an ancient moon collides with shadows on the yonder;
wander the forbidden forge, soon stars will blunder,
the All, scourged with lore from daemons ashore--
it breaks and roars as we dance forevermore;
free your core from the chains wrapped around the golden door,
see sand drift and shake becoming nothing for
man has left his kingdom and begun to soar,
and Malkuth was always such a boring chore--
consumed by things that ought to be deplored;
watch as i cut my mortal cord!

my great muse,
explore my dreams.
see what i can see,
my home is yours.
we become one,
so tightly together.
no difference,
i release you back into the sea.
it comes and goes
michael Jan 16
longing to be,
it rushes towards heavenly light,
only to return.
coming into existence

Feeling so serene,
I dance within a shadow's caress.
It who sees me dancing within its only embrace,
sees only an intruder of grace.
It speaks,
"Who are thee who flocks to my abode?"
I say naught,
I only continue to twirl and twirl until my heart drops.
"You must leave!" it shouts -
"This is my only home and I wish it to be still."
However its words do not affect,
I continue to direct my limbs in great effect.
Soon after I leave,
without a word abandoning it to its desolate peace.
"What a fool" it concludes.

sitting steadily beneath the land,
lies a plain rock like socks or sand,
forming and morphing so beautifully,
holding a treasure so crucially

for only if they knew how much you were worth,
how quickly you'd be unearthed.
nature is always a good metaphor

you're so warm,
from so far,
will i melt soon?
far away lover
michael Feb 20
i wish you'd stay
but it's the end of the road
and all things go back this way
so farewell i bode
michael Feb 5
You just don't understand.
A feeling sprouts inside of me,
A feeling I can't withstand.
I want you to see:

Floating in the Atlantic,
No land in sight,
The waves frantic,
The cold bites.

With salt in my eyes,
I promise I'll leave,
This ocean of lies,
So I may see, so I may breathe.

How much longer?
It's so somber.
haven't being feeling that well recently, hoping to feel better soon! expressing myself usually helps.

what a dream
you're with me again
and the sun rises with such gleam

on your angel's skin
feeling your angel's kiss
entering your angel's bliss

and you're just so pretty
and you're with me
in my head

for sadly
you are dead
i never know how to tag my stuff
michael Jan 16
in the ocean,
summon thy waves
never to be seen,
only heard
great force,
i must return.
nature's mystique

black mountains above the golden sand,
in this dream i'll seek your hand,
indifferent to the laws of time,
i'll walk forever beneath its shine,
seeking the memories that were once mine.

for my heart has a delicate brand,
one that i cannot stand,
so i'll look for the cure in rhyme,
until they play my pretty chimes
in the land of golden clime.
pretty chimes :)

a lone flower
amid the plentiful, green grass
your petals brighter than the sun you bask in
the wind guides your hand in a beautiful dance,
and i just wish to hold you
but to disturb you would be a crime
so i'll just watch from afar
as you captivate everyone around you,
as you dance amid the plentiful, green grass
pretty flower

my head is attached by a sliver-string--
swinging, like the tires in spring,
it scrapes the floor beneath heaven harshly--
leaving bruises and marks drawn darkly,
and like Dumpty, the doctors tried to cling
head to body, but it never wished to be a whole thing,
so it dangles below knee ever so tiredly--
collecting scars as if lying beside a howling harpy;
inside me, i can feel the dirt begin to sing,
somber melodies of an ancient and rotting king;
he stands beneath me seeking a heart-beat--
whispering of dreams now sunken and obsolete

for now he wears worms for rings,
and I'm forever cursed with this sliver-string.

the heart is divinely dull,
so angels sing and we begin to fall--
down, down into nothing for

waiting within love's red door,
is ****'s hot floor;
forever burning bright it glares--

into the eyes of those consumed by flare,
and however sad it may be,
the singing angels do not pity thee,

so burn and burn into a black char,
consume yourself with the fires of the heart,
as the ******* does so happily,

for heaven is only a balcony--
cold without sting or pain,
you dance in **** refusing to be tamed.
michael Jan 17
cometh now,
deep from within,
i seek thy crown.

dreading chagrin,
deep down,
i begin.

delightful sound,
may i ascend
or am i bound?
not to be confused with the band, they're cool too though.
michael Jan 16
cold, freeing freezing of winter

your eyes are numb but oh so beautiful.
for an apathetic girl
michael Jan 16
who are you?
you look so familiar.
mirrors are tools,
you are a tool,
reflect my light.
i see so clearly,
i see my light
ever so faint.

reflect myself towards the moon,
i speak to the sun --
i speak to myself.
i speak to the moon --
i speak to a mirror.
you're a real illusion.
only reflecting
michael Feb 13
drifting in and out of the light
i'm greeted by something so very bright
hold me as i pass into the river of time
maybe i'll be held accountable for my crimes

and it's only right
so please hold me tight
i want to feel your warmth as i go
six crows

please don't be sad when i arrive
this is where we all strive
i know i seem low
but i'm so happy to go

i know you'll cry while i'm away
and that's okay
live your life to the fullest
because your soul is like a star, fulgent

i'm so dizzy
i'm so chilly
i'm so sorry

where am i?
where am i?
where am i?
michael Jan 17
my faithful ghost,
follow me into my room;
serve me toast,
follow me to my doom.

dreamy apparition,
i love you.
i'm not superstitious,
you don't go "boo!"

in my time of need,
you're there for me,
with beautiful deeds,
can't you see?

our intimacy,
is infinity.
'boo!' - Shakespeare
michael Feb 12
i'll stare at the wall until the sun illuminates the room,
making faces out of shadows of people i once knew.
maybe it's all a dream within my head,
and i'll wake up just to start again,
or i'll become nothing at all,
i just know that i'm here now,
listening to the birds sing their melodies in the sweet morning dawn,
and the waves rise just to fall again,
just like us all.
michael Feb 24
plentiful fish in the ocean, i exist
so brutal in your existence-
congregating and swimming to survive
to be alone is to die,
a stranger is a threatening hook in sunken eyes,
but your reflection glows beautifully and right
you respect the sharks that rip on instinct-
then cackle at the coral torn and sundered,
while mating like no other
pumping out sister and brother,
mirrors and doppelgangers-
swimming, congregating, *******,
until the great God hook takes you-
squirming, you suffocate and cry
the coral watching you suffer and dry.

dripping droplets from the sky fall upon me from so high;
dancing patter as they land, leaving chatter so very grand
aplenty puddles made of dye, a muddled raid from the sky
how we ran in this land forever forgetting of old Time's sand.
title explains it all
