The words left unspoken
are always harder to stomach
than those which were said.
I had a dream of you for the first time in awhile, although we were just talking.  I told you I knew more truth than you thought; what you were holding back.  You told me everything.  It had to have been a dream, even though if felt so real because for once you were so open and honest.... I guess I’ll never know since we’re both so good at keeping things to ourselves.

A loose *****
A torn shoe
Think twice before you paint it blue

Big numbers
Rolling thunder
The waves pull you under

Feeling down
An unhappy clown
A broken king’s crown

Feeling small
Pictures fall
I hate when birds cry their call

Scattered sticks
Magic tricks
Summer always made me sick

So fix that *****
Buy new shoes
And just paint it blue

I love how rain causes
My toes to tingle in
Shivering excitement as my
Flip flops flip, squish, and
Mush their way through the lot.

I love how rain turns
My windshield wipers into
Little syncopated skids that
Squeak like a dog’s new toy.

I love how rain leaves
A resonating glisten on the
Fragile, damp grass,
Causing me to slip as I
Go on to class.

karma is a thing of irony
its wheel can
turn
in the other directions
hour of
burn

be
not
a
fool
be
aware
of
the
change
shown
by
the
spool

the run of the mill team
sought a popularity
tag
and on gaining it were
able to cockily
brag

they'd disposed of
the crowd pleasing
Wolf and Rabbi
this did bring them
a greater share
of the pie

karma will
alter its lot
in the due passage of time
tick tock
              tick tock
                            tick tock
a date marked
with its
paradoxical chime

99.9 Pulses in the dead
Irony,
Anti-social, making a dead alive.
Genre: Mythic Haiku
Theme: Human either lives or dies, there is no inbetween.
Biological proof of life, upto 99.9% signifies dead=0, only 100% signifies alive=1. Either 0/1. We don’t just miss the dead, we miss the loved ones.

this is the wood
that holds the axe
that cuts the tree
that creates the wood
that holds the axe
that cuts the tree

I find it quite ironic

how some

men complain when

we don't sit with our

thighs pressed together--

when we don't

"sit like ladies."

Because these

same men are

so unfathomably eager

for us to spread our legs wide

for them in the bedroom.

What’s this that all around us we see…?
People strange but strangers cannot be!

The thief sows not, but consents to reap;
The watchman falls a victim to sleep.
The comforter, brings tears, not relief;
The youth, by glamour is oft deceived.
The gossip, loses in frank debate;
The punctual, cannot help being late.
The wise, in his proud conceit turns fool;
The taught, oft seems to be more unschool’d.
The tactful, by silence, oft does hurt;
The polite, being civil, sounds curt.
He loses who speculates to gain;
He thinks himself fit who is insane.

But then, who are we, others to judge,
When we, ourselves, may be among such?

I'm confused by the world in several ways
why?
that's a question many ask.
well here is my reply, response,
a question for YOU!
why are there bus time tables when they never run on time?
why do parents say "eat your food! Some children don't even eat!"
then throw away their last slice of pizza as they speak,
like another sunday supliment filled with only a fraction of war
yet there are a million more!
why do people procatrasinate?
DO IT NOW!!!
why do people beg others to achieve their dreams
while laughing at another comedy on Netflix?
Tragic, such a tragedy.
Such a hopeless waste of humanity
