I don't know
If we're supposed to float along
        On a gentle breeze
     Or on a rolling ocean
With our minds at ease
Or if it's a little bit of both
    And you just gotta believe

But I do know one thing
  Whichever way that you choose
          Life is never very easy
But when happiness is on the line
     You have **nothing to lose

The second you inhaled and walked through the halls
The minute you raised your head
The hour when you smiled and entered my life
The month of getting to know
The quarter of laughter and smiles
The year of fairytale
The lifetime of memories
The times we've shared
The wink of an eye that changed it all
The flash of life that made us realize
The instant we gazed upon each other
The moment we knew
The evanescent that ended it all
The lifetime of "what ifs" and "why's"
The year of pouring rain
The quarter of staring at the ceiling
The month of just trying to breath
The hour when you cried and bid farewell
The minute you bowed your head
The second you exhaled and walked through the halls again

There will always be a great division
In this life full of intersections
The separation of the rich from the poor
The distinction from shoes to coiffure

The discrimination of races
The characteristics of faces
The gender inequalities
The life one lives spiritually

One's position in society
One's awards, medals or trophies
But what truly separates us all?
The crucial thing that determines one's fall?

The cause of life's great division
Is having sight but no vision
The ability to see real beauty
Makes men truly wealthy

Using time to make great memories
Learning from all the tragedies
Choosing to be happy at all moments
And to live a life full of contentment

There are the ones who have eyes but cannot see
The ones who can visualize the unseen
The ones who look beyond the horizon
The ones who appreciate all four seasons

The ability to see the same color in different hues
Is something that can never be sufficed
There are the ones who know the value
And there are the ones who know the price

People try to find out what's wrong with you
but they can't see through your eyes.
Your demons know how to go unnoticed,
they know so well how to hide.

I could wait forever
just to feel your warm embrace.
Fate chose you to be a server,
squads are ready in the base.

They send you to death ruthlessly
and we all cry in disgrace.
If you survive then it's the darkness
but no one can go as a replace.

It feels like it's never ending
You say to yourself "hold on"
Million bodies tainted red...
You are never coming home.

Years have gone by
but pain and memories last.
You're another star in the night sky
and will never turn to dust.

We're all full of pride
due to something you left behind.
He will be a wonderful man
This little loving child.
Everyone is scared of Death.
I'm petrified of Death.
But am I scared to die?
No,
no, I am not. I welcome the end with open arms.

At night I shudder under my blanket
dreaming of the paths that Death leaves
in its wake.
In the darkness of my room with thunderstorms inside my head,
I fear the hole that is left
after Death has struck.
I wonder what,
who, might come out of it:
Depression, Mourning, Sorrow, Confusion, Emptiness,
and even more Death.

I miss the good old days
when Life could be as easy as
going to bed at night worrying
about what Pokemon version to get,
how to get the latest game console,
what skill in basketball I need to improve in,
when my parents will find out I had an infraction,
how the test next day will go.

But it's funny, Life,
the more you grow in it
the more you approach Death.
"Years from now, I hope we'll still be in each others lives"

I truly wish for this.

Where are your wings?
I quite liked them.
Liked your eyes,
I could sink in that blue ocean of mysteries.
You knew what my silence is speaking about,
You knew how to stop the rain of my darkest thoughts.
You knew which is my favourite pizza,
How many spoons of sugar...
Clouds are blooming in the sky,
I can see that while sitting inside the room with no windows.
The emptiness flooded the streets
In the city with no you.
