I give you my world,
And You give me the universe.
I open my heart to You,
And You dwell within me.

I lift my hands to praise You
And You reign like a roaring thunder.
The galaxy belongs to You —
How tiny I am and yet you see me through.

My years are in the palm of Your hands—
Written by the blood of your Son…
Beloved and precious,
A King who’s always on the throne.

Your love remains steadfast,
Your grace is like the rain
Showering me every now and then
So my soul can dance with You.

I long to see You face to face
But I wait patiently
Before the curtains unveil the coming glory
And before I commit my spirit
And find its rest with You.
It's hard to surrender
To what and to whom the eyes cannot see
Giving in to something Heavenly
It seems to be risky.

But not risking
Makes you risk every thing
Including your salvation.

They ask,
"Is Hell real?"
"Is Heaven real?"

Faith comes then
By hearing
And hearing the Word;
Will you listen?

In the latter days,
Every white flag shall be seen
Those that are authentic
And sealed and painted with red.

And at the end of the Story
His Story will not be left untold
There're corpses all over
To where bodies might be dying
But we are always alive in Him!
Hallelujah! We surrender!

I stole not the show
But regret was never on my mind,
Papa's life, I know how vital it is
And so I'd rather be caught
Than his breath, dark be brought.
Who am I?

I can feel my bursting nerves
My belly's waves, shrinking to their own cause.
Holding the nurse's hands, I'm screaming
But the other cry was a memory of existence.
Who am I?

I don't have enough
So I turned my nights into mornings.
Unfair life is, I get persecuted all day long.
I work not for one, but two or more
How I wish I had the chance to get back at school,
For now I learned, time was never an inch of today.
Who am I?

Who am I but the a laborer of the world,
I shut down moments in order to grasp air,
Mess was not my name, though rest was a misfortune
Let me, oh let me follow the heart of the Greater One.

My labor was never in vain,
For I salute my Master.
I may be nobody but a simple laborer,
But who I am is whose I am,
And now I know what matters most,
**For my identity was never my entity.

Every time I write,
I sing the hymn of my spirit.
And every time I speak,
It’s Your breath that moves the mountains.

I thought my heart and my head know me better
Than any person ever will...
There’s not much to say,
But there’s so much to be written —
It’s like You talking to me.

I will SECURE you —
Remove your insecurities
And remember to mention my Name
I am here even before you declare.

I will LIFT you —
Remain grounded, your heart I will take care.
Your fall isn’t a failure
When you see things through My lens.

I willl STRENGTHEN you —
Your weary soul, I breathe life!
Your burdens, I will carry
Your tears, I will wipe.

I will always LOVE you —
Nothing can separate you from Me.
My love is complete and just focus on Me,
I will be sufficient for you!

Believe and receive,
Abide in me, My Child…
And trust Me wholeheartedly —
I Am who you say I Am!

And so I had a vision:
To sail a boat of my own..
Let me tell you a story..
That one God impressed to me.

Watchin’ the raging waves,
I pondered with a question of..
“Why did Jesus chose fishermen?”
Then his goal isn’t just to save the lost
But to gather them in unity.

I remember the rich man
Who failed in his test..
For he cannot leave his riches behind,
After boasting that he has done everything
For his the salvation of his soul.

Fishermen have simple lives
They fish as their living;
One “nothing has been caught”
Might end a life worth-saving.

But these fishermen understood
The essence of being disciples of Jesus;
They became fishers of men —
From island to another one.
"God needs a window-display of His goodness and glory."

Pastora Lut

Dahan-dahan kong pinakiramdaman

At nagbibigay galak sa puso kong
Uhaw sa malasakit at pag-ibig na tunay.

Nasaksihan ko ang paglisan ng bawat katauhang
Kailan lamang ay nasa akin ang pagtingin,
Ngunit ang lahat pala sa kanila'y
Syang palamuti at hindi tunay na kabahagi
Ng aking istorya.

