Time will show
the path
fit for me.
My only hope is that
it puts us
together.
Then I'll be both happy
and lucky.

Roses are
red,
violets are blue.
Daisys are
white,
so grow them too.
I'll let you in
this garden of happiness
and together
we can
forget about our loneliness.
Together,
we'll grow old,
you,
me,
and the flowers.
And there will be no such thing as
time;
no seconds, minutes,
or hours.
But when the flowers do begin
to fade,
I turn my head
to find out
that all you did
was fake.
And we’ll go on living
like we are in love
but really there’s nothing left.
Nothing but dust.
After publishing my poem, 'Roses are red', I got comments(or perhaps I should say suggestions) from Renee Danes and Rain(both wonderful poets you should totally check out!) and this poem is the result. Though parts of the poem were changed, I give much of the credit to Renee Danes and Rain and thank them both very much for their suggestions that hopefully made my poetry somewhat better.

The way your eyes looked at me,

like an astronomer lost in the galaxies;

yearning to be with each other,

like a pirate sailing through the seven seas

You need

Someone
Who doesn't lead you
Someone
Who doesn't follow you

You need
The one
Who holds you, parallel
All the way
Be sure about it

Else
You are enough
To travel the time
Regard, how far
You have come
Genre: Observational
Theme: People crossing the way

I know you and me are survivors.
An army of an old fife fleet.
We travel the land of freedom igniters
A race against the world.

Practice military confrontation.
The pain of being driven by aggression.
Living life without an occupation.
The people lack information.

My thought and ways of being ill prepared.
A final battle on the stretched barrier.
A letter from an openly declared
Followed by the voice similar to **** terror.

you're the reason
i can dance between
the fire and never get burned.

you're the reason
that i can say goodbye
to the moon
and not cry while it's sleeping.

you're the reason
that i can't spell
"I love you"
without you.

Whatever the weather is, windy or hail,
However it howls in symphony gales,
With windchill turning my skin into braille,

I'm here for it all, from beginning to fail.

We both know we won't make it for sure,
Let me lay out my heart for you, naked and raw,
I'm breaking it more for the sake of a call,

So love me, or like me, or hate me, I'm yours.

i want to be in a field of sunflowers and
i want to take you with me
we can run away at three in the morning; going on adventures that we’ll remember forever
we can bring a bottle of ***** and forget about the rest of the world
we can watch the moon glide across the sky
taking in the presence of the dazzling lights of stars
rex orange county can play from the radio while we make the night worth it

i want to be in a field of sunflowers and
i want to take you with me
so that we can see the yellow flowers and feel like we can be happy again
so that we can belt out our favorite songs without anyone hearing
so that i won’t feel alone anymore

i want to be in a field of sunflowers and
i want to take you with me
because ‘loving is easy’ is relatable in more ways than one
because i want to love and be loved back
and bringing you on my journey to the field will make that happen
they can call us crazy but they should call us
sunflower dreamers
