Such a lovely temple
At which to worship
Performing
Divine rituals
In sanctified flesh

We will beg for rain,
Wailing
When it washes us clean

.
Am I in love or am I convincing myself?
I would be a fool to be either.
My soul feels alive
Wrapped in rays
From sunniest skies
Hanging there in
Your bright blue eyes

You let me
Trace the stars
In your skin
With my fingertips
Like constellations
In the night sky

I want to
Pour
My heart out
So you can
Drink
Your fill

Epitome of despair
A little Impaired
Agony and hatred
Entertained by Clair

-Oh, Clair how are you?
When I am enveloped

In raw earth,

Microcosm in my flesh,

Loneliness

Will no longer haunt

Hollow bones
Sometimes
I am a phantom limb
Passing through the body
Of a listless lover
Unnoticed
