Advice is just an opinion with an agenda.

Take a chance on me.

This is my advice to you.

Do you live your life in a whirling daze?
Because all you feel is a confusing maze.
Perhaps you already know what to do,
Yet you can’t seem to acknowledge it.

Hiding the truth behind a curtain-clear,
Don’t cling to the fake things that you hold so dear.
Perhaps you already know what to do,
But in case you don’t, worry not
For we all have been here.
Don't cling to fake things that you know about.

the problem with you
is that you can't face the truth
you crave to please
but you're just a tease
take a step back
and absorb in the breeze
nothing wrong with living life
from the backseat

Watching the archetypal parable filler sealing his fate with a seed,
and see the walls of the story blossoming off to the sky.

It seems to offer impossibility bottled and wreathed,
a leaf in season to whittle through to the blossom in time.

The time he took to fear it, board windows, ignoring the means,
and flailing crops are not to halt the work ,and question the why.

He finds a seed to bury deep within the walls of his dreams,
a kind of thief to be policing the light.

The hubris in a few ferocious branches,
accruing the subtle stances required, refusing visitor glances at the shrine
The thorns swallow a rich canopy buried beneath
and keep a perilous gift hanging for traveler thigh

Time echoes in hope of lending vestige's light, crying out
to see the breadth of the line.
To see the tangential nature of the leaf,
and know the grief elucidated and reaped
for a return on what we sow in the vine

Another garden enclosed.
A partial view of the sky.
A further longing for truth.
Assume a gruesome divide.
Aloof and hardened to bone.
A carving suited for pine.
A starving forest in roost.
Abuse is looming inside.

Confusing and dried.

He's choosing his pride.

Refusing a guide.

Losing his mind.

Where expectations are rooted
disappointments will grow
We either always forget this
Or are too stubborn
I’m a student of an agriculture university what do you expect?

"When you encounter a mountain lion, be vocal; however, speak calmly and do not use high pitched tones or high pitch screams"--California Dept. of Fish and Wildlife

Be vocal, but avoid high pitched tones and screams
when a mountain lion appears on your path.
Remind yourself that it’s not a  dream.

If the path goes down to a flooded stream,
and bodies float by--
stay calm;  avoid high pitched tones and screams.

When you go to the store and there’s no milk or cream,
as the cows are sickened  from a poisoned well,
remind yourself that it’s not a dream.

If the wildfire turns your hot tub to steam,
as you run down the street to your neighbor’s car
be vocal, but avoid high pitched tones and screams.

When the weather goes to another extreme,
and mudslides cover another town,
remind yourself that it’s not a dream.

When the fisherman catches no salmon nor bream,
and there’s no more coffee, nor chocolate ice cream,
be vocal, but avoid high pitched tones and screams.
Remind yourself that it’s not a dream.

"Hear me out, and listen. This is a bad thing, or not necessarily, I know, but you love and you let go when you don't. Why do they blame you? Why do they bother you so? It's because of the fact that they can't get over a love that they so desperately hold onto. I mean, it's understandable to never let go of that love. But is it ever love if  you don't wish for their happines?

Wish for  yours?"
And with a smile, he says farewell to the soul who eagerly listened.

Just never rely on people
but never ever rely only on yourself.

D: Walk on by.
Keep your head high.
Turn your cheek aside.
Don't question why.
Don't trust the lie.
And when they lie about you.
Ignore them and look at the sky!

K: Why will I look to the sky?
Isn't that were people go who die?
Don't get me wrong, I won't deny...
That I have to believe or at least try.

D: oh, sweet child, there is nothing but stars.
But still lift your chin upwards.
It will show them you don't care.
That you are a girl who's fair,
That's not easy to scare.
And if they'd even dare,
Lay a finger upon your skin?
Don't you stop and stare.
Show them you can bear!

K: Lift my chin upwards?
I'll look stupid, no one does that.
I won't know what to do with my head.
Isn't there something to be said.
Or am I so easily read?
My legs always feel like lead.
And my armpits wet.
What do I even do with that?!

D: Don't you doubt a single word.
One day you will want to be heard.
Don't you ever feel disturbed.
You are a bird.

Fly and be free.
Soar and believe in me.
Otherwise you will regret.
A lonely life, alone and sad.

K: I wil Mimi, I do.
I do believe in you!

D: I'll have to go now, and you know
He is awaiting me.
The man is not to be feared.
He was very gentle, you see.
He asked me how I felt.
He had a nice soft glee.
So charming, death was he.
I didn't even try to flee.

D: Remember what I said. If they bully you, chin up to the stars. Maybe, maybe not, I will be there.
This was very hard for me to write... When I was a child, I didn't have many friends. One of my best friends was a 50+ year old neighbour who had cancer. I always went to her, and she taught me everything I know and hold dear. She died 5 years ago, and this is one of the last conversations I had with her about when the girls in my bus were gossiping about me. When this conversation happened, we both knew she was going to die the day after, it was a planned death, she was in pain and had an euthanasia.
