Hearts are flying high tonight,
I can feel the rush of wind in mine alone.

So young so nieve
Doesn't know what the world means
He says what she wants to hear
She believes him and lives with out fear
He's tricking her. He's using her.
He tells her tall tales
And she stays and listens instead of making bail
Everyone sees what he's doing to her
Trying to convince her to leave before we lose her
He's manipulative and cruel
She follows his commands like its a rule
He won't leave. He won't stop.
Bringing up things that he knows he should drop
He's in her like a drug, a very addictive one at that
Planting in her brain. When we're just trying to get her back
Sis please break away from him. He's not good for you.

my lovers left me
down and out
gave me something
to think about.
Like......
how it's not them,
but could it be me?
commitment is dangerous
and relationships are scary!

Just Melz
Black and white dreams
Less conventional
            it seems
Yet,
         I still believe
That too
    many
colors
Can fade out
        the true meaning
And if
       I dream of death
Then it's *just
                   the beginning

He asked me.....

*How could I be so cold?
I cried a snowflake,
while starring into his soul.

War
My lips are my weapon,
My sadness- my shield.
I will fight for you.
"I am alive,"
says the
tiny
rapid poem
of your wrists;

fair and not fair alike–
both soft
and hard with
beating
inconstantly
heart,

      (you will i will)

which won't but briefly
kiss perhaps
**** perhaps

saying lewd thing of
mouth through ear
to air;

art which
must have both
light and darkness–paired,
Flames behind me
the smoke blinds me
the fall in front of me
don't wanna jump, not for the life of me.

We've all hit our expiration dates
Johnson dangling, entangled in a wire
he's 68, he was about to retire
a burnt child dreads the fire
and he's a lump of charcoal.

Up many storeys
the planes hit precisely.
News helicopters flying and taping
there's no escaping,
the fire's approaching.

I need to jump,
no slow death here.
Here we go,
Geronimo!

Fire caught me in my fall
God's doing his roll call
pain in my legs as the ground comes closer
I move quick, I cannot breathe, my lungs are squished
Did I tell my kids I love them?
No, but I wish.
It was just a flash,
A flash of tear dripping down my eye
are you a friend or foe

yes you did,
you put my name in the mist of shame
are you a friend or foe

You turned my people against me
are you a friend or foe

You smile in my face
And frown at my back
are you a friend or foe

You sold my heart
when you know its made of gold

are you a friend or foe?
are you a friend or foe?
are you a friend or foe?
are you a friend or foe?
are you a friend or foe?
When friends become foe and foe becomes friend
