I feel it in my veins:
The way the beat just drops;
The lonely string chimes in;
The melody picks up.

I’m taken to a place
Where sounds paint the sky.
And I’ll be darned and doomed
If I want some other life.
An insight watching some good old TWD and hearing tunes that strike a chord.

No idea why they would want to mask such innocuos word as "da-m-n-ed", especially so as it's part of a fixed expression, but who knows...

They're everywhere
On the street, on the walls, in my house.
Crawling everywhere, on everything
In my room, on my bed, all over me.
Up my arms, through my toes, in my hair
Taking over my mind, over my senses
Covering me, suffocating me, killing me.

Sniffle on the train
a sneeze among the trees
bless you at your desk
sleeve wipe when out of sight

So sticky an issue
your own mother wouldn’t kiss you

Should’ve brought tissues
“death everywhere, not age or ancient, just an infiltrated lack of life”

a puzzling, troubling line in a personal message,
instantly isolated for further review,
needy indeedy for a second medical opinion,
for it’s a description of two,
an actual place and a state of being

a place where death seems more commonplace,
not from agedness or honor,
but from a madness drunk from a special cocktail of
heat, guns and pseudo-rock stars, with beer chasers

imbibed by those who imagine themselves INRL
in a movie genre of specialized urban cowboys,
subset horror flick,
self-appointed angels

part of a world view
so pervasive that it infiltrates the mental water supply
and modifies the pure children early on

demeaning existence, with a sense, a sendup,
life is unreal, cheap, so taking it-is ok,
justice delivered, for we angels,
are subset,
angels of death

in a country where
seven out of ten believe in angels,
and one in four confident that
the sun revolves around the Earth

look to blame
polluted water
the ever-overheated atmosphere,
bringing typhoon and storm,

I do not know

how be sun and water,
the essences, the originations of all life
today come to the planet days still
clear and warm,
yet can not infiltrate our personal mystery,
respire, re-spark the notion of the spirit,

the simple sanctity of life peculiarly human
call me by my other name
mystified momma

Everywhere I look
I see people hiding from me
and all I can do Is walk away, carefree
but I can't forget what I see.

Everyday I watch
as people hide away from the rising sun
all dawning their masks one by one
as their day as a stranger has just begun

Everybody I see
hides away from themselves
puts their pride up on the shelf
as they go through the day as their former self

Everything I do
to help them live ideally
to live life without a mask, freely

Everytime I wish
hat they could follow their dreams
that they could be keep their esteem
to get the same future given to me
and to let them them fly free
and be whom they truly are
to be who they want to be

and all these gods are in one place
conspiring and -
all your efforts are misplaced
whining like an -
off-key note in a seraphic choir
lamenting a -
weekend's bitter aftertaste.

here's a thing you can't avoid:
a war of worlds on a bedroom floor
the house is kept unlocked at night
and a crosswind billows through the door.

...and all his questions are ignored
he chipped his teeth cause he was bored.

we wrote missives to a shallow grave
dug with musicals we rearranged
to fit the arc we fashioned here
as we waltzed atop the sinking pier.

...I am prone to switching off
So I will never turn you on.
this is a song i'm writing, have a draft

They are there,
Wherever I go, anywhere,
Perceived by touch,
Too little, too much.
Intuitions,
And body sensations.
I shake, I tremble,
With different emotions ,I amble,
They make me happy or sad,
Content or bad.
They scare me,
Comfort and motivate me.
Sometimes I hide them deep inside me,
Where the eyes can't see,
But the heart knows,
When unable to hold, out it draws.
They are all around me,
Waves upon waves as in a sea,
They  just come,
My feelings, but I choose to only surf some.
