Paper Heart Poet
Little heart beats
Constant hammer
In construction
Sonogram panic

Your beautiful Angel face
So bright and full of love,

Because of you
I'm forever in love
Your my sweetheart
From above
My beautiful Angel
From above,
My perfect soulmate
To love,
And I promise
To love you for eternity.

Heroes wear blue
Blue like the sky
Keep looking up,we’ll get by

Heroes wear blue
Each one a star
Shinning through the night

Heroes wear blue
So keep doing what you do
I know it’s hard, but we will get through
Whatever colour you wear thank you for being there
So from all our hearts -that’s where love starts
Thank you for being you !
A poem to say thank you to all the NHS
You are all heroes thank you!

You said you loved me
and I believed you
You said we can talk
Then took no notice of me.
You said you cared
I was convinced.

And I thought I could treat your pain
But it turned out to just be attention
and depravity
and manipulation
and deceit

Maybe I’m just naïve,
Because I trusted you.
I’ve let people ***** me over all the time. I never realise because I’ve always looked for the good in other people.

if there is one thing
that meeting you
has taught me,
it's that love doesn't wait
for you to catch up.
- please prove me wrong.

if you crave a taste
of the finer things
get yourself a seasonal man
he does what he wants
whenever he can
and though it may take
a fortnight
or two
his flame burns
the brightest
the reflection
of you.

she is in pain
the quiet kind

there are no
cuts or scars

there are no
lumps or bruises

there are no
screams or tears

nothing is broken
nothing ever heals
When you’re outside
of Christ, you risk
becoming a son… of
disobedience; pride

puffs itself up and
empty words deceive.
Without Salvation,
no one raises hands

in humility towards
a loving God; there
is no shelter, from
His wrath. Records

in Heaven above are
meticulously kept;
an impenitent heart
will keep you far…

away from eternity.
Inspired by:
Rom 1:18, 2:5; Eph 5:6  and

The real horror of being
outside of Christ is that
there is no shelter from
the wrath of God.

Staring into those onyx eyes
They pull me in
Simply captivate me

The longer I gaze
More seems to reveal

Unconditional love glares
Reminding me of the why
With no words spoken

Fear and anxiety sweat from the corners
Comfort needed through presence
Purpose restored

Joy illuminates brightly toward me
Life makes sense
Even for just a moment

Look beyond
Find everything
Right in front of you

I'm slipping
Off the edge of a cliff
At the end of the world
Into a deep dark abyss

there's defiance in youth,
but the world is too heavy to carry.
with exhaustion, binding your wrists,
disappointment, pinning you down;
that unmovable weight on your chest,
it only becomes harder the further you go.
the more you see, the less you believe.
faith is the most fragile currency of all,
and if you stay around long enough,
you can witness the untimely death
of every forgotten truth.
but even if our fight is over,
and all of our wars have been lost,
there's still hope for tomorrow,
there's still defiance in youth.

Once windows, now bars.
Once doors, now gates.
Once media, now guards.

Once happy, now confused.
Once loved, now alone.
Once free, now trapped.

A prisoner in my own home.
