The shorter the time
The more personal the view
Between the heads of those in front of you

The shorter the time
The stronger the lingering taste
The more intense the take away experience

The shorter the time
The easier to scoot and duck under
The inconveniently well placed barrier

The shorter the time
The more focused the afternoon stretch
On the sofa of your oh so limited rest

The shorter the time
The quicker, the swifter, the tighter
You'll find the undaunted feature writer

The shorter the time
To that unreasonable deadline imposition
The sweeter the release of the completed submission

The shorter the time
The better
Writing to order is an art.

It's 11:32
I'm still waiting here for you
Made my way down city blocks
Ignoring people, kicking rocks
But you've reached the deadline
It's 11:59
And I'm still waiting.
When sun reach deadline they came in line,
Like miners, astronomer carried him to a black hole,
Where he hear no grumbling of my hungry sister,
Milky Way wiped a waving man.

I have seen future fading to false fortune,
Man drowning from headline to deadline,
A poisoners lullaby turned funeral hymn.
Yet we painted raindrops in our faces as he slowly fade.

Down here, it is dark and damp,
Like a Concentration camp.
No more desire to discover,
as darkness has declared every colour.

My duration is close to descend,
No desistance from this decline.
The decision to disembark,
Means no more bloodline.

Don't delay my departure...

I can't see...
It's getting darker.

Is the deadline dead?
No, it waits in the corners
A struggling moth stills

Acid in my eyes
Writing, reading, researching
Leaf in vast ocean
When there are so many books and references out there and you don't know which ones to use...

Way out here in outer space
Searching every distance place
The Moon's so cold without your embrace

I'm still here in flight
Way out past the satellite
Hoping one day we may reunite

Rising quickly is my frustration
Knowing for me there is no salvation
As I see your face in every  constellation

I can't see the silver lining
Even with all the stars still shining
Because all I can do is keep on crying

Loves resurrection is over due
So I will keep on searching for you
Just leave me a **** bread trail, a clue

Because on earth you'll never be again
My heart will never be whole, never mend
The death of everything is the wages of our sin

Please hurry and speak,
I'm already terrified,
I wont know what I'll do,
I just want to set this aside....

Please don't hurt me...
Ask questions I can answer,
It'll be useless to ask me
Questions where I have no power.

Please don't shout at me,
I'm already tired of crying,
I didn't want to come and talk,
But I'm already trying.
Looks like this is how it's gonna end...
Death by Art Teacher...
Ha... sounds like a pathetic death....
