To my teacher Mom
To my savior Mom
To my kind Mom
To my trouble shooter Mom
To my simple Mom
To my generous Mom
Wish I were like you Mom!!

To the Mom who has been judged for living a simple life.
To the Mom who never tried to hurt anyone because she knew how it feels like.

To the Mom who thinks herself to be a superwoman and filled our plates with almost all the food from the dishes she had,
Keeping a little, what she called a balanced diet.

To the Mom who has the innate ability to filter out the demeaning words and rather enjoyed what she cherishes.

To the Mom who still believes "Silence is Golden"
And did her job religiously with love whatever be the condition.

But....
I couldn't be like you Mom and been a little outspoken as I have seen your helplessness for long....
And now.....
.......
I wish you were a bit like me Mom!!

I wish to get lost there
It's a place in the lap of mountains,
close to the heart of nature.
They say life hits different in these towns,
towns in the arms of nature.
I wish to take in that air...
the air which will fill my lungs
with excitement.
I feel like dancing with the clouds
that will come down to meet me.
Reading my favourite book under the
lamp post on the wet streets
is all I long for.
There are days when mountains call out to me...
Ask me to come back home,
But all I have are the excuses
caught in these plains.
Till that time all I do...
is wait with the night
missing the woods everyday.
Mama says," Who doesn't ♥ nature?...I feel revived when I am surrounded by nature..."

I wish I wrote Poems
When I was in love,
At least then, I would've remembered
How It felt like.
I wish...

Only if the words
"as you wish"
meant what they read.

Every single day,
My soul slaves away,
At a soul ******* job I detest with a passion.

Making art full time,
Is my goal in life,.
Someday when the time is ripe, my big break will happen.

If you could read my mind,
You’d see a thousand papers
Filled with broken poetries
And deadbeat proses
Full of woeful verses
With mournful pieces
Of unfinished stories
That are yet to be written
And failed to be spoken;
If you could read my mind,
You’d hear horrible screams
And earsplitting weeps
From shattered dreams,
Kept in a nasty notepad,
Scribbled on a bed
Of bloodstained words,
Ringing in my head.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the shadows
That lurk within me;
You’d hear the bellows,
Screeching the words
“I’m tired,”
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m stupid –”
I know it sounds stupid,
It’s pathetically foolish
And seems too *******.
If you could read my mind,
You’d feel the tears
I had ever failed to cry;
You’d see the people
That make the weak weaker;
You’d see the monsters
That consume my head;
You’d hear the hollers
That failed to be freed;
You’d see the heart
That still bleeds and bleeds.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the face
I’ve failed to show back then,
The face I’ve faked back then.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a character
I had ever failed to become
If you could read my mind,
You’d be able to read
A book you never wished
To touch and read,
But sometimes I still wish
Someone could read my mind
I wish someone could Read my mind I just wish😶
