Drunk of dreams
hold by waiting,
treacherous eyes
keep watching,
take me home
or i will follow it
on my own
with these fragile limbs.

Vulnerable part
on consistent image
through broken mirror,
too much gravity
can change the atmosphere.

You're just another daydream
or another catastrophe.

How
How can you be so bold
As to paint with your tongue?
Silver words turned to gold,
Serpent long.
After me you’d go for more,
You’ve never seen true war,
The one which rages deep within.
Why does your love taste like sin?
Go to his arms,
See if I care.
His lungs don’t need any air.
I can’t bear any more of your charms.
How did diamonds turn to dust?
Just like, into air, did too our trust.

How can you keep a smile,
After you warrant so many tears?
It’s become something vile,
A curse, lost to the years.
My heart feels the breaking of chains,
My veins are the train tracks and your eyes, the trains,
A full stop is all I need,
But that’s no problem for you, you’re filled with greed.
Go, pull your inept strings!
Your melody can’t soothe me.
I don’t have to run anymore or flee
From all the scorching question and eerie things.
My embrace was crafted for you,
I tell myself that sweet lie that will never become true…

I loved you…
Trying out the Onjegin rhyme, too bad it had to be something sad...
no kisses of mine are deep enough
no touches of mine are soft enough
no words of mine are sweet enough

as i am not him

not what you
wanted

needed

wished for

/

maybe

almost

We are being prepared
for another world- one
that we can’t imagine;
the future will scare

some people with fears
unknown; being forced
to trust an unseen God,
to get over the tears

of a lifetime of pain…
seems to exceed human
comprehension. Life can
change us; we will gain

experiences that stretch
us beyond our comfort. He
wants our companionship,
to partner with wretched

souls for His utmost glory.
Now there’s another world,
waiting on our appointed
arrival… to join His story

and bask in His Presence.
We’ll observe wonders that
will amaze us, including…
the pure, eternal essence

of Who, Yahweh is!

1 Cor 1:9; Rom 7:24  and

If we find ourselves with a desire that
nothing in this world can satisfy, the
most probable explanation is that we were
made for another world. ―C.S. Lewis

I thrive in silence
These mental pylons requiring void
I need all of my neurons to be employed

Modernity calls…

Undulating waves lambast the structure
My zigs start zagging when they should be zigging
The course turns inward
Noise so noisome, I then soil the blank
Cursing God, myself, and the bank
For such a hideous, heinous, everyday mistake

This arsenal
This armory
My six-digit word bank
Fall all out of order
Twenty-six slots, filled in with haste
The instrument bears air greedily in
My fingers can’t trace the holes amongst the din
So I issue out garbage
And pretend
This new edition is
Just another win.
//
I stack words like pebbles,
In a shivering tower,
Creation bets Wind
Me
'e could easily overpower.
//
But take a glance at my mouth,
It's holding something sour,
I'll sweat till I'm sweet—
Now wouldn't that just wow her?

Just before the sun greets my black skin
I sit in silence and embrace the day
Searching for what's within
Before the madness begins
At this time my soul knocks on heavens gates
Thanking God for another day
Praying he protects my family and friends
