doesn’t matter

it’s the fact that
every last one of

you

thinks we shouldn’t
and that’s where
you’re wrong

give us an alternative
that will raise the bar
that high
that fast
from that little

you can’t

i don't blame you for not trying
the work continues, for peace in solidarity.

It is a temptation,
isn't it?

We sit and we wonder
volatile thoughts
flowing through tumultuous minds.

It is a temptation,
isn't it?

It does not matter
how much time I'll spend
recovering from my mistakes,
as long as I do carry out
a revolution from under my fingertips.

This paper,this is my proof,
that I'll never give up on
the power of youth,
who all got their dreams taken away.

In this chaos,
I will find harmony,
and halls of golden ideas
and strings of fate
will dance under the light
of millions of candles.

Remember my words,
for you will read them
one day,after all ends,
and they will remind you of
the days you used to hold back your power.

I do not dictate
how you might think,
but I will make you proud of the flame
within you.

Sadly,
there are not many of us
willing to lose
our precious trained minds.

Not many of us
willing to give power
to the cosmic yearnings
inside our chests.

Mirror, mirror, oh, horrors on the wall!
Shall we pinpoint the most noxious of them all?
The Orient's Pearl shed the vehemence of a breathing nightmare,
Where divided abundance were forced to fit the mouth by power.

Shall we pinpoint the most noxious of them all?
Those angels who led the whole domain to its fall,
Where divided abundance were forced to fit the mouth by power?
Or the spawns who crippled the only way out of hell's lower ladder.

Those angels who led the whole domain to its fall,
At the temple of their Lord, they kneeled and kissed his filthy sole.
Or the spawns who crippled the only way out of hell's lower ladder.
A dictator of what is enough and what is not for each other.

At the temple of their Lord, they kneeled and kissed his filthy sole.
To paint scarcity with the luxurious blood of their skinny soul.
A dictator of what is enough and what is not for each other.
The development of their lives mirrored the regression of their cower.

To paint scarcity with the luxurious blood of their skinny soul.
And erase the borderline between good and evil in hell's deepest hole.
The development of their lives mirrored the regression of their cower,
Without a cost of every soul, who survived but cannot live any further.

And erase the borderline between good and evil in hell's deepest hole.
After all, we're just people, who wanted a magical egress without a toll.
Without a cost of every soul, who survived but cannot live any further.
A down-spiralled glass where progression always got knocked over.

After all, we're just people, who wanted a magical egress without a toll.
But now, we're certain who is the most noxious and vicious of them all.
A down-spiralled glass where progression always got knocked over.
Hidden beneath its transparent cover is nothing but hell and its fiery fire.

But now, we're certain who is the most noxious and vicious of them all.
The Orient's Pearl shed the vehemence of a breathing nightmare.
Hidden beneath its transparent cover is nothing but hell and its fiery fire.
Mirror, mirror, oh, horrors on the wall!

i stop things from being said

the weather is rather warm

it’s been said enough

like that ed sheeran song

i don’t want to be so repetitive

i’m in love with your body

how it gets so revolutionary

my heart only knows rage
growing, crawling like wildfire
to which my bones will collapse like lilac twigs;

then again, honey,
we do not burn down with the fire — we become it,
should we fall like witches condemned.

then again, honey,
they do not burn; the fire knows its mistress' touch
and today, we have inherited
all the anger, all the wrath, all the names of the men
she held onto for centuries in her palms.

today, she will avenge
all her sisters lynched and effaced
all her brothers starved and gunned
by the very pigs who swore to protect
and the fire will
creep, engulf, and spread,
torching their money and their abusive hands —
their lying tongues and iron fists
burning in cauldrons
they will burn us in,
and the smoke will rise to the heavens
until all that's left are ashes
from where no cruel man will rise.
and the smoke will rise to the heavens
until justice,
like a goddess,
emerges from a foam of embers.

and the smoke will slowly lift —
so will this anger.
so will this wrath.

and it's the sun itself that awakes
to the promise of a new day.

As a pandemic spreads across the globe,
we realize more and more
about ourselves
which we once did not know.
Extroverts transform into introverts,
introverts into extroverts,
finally, a revolution for the mind,
an extraordinary, cosmic show
of divine and unprecedented kindness.
Externally and internally
we will continue to grow.

"A revolution is afoot!" shouted a young man as he ran past our window.
When I got to the window to see who he was, or where he was going, I couldn't find him - in fact there was no one in sight.  I poked my head out to see a bit more and was startled by something flying past my face, a small bird. I watched as he darted gracefully from thin branch to thin branch foraging in the light of the new day. Then the little fella launched himself high, high into the sky and I saw it coming down on us - FAST. It was a colossal foot and it crushed our little home.

Sparks fly
Ashes fall
Coals simmer
A crumbling wall.

Torches flicker
Down a lamplit hall.
The fuel dies down,
And a new man stands above all.

they've been eating cake
take their cake away
let them eat hunger
the upper classes
crave apocalypse
and speak of revolution
as a desirable inevitability
but lay the burden
of building the guillotine
upon the poor
while denying them access
to the forest
and the wood that grows there
the mythic poor
are urged to eat the rich
the mythic rich
the rich that are richer
than the rich who dream
these dreams
if you want us
to eat the rich
invite us into the homes
of your parents
and let us sit at your
christmas dinner
and eat your food
and serve up the horror
of our presence
the good book says
charity begins at home
let us eat you
