Can't even finish a sentence
without being stressed
with every little thing I write
with every little math problem I solve
Because for some reason I can't do it right.

Can't even finish a thought
without being consumed
with all the anxiety
with all the fear
because for some reason they expect me to do it right.

Can't even finish a task
without being engulfed
with a headache
with a stomach ache
because now I'm not feeling right.

Can't even finish this poem
without being overwhelmed
with every little math problem
with all the anxiety
with a headache
All because I want to do it right.

Pal
If you knew,
I liked you,
If what they said and thought about us,
was true,
If we were really ever going to,
end up being a thing,
If we became more,
than lunch pals,
homework calls,
I'd be all yours,
you know so,
I know so,
But what we have,
is a ******* great friendship pal,
another old poem about a crush.

A girl sat in class
and took notes automatically/mechanically
while her imagination travelled
to a remote chalet where a dog
lived alone.
It didn't have a name or parent
and no one judged it.
It didn't even question its freedom.

Anyway, the girl went back home
and did her homework.
She was locked inside a cage
with a lot of other people who wouldn't notice.

The girl grows older and dies.
I hope she's finally free.

I want to pour you
Into a glass and drink you
Then spit out your flaws

I don't remember yesterday,
I can't redo it today.
I don't see any big change,
I can't even recall my original age.

I kept thinking of the past
And I realized time moves fast.
All memories trapped in a glass,
A reflection of that past.

I have captured many moments.
People placed it in portraits.
I'll forever be your mini time machine,
Along with my partners, the films and the batteries.

Yours truly,
Camera
This poem was a project for our philosophy subject and i just knew about this on the d-day(submission day). We were task to make a poem about an object and i had to do this in only 3 minutes. I hope i did good.

the clock ticks past twelve.
a new day comes across the horizon,
and with bags hanging from my eyes,
i laugh and continue working
Because when you're staying up doing your homework, and you see it's past twelve, instead of thinking "it's a brand new day" you laugh at it like it's a joke

We try and try and try, we give it our all
Yet things are mostly left undone
We always say “you’ll do better next time”
but we know that is not the case

Although things are mostly left undone
We put in the hours until we are prepared.
We know that is not the case
when we get the grade back.

We put in the hours until we are prepared.
Continually hoping for a better day
until we get the grade back
and tomorrow brings another storm.

Continually hoping for a better day
We say “you’ll do better next time”
Because tomorrow brings another storm
We try and try and try, we give it our all.

School's most important lessons were not taught
They were shoved into our subconscious thoughts
telling us to put in all this effort
and still see our parents disappointed face
when grades are sent home

All alone,
cold
desperate and confused,
my body rejects you
and so should you.

I have more,
studying
stress and anxiety,
for my brain lacks something
other than babbling.

Vocabulary,
accentuation
factitious and consternation,
I can't handle it
for I am just too dull for it.

Why need it,
with so much pain
suffering and torture,
we could do without
so we don't have dropouts.
