write the scriptures,
the Book of Me,
with authorship
exposed on the books cover,
of every word have ever writ

flawed, ignored, rejected,
necessary to self-publish
upon the unpapered internet,
where words are ionized

I take an oath,
self-administered,
oath sworn upon mine own scripture,
testify before a jury of my peers,
me, myself and I

what you read,
is not imaginary,
I am real,
you are realizing

each of us has a truthful name,
in spite of acronymic disguises employed,
and wearing it,
here, upon this.....line dotted,
place my neck,
ready for
the executioner

you

we don't even realize
how quick like
a sharp breath,
a lunge in the ocean,
a ***** of a needle,
a shot of lightening,
is how fast our
lives boil with our
deeds

suppose you've done
all that you've wanted,
but are you ready to
go to sleep?
How
Ready A Flight

I miss
grenadine yearly
on the
newt yet
here with
Shultz a
moon in
Jupiter that
everyone slept
their keen
to surface
now with
brown as
beans with
the syrup
are ready
this flight

Disappointments are like
baby tooth:
they teach you to smile
when you are still weak
but make room for
something stronger
as soon as you
are ready.

Teenage love
is just
so fake.
Holding you hand,
faking
that I love you,
taking you to a dance,
eating lunch with you.
I think that now,
I am ready
for the real thing.
For someone to say that they
love me
and for them to really mean it
with all of their heart.
