Winter has faded
It is spring
Flowers dance
and bees sing

I stay suspended
devoid of haste
No need to breathe
still and braced

Silence reigns
The cocoon awaits
For the wings and
For summers gates!

When you were younger there were,
times and places we would,
come back to when those nights have passed and gone,
when you were younger there was,
stars and spaces left so,
so unheard of but ah,
your face never left my mind,
And if I ever feel better,
just to better waste some time with you,
and when you gave me your number,
caterpillars hid in their cocoons,
And if I ever meant something,
to you back when we were younger,
can't be based off nothing,
when its all over I'll let you know,
And if I ever feel better,
just to better waste some time with you,
and when you gave me your number,
Butterflies came from cocoons...

When you were younger there were,
friends you'd want me to meet,
disagreeing with it,
I had concerns with this,
When you were younger you were,
full of life just waiting,
for whatever happiness,
you thought was waiting for you but,
If I ever feel better,
just to better waste some time with you,
and when you gave me your number,
caterpillars hid in their cocoons,
And if I ever meant something,
to you back when we were younger,
can't be based off nothing,
when its all over I'll let you know,
And if I ever feel better,
just to better waste some time with you,
and when you gave me your number,
Butterflies came from cocoons.

Lone leaf hangs onto the branch of a tree on the cliff side,
Nods at the breaking waves below.
The hustle of the wind,
Cause the autumn leaf to fall,
Twisting and turning through the rough air,
Like a butterfly in flight.
Down, down it flutters,
Whispering, singing exhausted.
The diver saw the pain and beauty in the leaf,
Caught it in mid air,
And both shimmered down onto the waves.
Even the smallest leaf must face its destiny,
Saved by the battering waves,
It was buried in the diver's garden.

feeling so small,
and powerless.
Holding tight to my row boat,
As the dark ocean waters,
storm both sides.
My matted hair, soaked,
covering my eyes.
I sail alone,
without direction.

and they want to cut me open.
take away what i was born with.

my therapist said we are all butterflies.
transforming, changing.
metaphorically.

but some of us,
are changing,
biologically.
under a knife.
to save our life.

and that is the hardest metamorphosis,
i can think of.

Crashed left
Crushed right

I was running, running
not knowing what happens
as I couldn't understand
as nobody understood me

Tired
Torn

But just kept running, running
as it was the only thing that I could do
as it was the only way to mirror myself falling down

At that time
Tortured

But at the bottom of myself
something that handled me
My other voice

Enduring
you will get your wings
Inside of you
A growing butterfly

Make a shell
Nurture

The dazzling butterfly
waiting for its time
When stars appear in the sky,
under a dark late night,
Could you hear a dialog between Caterpillar and Butterfly?

Caterpillar: "Aren’t you too beautiful for me,
fly away and find someone as beauty as you.”

Butterfly: "I will not leave you,
you are as beautiful as me."

Raised his voice, Butterfly looked into Caterpillar’s eyes:
“Why did I ever lose you?
Although they say everything has an end,
nothing will last,
Nothing is meaningful,
except think about the past....”

Caterpillar replied to him with a melancholy tone:
“why is the world moving fast?
Shall we live in the moment like they say...
Live in the moment - it'll be best to stay.”

They are hugging and chanting on a giant leaf—
Whose images are kept in store?
By memory, we are all alone.

And if rhyme is outmoded.
Shall I transform it to you,
re-grow.
Past is in the future
where it converts to the present,
with you...

If you can affect one person, it's worth it.
Your story, your hurt, your love.
Show them where your heart has sat with purpose.
Nervously posting my pen to them,
Hoping they see some truth to what I've said.
No I'm not a trend setter, just writing letters
Looking to clear my head before bed.

I never plan to be much a super man,
Most days I barely slip by as Clark Kent
Laughing off the world in a joker's lie
While I bury all of these deep thoughts inside,
Just to flip the coin, more relatable to Harvey Dent.
Only to deduce that I suffer from self-abuse,
Making me a basket case, Harley Quinn.

But if all ever live to do is inspire you
To take a risk and follow through
On any shot you've potentially got
Then my mission in life has come true.
In spite of living in the darkness,
I want to shine light instead.
She's starting to feel different--
She wasn't herself anymore.

Bounded by the chains of his rules,
She wasn't free.

Like a butterfly with torn wings,
She felt useless now.

Like a bird inside a cage,
She wants to break free.

But breaking loose means leaving him,
She decided to be engulfed with this non sense boundaries.
I know it's been awhile. I hope you guys like it
