Darling word-artist
you point out what you see
and the facades collapse
it is a miracle that you stand by
People come to it, they want to
believe in you

Darling word-artist
your words confuse you
and haunt you, screaming
from the mouths of people
who want to be redeemed
by you

For hours, they explain each other
what you mean, or they write out
contractual guarantees. You pull
yourself away, with self-mockery
you captivate the people who cheer
It is true what you say

you take yourself too seriously
Why don't you save yourself?
Why do you choose to wander
in your dreams to find
redemption in the heaven
of your dissatisfaction?

I’ve been feeling blue
searching for a while.
Love eluded me—
Such a cruelty
can’t be wished upon.
Autumn days drag on.
Must lose hope, I know…
I’m a fool,
it’s true—
Under this first snow,
I can’t hide a smile
at the sight of you.
Don’t need love,
just you.

Have you ever wished that your life was different?
Wished you didn’t have the past that haunts you daily,
The disappointment in your parents’ eyes,
Longing to fit in but knowing it will never happen.

“Make a wish” they say every year on your birthday,
You wish for the same thing every time
To be acknowledged for your achievements.

How many hoops do you have to jump through?
10? 20? 50?
What happens when there are no more hoops?
Then what?

Nothing but a wish.
I was crying writing this.

As I stood by a window
smoking a mint cigarette
at my miserable job

I saw two butterflies
flying together

One was orange, and
the other was white

Two lovesome creatures
existing at the same time as us

The orange one made
me picture you peeling a
clementine to share with me

The white one reminded me
that there is still beauty in life,
and it is greater than my pain

There are more butterflies
that I have not seen yet, and
I wish I could see them with you

To you,
Where your smile meets the gaze
Of blizzard-still byways -
I'm scared of losing you somewhere along the lines.

To you,
Buried barriers trickle moonflower skies
Two years apart from being miles away -
I'm scared we'll fall when it's too late.

To you, From me,
A friend who wishes the very least,
To spend a little more chapters in your life.
I'm scared we'll be over before we even start.

I have never wished
for anything from life

But if there is one thing
I truly wish for before
I am in the arms of death

It is
to be held
by her

To soak in her
warmth, scent,
and harmful touch

To melt deep
between her thighs
till I dissolve completely

To release an inhuman cry
from under my skin into
the dark abyss of her pupils

To be kissed by
her cruel mouth
before death comes to kiss

I wish
I have the craftsmanship of Shakespeare
to draft my words that you’d hear
and my feelings towards you my dear
so they sound like a page out of poetry
then swerve you into the hands of me

I wish
I have the baritone of Bob Dylan
to shout my words to a beautiful tune
and my feelings to woo my woman
so they catch your heart like a retro hit
then your love, it shines for me bright

I wish
I have the vision of Michelangelo
to draw my words that I dearly hold
and my feelings in red green and blue
so they amuse you like a little child
then your love, it grows for me wild

I wish you’re mine
I wish it all the time
I wish you’re in my sight
I wish you hold me tight

I wish.......

Throughout my life I have become more stronger,
Becoming twenty-three, it took me longer.
How great it would have been, with all this wisdom,
If I would only be some four years younger.
