your lips are bleeding
somehow the attraction persists
a dream awoken and the realization only
makes the sunrise that much louder
exhausted like a different direction
and the destruction was intentional
starting the next part
one round in the chamber
coming and relapsing into it all
like a year ago
nothing is a song
i am pretending to walk in circles
not taking to you
calling out
no echo
it's all fabrication
the lost distance in your eyes
this is all textbook insecurity
a shared life experience
it's still hard to hear your shadow
it's  unsupportive and I'll remember the final seconds
and meaning is not important

So many people,
so many memories,
I thought to myself

Regrets and deaths
of both rage and sorrow
is the fruit in the path I misled.

It wasn't pretty flowers
in a pretty meadow,
it was the unbeatable power
of the mirror's echo

This echo, for some unforeseen mistake,
is what had led me to the room.
The water-filled room,
The drowning room.
I tried doing rhymes.

"I LOVE YOU!"
My words echo and bounce
back from a stone
The stillness of the air around me
Ensures that I'm alone
As I wait, there's no response
My heart does surely groan

I love you! I love... I... I... I...
The echoes of my heart sincerely cry
I still hold hope, but I believe there's no real point to try
I love... Love... Love...
I am sure, there'll be no response
Even unto the day I die

I love you! That's it! That's all I've left to say!
Although I eagerly await your response
I am sure the answers nay
As my words fade into darkness,
What will you have to say?
I know its all one sided
Its the price Ive had to pay

As I sit, listening to the echoes of my heart
Knowing that the void response will tear my heart apart
Knowing that my cries will die
And I'll be back at the start
Just here, crying I love you!
As my words fade into dark

I love you! I love... I... I...I...
My heart sincerely cries
I still have love for my ex wife. She told me "I don't love you anymore." And its left my heart in a painful limbo that really *****. I wrote this to express myself and get it off my chest.

You emerge from the shadows
With a glimmer in your smile.
Your fingertips are soothing
But your demeanor is hostile.

I feel safe in your embrace
But I’m shaking like a child.
Build me up with your seduction,
Leave my innocence defiled.

I hear whispers tempting.
I see my journey ending.
My heartbeat’s not resting.
Kiss slow while *******…
I hear echoes of my past,
They warn me this will never last,
“Remember me.”
They’re warning me.

They tell me what I will become
But what we’ve started can’t be undone.

I write to right the write-less, the unvoiced compendium of my experience. A

panoply of shadows between each line and behind the fumbled words miswritten

out of loyalty to the fiction I maintain. The letters which move beneath the page,

scintillating with suggestion, leaving their impression - a glimmer here, an echo

there; they are more honest than the fraught narrative that I deem fit to 'save'. I

write to right the write-less, to balance the unwieldy, to illuminate the intangible.

‘Every act of reading is an act of forgetting: the experience of reading is a palimpsest, in which each text partially covers those that came before.’

’Ego sum hic.’

Calling to the dawn,
Baying at the moon,
Petitioning the horizon,
Summoning the faithful;

The yearning indefinite,
In pursuit of an enduring affirmative;
An echo searching for its source
In the boundless beyond.

’Ibi tu es, tu es, tu es, tu es...‘
‘When at eve, at the bounding of the landscape, the heavens appear to recline so slowly on the earth, imagination pictures beyond the horizon an asylum of hope, a native land of love; and nature seems silently to repeat that man is immortal.’
- Madame de Stael

May the rhythm of the stars lulled you to sleep,
And take you where the sky turns the colour of one’s dream;
And Into the labyrinth of the heart that beats for you.
The forest shall echo with a song,
About a girl who once walk on the moon;
And fall!

When I'm down the sun never
seeks the sky.
                          Just a dullness
that hovers  beyond the grasp
of my need to rise above

my pain...

I only needed that ray to hit upon my
                                 sighs...

I need to not hurt like
before, I cant keep this smile aloft..

It's falling like a shooting star,
bruised when it hit the ground
             never again found.

I'm dwindling like the stars caught
                 between the dawn and nightfall.
But never
            a light flickering before its
radiance is just an echo like me..

You'll find me, that star that fell,
        but never wished upon.

Just cold never seen,
               here but missed,
as I fell from a moment of height
to a place where I'm low and alone.