Patuloy silang nalusaw

At marahan akong napaluhod buhat sa aking kinatatayuan.
Gusto kong magsalita, gusto kong may masambit..

Wag muna silang kumilos at aking mahanap

At habang Siya'y lumalakad,

Habambuhay kong nanaisin
At pasasalamatan.

You bring wonders to our hearts
And set fire deep within us
Your Words are our might,
Flying arrows of enemies are shut -- You are a consuming fire.

You bring us to the depths of this world
For us to gain endurance by grace
All the hardships in this world
Are not too great with what You've already done
You shed Your blood, You have saved us!

We call unto You in our imperfections
You remain the same like no other
You are faithful with Your Words
And You are a shield to those who seek You
The strong tower where we run
In calamities and all arrows.

You are our Father in Heaven,
The Bestower of grace that's so sufficient
Sin has no hold on us
For we are in Your arms
You're the light in our darkness
And no darkness cannot tame You.

We love because You first loved us
You created us in Your Image
That is the image of Jesus Christ,
The Way, the Truth, and the Life
Let us not be tired these days,
For You shall come soon
And so we prepare and get ready,
Your Kingdom is coming soon!
To see You in victory
Regardless of my brokenness,
For You are my one thing.

--------------------

War is a good language;
For in every war, there's always a victory --
A victory in a Name that's above all other names.

The Name who's good at defending,
Who's good at perfecting,
In drawing closer those hearts that are calling for help.
Those who plead and trust only Him.

The strengthening of the Lord covers all ages,
It's a transformation from inside out
And it's through the breath of life.

We listen to His voice like lullabies in our ears.
We need not pretend that we are strong by ourselves,
To stop taking the first steps
But instead, allow Him to take us to His ways.

When John saw the revealed Jesus;
He no longer is the wounded One,
But He is seen as the resurrected One.

Maybe we've been trying out too many schemes
And our strategies always lead us to an end --
The dead-end of our lives.

But tonight, God wants to remind you
That your ending is the new beginning
And that Jesus already died for you and me.

His death became the beginning
Of exchanging meaning of what "victory" is all about.
A beginning that sprouts like a new leaf;
A beginning living in His testimony.

He says, "Come up here and see."
See it for yourself;
Because the Lord already prepared a banquet.

Jesus has the invitation to see Him,
To experience His salvation, His blessings
And so we can be filled with wonders and awe once again.
God is just waiting.
Hebrews 12:1-3 (NIV)

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
True blue and cleared sky
Where the pasture meets the woodland
And the current meets the past —
That is where I’ll meet you.

Evening falls,
And the field glows
Burgundy,
I’ll come near you.

The sky is a well of inky black
Pinpricked with diamonds,
Still, I’ll be so near.

We will languish in the woods,
Forge friendships with the trees.
When the trees got tire of us,
We will go
Befriend the tall grass.

Such are the inhabitants of this place—
This place
Where the pasture meets the woodland.
And you and I,
Oh dear companion,
Will slip into their ordinary,
While remaining wholly in our own
very extraordinary
And these hours
It counts for you!

My heart is Yours, truly Yours my God
You bring anthem to my soul
You bring hope as I trust in You.

My enemies plot against me, Lord
And in my silence,
You are the Defender of my soul.
They laugh at me and they cancel me
But I hold on to Your Word.

For Your Word is greater than the word of mouth,
You will cover me and You will not let me live in shame,
You will draw me closer, Lord
You will secure me in Your constant hands.

You will rescue me among my enemies
You will deliver me and You will give me victory.
In Your Name, there is truth
Your promises will always remain.

Write —
As if the sky wasn't blue
And every day
Is as upside down as the next.

Write —
In colors,
Then write
In black and white.

Write —
Because you can;
It’s your freedom.

Write novels that span pages upon pages Bound together by leather
Or some short words.

