere of reason were to him entirely separate."

If I were to describe my own double truth, of reason and faith,
I think my sphere of faith is surely placed within the sphere of reason.

Like a torus of Reason and Faith:
Though I can rationally navigate my way to reach the membrane of my faith
What is truly hidden within is still ever beyond reason.

Perhaps through this relentless search of truth, and the piercing gravity of love,
I can one day breach and reach
The nucleus of this ring or Circle
That is Perfectly spaceless
And
Timeless
The Torus of Reason and Faith

The driving force behind why we live occurred to me
Other than the instinctual need
To survive and reproduce from an evolutionary standpoint
It’s the byproduct of that
The mechanism behind our basic need to keep our species alive
Love
You heard it right
Not only in a romantic sense
But in every form, even from ourselves
Love allows us to thrive
It’s what provides our drive
And gives us the means to survive
