I think I hear "I love you" way more often than I think, it's when he gets up in the middle of the night and brings me back a drink.
It's, "do not wake her up, yet" and "honey, go back to bed"
It's how he sits in front of me and wipes away every tear I shed.
It's how he kisses me so sweetly every morning before he leaves and returns to do the same thing every single eve.
He cuddles up to me so neither one of us will get cold and then he starts of sentences with "so when we are old..."
I think I hear "I love you" more often than I know
It's in the little things, like him watching all my shows.
It's when we go to eat and he picks my favorite place.
And how he knows my mood just by looking at my face.
I think I hear "I love you" in fact, I know I do.
I just hope he never has to wonder if I love him too.

Your words, yes, are very nice,
But only bringing them to action,
Will suffice.

I want to lock myself away
And never come out again
For fear of the light
And of the people
Who shall criticise
My actions

I woke up.
Messaged you.
Brushed my teeth.
Washed my face.
Had breakfast.
Swept the floor.
Cleaned the dishes.
Surfed online.

Then you messaged me back, saying you had-

Woke up.
Rode a bike.
Jogged with friends.
Breakfast.
Took a bath.
Went somewhere.

And where was I? Ah! *At the last.
Maybe you forgot
that love is not all about the talking
It's all about the actions

Actions speak louder than words

I think reflections are some of the most interesting things to look at. you can be looking at a person through a mirrored image without anyone knowing; in fact, they could be looking right back at you, wondering if or when you will say something to turn their blue to a calming gesture for two.

we squint our eyes at each movement, at each word spoken in curiosity, and grip onto the edge of our seats waiting for the "next time" to be for ourselves, our decisions.

we wait for that cherry on top moment to allow the reflections to reflect our dreams and hopes instead of simply enjoying the whole shake.

Just as "we make our beds and have to lie in them",
So do we choose our bedfellows.  The locale of the bed
We end up in should be presently considered.

Every action has its consequences
Bound to a fate of its own
We choose an action by choice
Informed or under compulsions
Wound in a complex circle
Once we knock the door with uncertainty
Fate is there watching over us
Given the task to execute the action
Awaiting the consequences as remuneration