Naisip kong magnakaw,

Pagkat ramdam ko

You and I
Are the sand and the Sea,
Multitudes are waiting for You,
We will always keep coming
Back to One another.

You and I
Are the trees of eternal spring,
We shall never leave.
Every Word You’ve spoken is worthy
And Love is never absent
And what is shared,
Never forgotten.

You and I
You’re my Groom, my Safe Place
Your vow means You’re my Rock,
By rock, You mean You’re my castle
And by Castle, You mean You’re my Treasure.

You and I
I wait for my Love
Calling out Your Name
Your beauty is perfection.
A river flows in my eyes and You wipe it away...
You remove my yoke,
Holy, Holy, Holy
Is the Lord God Almighty!
Revelation 22:1-5 (ESV)

“Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.”

V. 7
“And behold, I am coming soon. Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”

V.17
The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.
You’ve moved a step forward
And life won’t be the same.
But after the round of applause
Your daydream is abruptly ended.

Now, take your turn
To walk the stage
After the microphones echoes
Projecting your name.

God's love for us is not a love
That exempts us from trials,
But rather a love
That always sees us through trials.

In prosperity, God tests our gratitude;
In poverty our contentment;
In despair our hope;
In darkness our light thru FAITH;
and at all times our obedience to God.

God made all things beautiful in His time!
You strive diggin’ up my attention,
Is it a bona fide or just wanna dupe around?
Til’ when you’ll bring that to a halt?

‘Turned out to be so awkward,
Spotting you somewhere,
Then have that guts and valor callin’ out my name.

You beamed at me as if others were indiscernible,
Then drop some line,
A sort of your usual approach.

A superhero branded to own self,
W/out your costume, said your zilch
‘And avowed to brawl those imminent risks.

Only just, uttered those words;
Yet ‘found out your soft spot
With that another lass.

‘Said you’re not like other typical chaps,
But own words were gobbled
So, I think it’ll be the last.

It’s unworkable as you are,
Conked out glass, so what now?
----------------------------------

(12/25/11 @xirlleelang)
You take the glory from this —
From every beatific happiness of heaven,
As the Sun leaves her nest from above
Stretching her breath towards the evolving darkness.

And despite the delay of time,
While the mindful wind spells her madness
As if she’s blowing an occasional candlestick;
The tree did not surrender her promise at all.

And that is to keep everyone so, so still…
And she’s like a mother who’s afraid to lose her child,
Who tries to protect her precious one at all costs,
Who tries to save a life more than hers.

You take the glory from this —
The formation of every rock
That falls exactly to their perfect places,
As Your voice sprouts hymns of creations
Of every beautiful kind…
Oh, in Your eyes, these are all beautiful.

And whenever we lose our grip,
Whenever we surrender our pure selves
Into the deepest ocean to let ourselves die,
You command Grace to come to rescue us.

And take hold of us,
To contain and consume us in a vessel
Where only You can truly feel the longing of our hearts.
And then put a new spirit in us…
And breathe a new fire on us —
A new breed of hope anchored to Your core.

So even an ember can call the soldiers of the heaven
To rally against our raging darkest thoughts
To break the walls that we continue to allow to get higher
As we also try to take the rest of the steps of our pursuit…
And yet failed ourselves by doing things on our own.

You take the glory from this —
From the gigantic waves welcoming us
Even before our feet kissed the sparkling sands.
The coarse-textured the salted waters
Making us the only remainder
Of this beautiful equation of our own stories,
Of sailing beyond the hidden horizons
And riding the tides as we spread our wings in motion.

And even before our arms collide and bid goodbye
To the sun who brought us home
And call it peace when we’re in Your sweetest embrace,
We remain in awe of You —
For everything speaks about You
And defines Your grandeur
In the middle of the night and day.

And as we continue to ponder the days,
We can’t deny the fact
That You’ll still be and will always be
The most beautiful
And the most precious among them all.

— The End —
